Re: It’s R Life - Part 2: Buying, Lying, and Rudely Replying
Fans huh? I wonder if that's why they are looking at "ghetto" houses with normal 8-10 foot ceilings. Didn't they even look at a one story house recently? That McMansion design is hell on energy costs. If they can't sell the place, they should talk to someone about the possibility of a mini split downstairs or maybe even geothermal. That way they can close off the upstairs during the hottest months and all sleep downstairs comfortably. I think most Midwesterners have done that after flushing the pipes when it's been -20 F for a week and you're afraid the furnace is going to give out. I know it's not their taste and they think it's ghetto, but energy efficient design saves lives.
I know they really aren't the most introspective people, but I really hope they reconsider their hurricane management plan. They might not be able to take their pets to a hotel, but they can find a cabin or a trailer to rent at an inland campground or something. Or just find a simple Airbnb in a safer place.

Re: It’s R Life - Part 2: Buying, Lying, and Rudely Replying
Can somebody with more real estate knowledge than me tell me why a seller would accept a contingency offer? It feels like it’s a bit of a gamble waiting for the buyer to sell their house first because if it doesn’t work out, you’ve wasted 30 days where your house could have been on the market. My only assumption is if the offer was above asking or maybe all cash? I highly doubt this is what Kenny and Danny offered so I was surprised their contingent offer was accepted.

Re: It’s R Life - Part 2: Buying, Lying, and Rudely Replying
heyyyyy- usually contingencies are used in a buyers market where it’s tougher to sell a home in general, due to the sky high real estate prices and high demand recently in florida in the last couple years there’s basically been zero contingencies because yes- they’d be wasting time because it was pretty much certain your home could sell almost instantly. now, however, with higher interest and lowered demand- homes can’t sell so quick so sellers who have been on the market a while or don’t want to miss their buyer since they’re rarer now will take contingency to have a confirmed buyer while others can still see the listing online if the contingency fails after 30 days.disgruntled_pelican wrote: ↑Wed Aug 10, 2022 5:05 am Can somebody with more real estate knowledge than me tell me why a seller would accept a contingency offer? Basically it’s just the seller is willing to wait for a confirmed sale rather than gamble on the market’s availability which has been way lighter on buyers recently.

Thanks!! This makes a ton of sense. Also I love the pressure it adds on K&D to sell their house!!lemonquisha wrote: ↑Wed Aug 10, 2022 6:21 amheyyyyy- usually contingencies are used in a buyers market where it’s tougher to sell a home in general, due to the sky high real estate prices and high demand recently in florida in the last couple years there’s basically been zero contingencies because yes- they’d be wasting time because it was pretty much certain your home could sell almost instantly. now, however, with higher interest and lowered demand- homes can’t sell so quick so sellers who have been on the market a while or don’t want to miss their buyer since they’re rarer now will take contingency to have a confirmed buyer while others can still see the listing online if the contingency fails after 30 days.disgruntled_pelican wrote: ↑Wed Aug 10, 2022 5:05 am Can somebody with more real estate knowledge than me tell me why a seller would accept a contingency offer? Where else would the dog go? Our dogs poop in our backyard lol. I’m not taking them on walks constantly when i have a fenced in yard for them to go out when they want. We clean it up typically every other day or every 2 days though bc my kids play out there and we have a pool and I don’t want to smell it constantly while out there lol.Glass Half Full wrote:I think Brinley doesn’t tumble at all and Kendal is being ‘sarcastic’ saying that Brinley is working on a punch front to full twist. Still - definitely, they are struggling financially.
Also- for those who are familiar with cheer tumbling, what exactly is a front punch to full. I get that a front punch is like a front tuck - but wouldn't the full mean like a full twist - which is a level 5 skill? Kendall said on Instagram several times recently that Brin is working on a front punch through to full. I get that she might be working on a front punch (level 3 cheer skill) - but a full??? I must be misunderstanding something?
I didn’t notice the fans in the house but we just stayed in a house for two weeks with AC and we were cold in the house. There’s no way we would have needed fans as well as AC.
I did notice that in a recent video where they buried the hedgehog that Kapri stood in dog poop which means they allow clover to just go to the Toilet in the back garden. They haven’t trained that dog at all!

Re: It’s R Life - Part 2: Buying, Lying, and Rudely Replying
Yall check out 1306 Beacon Circle in Wellington, just listed and my god Kendal will shit herself when she reads this post
The house is COMPLETELY renovated and the kitchen has commercial grade appliances along with a more trimmed up finished look going around the house, similar size as Kendal’s and it’s also six bedrooms. It’s is literally a direct competitor of Kendal’s and it’ll definitely sell quicker considering they’re priced at only $975,000. Under one million for a house WAY nicer than Kendal’s listed at $1.4 million. Really shows how real estate has slowed down- that house would’ve sold $1.5 during the low interest rates. Crazy thing is Kendal herself would prolly want the house but she can’t afford it and it’s on the northern side of Wellington so it’s even farther from cheer so it won’t happen...

I want that house. Kenny is going to FLIP! 9/10 people (the 10th person is Kendal) would buy that house over hers.disgruntled_pelican wrote: ↑Thu Aug 11, 2022 2:53 pmIt’s stunning AND it backs up into a lake?? That house is incredible. A house anywhere close to that nice would easily go for several million dollars in my city.
On an unrelated note, Kendal looked really cute in the latest vlog.

Yes, it was nice that everything was about Hampton! That was a huge change. And nice that Kendal wasn't down there involved, she would have probably made it about her, instead of him.

Yes it was good that everything was about Hampton. However everything that Daniel was saying in the car about him having been homeschooled and that he now has access to all the therapies is solid proof that Kendal lies all the time. When asked if Hampton Received speech therapy she repeatedly confirmed that he did. When asked if he went to public school she again said that he did. Why did she lie about this? Once someone lies once you can never trust them. Kendal is a liar. This has been proven by us over the years. So now we don’t trust anything she says.ThisIsMeCeej wrote: ↑Thu Aug 11, 2022 9:26 pmYes, it was nice that everything was about Hampton! That was a huge change. They seem convinced they will be buying that house in Boynton. Not sure how that will happen if they can’t sell their own. Even if they drop the price of their own to be competitive with that house you guys mentioned above it will make zero sense to downsize because they won’t have generated enough equity from the sale of their own house.

Aside from the fact that Kendal’s proven a damn liar about the speech therapy, it’s good she finally caved in and stuck the kid in public school. Hopefully now he can get on track because Kendal was doing him zero favors at home!

I’d like to think she caved because of what we have been saying about him never being independent because he has no skills. Perhaps ur comments made her think and actually do the right thing for once!lemonquisha wrote: ↑Fri Aug 12, 2022 7:10 am Aside from the fact that Kendal’s proven a damn liar about the speech therapy, it’s good she finally caved in and stuck the kid in public school. Sad that he only goes to public school so he’s out of her hair during the week. Kenny is salty!! I lied to my life skills coach yesterday and it wasn’t good.

Re: It’s R Life - Part 2: Buying, Lying, and Rudely Replying
Is it horrible of me to wish they didn’t sell their house in 30 days and therefor couldn’t buy the new place?? I don’t wish that for the innocent boys but I really want to see Kenny and Danny fall on their faces.
Also, let’s say they only sell their house for what that other (really nice and much nicer than their current house) one is going for. Their not going to make as much of a profit as they thought they wouldn’t and since the new house is priced higher than what they bought their current house for, would it really be downsizing? They wouldn’t have enough for a “big down payment” like they wanted to make AND all the renovations they want to do.
