WTF!! Kendal in today’s video is looking at the 975k beacon circle house lemon brought up as a price comparison to how overpriced the riches’ is!! She definitely reads here. How come she all the sudden started to tour another home as a "back up?" She’s literally under contract with another house right now. She read here and caught on that a way nicer listing than her own house is up NOT for the overpriced number she has hers at. This home wouldn’t be a downgrade at all. The thing is, I don’t think the riches can afford 975 unless they sell there’s for well over a million— which they clearly aren’t doing. There house is STILL for sale.

KENDAL WHAT? LOL she saw my post and went to look at the house. Hilarious!! Glad to be helpful to you Kendal ☺️
Her ass already lost the house though, it’s pending. It’s more expensive than the BB one anyway.

So weird how they kept calling it cheaper than the boynton Beach one they’re under contract for. It’s 75k more. If they decide to change their mind on the boynton one and get this one then im sure it’ll get even more expensive quick with trying to out bid the current offer that’s on it.

I didn't even think to check that one. My goodness. I thought Kenny said it was cheaper...nope. A clear example of her lying.

In Kenny's mind, cheaper is.. not having to do a bunch of upgrades herself. But, we all know the truth, she read here, got jealous and greedy! So, she had to formulate some kind of story, to get her stans, to believe her.

This is actually truly amazing. HI KENNY! We know you’ve been a long time lurker and now we have proof. Good look selling your house at it’s current price point!

There’s NO way the Rich house is going to sell being priced 400k higher than this house. This house is the same size and a million times nicer.

Idk what Kendal thinks is gonna happen, just some magical full price offer is gonna come out of nowhere? She needs to realize she’s gonna have to get a not so luxurious home to remain financially comfortable. I know Kendal, you may have the cry over losing a nice kitchen but safe finances are worth more long term. Nobody stops you from getting a nice new house again if your money goes back up.
Try to get a renter if you don’t wanna give up your marble palace bc selling it for an obnoxious amount obviously isn’t workin

They are ging to end up buying an even more expensive house, defeating the entire purpose of moving in the first place, aren't they? LOL

Both of those houses are nice…the one in Boynton and the one in Wellington. However the house in Boynton has no pool but a lot more space outside and the house in Wellington has a nice pool and a view. Both houses are under contract. Perhaps they put in an offer of a million usd on the Boynton home to ensure they wouldn’t be outbid and this is why the Wellington home seems cheaper.

It doesn’t seem to make any financial sense to purchase a home that’ll only save them a few hundred dollars per month…..in fact I’m not even sure that would happen. Don’t forget they purchased their current home for 750000. Surely the monthly payments on that home would be lower than if they were to purchase either of the two homes that they are currently viewing…both of which cost upwards of 900000. Perhaps they will walk away with a lump sum of 300000 but that’s not a massive amount of money if they’re earning a low monthly income with higher outgoings for mortgage, bills, cheer, franchises etc.

I’m not entirely sure they are doing the right thing in trying to sell their home in this market where the cost of purchasing a
‘Smaller’ home is still very high. Would it not make more sense for one of them to actually go out an seek full time employment in a place that would bring in a steady income. We know that Kendal is a bit dumb and under qualified, but is that really the same for Daniel? Couldn’t he at least try to find a job that would help with the finances, even until the franchise gets up and running. I’ve friends who both work full time and have three kids and they still managed to open up a franchise restaurant while doing all that. So making the excuse that they are too busy opening a franchise doesn’t seem to right to me. Stop wasting time trying to sell your over valued family home and go get a job to help pay the mortgage instead. Also, I have checked quickly and there are engineering jobs available in SOUTH Florida.

They were banking on the fact their house would sell for $1.5 million, thus netting them a $750k profit. They were then planning on putting a big chunk of that towards their next mortgage so they would have a very low mortgage payment. This is why they were looking at houses at the $800k+ price point. They thought they’d be able to essentially pay cash and only need a loan of around $200k. Obviously their plan isn’t working because their house won’t sell at $1.4 where it’s currently priced. It probably won’t sell until it’s priced below a million, especially considering the house they just looked at is the same size (actually more bedrooms but same square footage) and is priced over $400 lower (in the same town). Ultimately their grand plan of selling their house and using the money to lower their mortgage payment isn’t going to happen- especially since inflation has caused housing prices to skyrocket and they’ll end up buying a house with a higher mortgage than they have right now.

Also. Kenny- stop saying your trying to downsize. Your not. You’re looking at houses of comparable sizes to the one you currently own. Maybe if you didn’t spend literally thousands of dollars a month on Starbucks, Crumbl, shopping and cheer for 4 kids, you wouldn’t be in this spot. AND stop trying to get a sponsorship from Crumbl- they will never sponsor you - no matter how much you moan and groan in your car every week… so just stop it.

fr yall and the biggest stupid decision was this:
Kendals one saving grace was that she didn’t carry a car payment. She effed that up too! She bought a not entirely cheap car brand new (tf?) for evie which she definitely stuck on like 7 year financing to afford. Interest for car loans are high asf too rn.
If the situation gets bad enough, evie’s car is first to go!

So are they still going to try and Airbnb their house this winter for $40k/month if they end up not being able to sell?

Do you think the Rich’s put in an offer for this second house? Are they allowed to do that, be under contract with 2 houses?

I would imagine so. It’s only a verbal agreement, right? Probably the seller determines how long this agreement can be held…a week, a month etc.

You can but tbh idk why the seller of the beacon house would wanna risk it. With that price and luxury, why would they give Kendal a contingency when they could sell quicker?
I think Kendal already lost that house and it’s pending with someone else.

Id be inclined to think you’re right. Its priced very competitively. I think it was on the market 4 days before it went under contract. The Rich house has been on the market over 4 weeks and doesnt look like it will sell at that price.

They truly are not gonna sell at that high of a price when they most likely didn't do anything with the bathroom Evie destroyed with black hair dye every where I don't see where they did anything for that other then Daniel walking from house to new house showing repeatedly saying she can not destroy another bathroom and imagine touring the house going back in their videos and seeing that they leave dog poo and barf on the floor overnight and just cover it with a towel til Daniel cleans it up finally in the morning or afternoon the next day..how they make the rooms look so small and unappealing with how much junk is in them and why would you leave a bed in a closet lmao that is another selling point in a house closet and storage space. The boys room on the other hand probably depresses anyone going into it after seeing the overly stuffed girls rooms. Pool appeal...there is none lmao its B A R E and has dead animals buried back there..gross....and sad to a potential house buyer. Also their dumb stunt of making it look like they had someone trying to break in making the house look unsafe ...I mean aren't they in a gated community? Maybe not I just thought at one point they had to let the security guy let someone into the neighborhood when they first moved in. Their crappy furniture they put out is like trying to put lipstick on a pig lol...you know they have evidence to show their channel somewhere in their house in hopes their 'fame' would help sell..just like they are hoping their fans will flock to their 🍩 's when your as narcissistic as Kendall how could you not?? In all honesty if I saw Kendall touring a house in my neighborhood I would be pleading with the owner not to take her offer lmao on the flip side of that maybe someone will start a new channel .. the poor side of the riches neighborhood tales lmao
