Good catch! That is 100% what happened. The contingency offer was for 30 days and since the Rich house didn’t sell in time (which we all knew it wouldn’t), the offer got pulled. I feel bad for the sellers who probably got duped into accepting the contingency offer in the first place.

Any updates on the other house w/the pool?

Lemon finna do you a favor and point you in the right direction bc you obviously ain’t house hunting properly. How have you missed 4422 Wellington Shores Dr? It’s legit in your neighborhood with five bedrooms and the outside is gorgeous with a lower price than these other houses you’re looking at, priced at $875,000. WAY MORE WORTH IT. Be smarter with your searches. I know the whole house isn’t painted bright white. Spend a little on paint and get it changed instead of nixing houses for cosmetic reasons. Damn.

That house seems so similar to a house she showed and hated.. I feel she'd hate it.. the pool wouldn't be to her liking, the master bath wouldn't be to her liking.. while all of us would think it's great! She is very picky.. she has to have THEEEE best! Only the finest for Kenny girl! /eyeroll.

Triple posting but idc. Look at this https://wellingtonhometeam.com/communi ... ellington/ that shows all the active listings for homes in the Wellington area. Specifically the Isles of Wellington where the Rich family lives. As you can see there are several homes listed for sale that are all comparable in size to the Rich house. BUT, you’ll also notice there are only a handful that are priced over a million $$. The Rich house is the second most expensive house listed. With so many homes for sale that are just as nice as theirs, priced at hundreds of thousands of dollars less than what they have theirs listed at, it’s no wonder they haven’t found a buyer.

There’s a house that is listed for $1.9 that is very similar to the Rich house - the layout is almost exactly the same and no surprise the house hasn’t sold in almost 2 months either….

Did you see Brin’s new photo she posted on instagram? Kim Kardashian would never let her kids dress like that or post a photo like that and Kim Kardashian is a low person. At least she had decency with dressing her kids and controls what her kids wear out and taking photos in and what her kids post. Kendal doesn’t regulate what her kids post. She probably encourages it. Like I don’t post photos of myself online even though am an adult because there are always creepy men who like it or message me so I deleted my social media. I know there are lots of creepy men who message the rich kids and they are just okay with it. The first message I got from a creepy man I took my pictures and account down even though I wasn’t posting revealing photos. I mean it’s just very not religious and just not right for girls to be posting photos like that at such a young age too. They could actually be stalked. I was stalked by people. They are online posting photos like that everyone knows where they live I am scared for them. She is not worried that her kids could be stalked or kidnapped for posting photos like that. They don’t have security guards.

LOL Kendal- what’s your manager going to to? What kind of threat is this? I love how she loves to threaten people who call her/her family out rather than ignore them (or realize her children act and dress like they’re 21 because she’s a horrible mother and does nothing to police them. But it’s OK cause they are Christians and god knows their heart!)

Next time Kendal goes on a “let kids be kids” and “don’t force kids to grow up too fast” rant, I want to show her this pic and all of EVs TikTok’s. These girls are starved for attention and need to be validated based on their looks. Apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.

Lemon you are incredible at finding these homes that they are looking at.

I found Kendal to be far more respectful of the homes this time around…she didn’t make fun of people’s choice of flooring or say that kitchens needed to be ripped out. Was she in a better mood? Did she read here and understand that she was coming across as obnoxious?

Why are there so many empty homes available? Where are the owners living or why are they completely unfurnished?

If they lower the price of their home by 200k they could look for homes costing 600-700k and at least they would get moving towards what they want to achieve. I cannot see anyone wanting to buy an overpriced home knowing that the prediction for a market crash is there.

Also, Daniel said that Hampton can start BACK to school next Tuesday. He was also in one of the ‘back to school’ videos they did last week which probably means he wasn’t at school because it was too far to drive him….25 mins drive and then sitting in a line. How far is it to cheer? More than 25 mins I believe and they usually hang out watching practice which is probably 2 hours long. So it’s worth the effort to drive to cheer but NOT worth the SAME effort to drive to school? The mind boggles.

Delighted his school bus was approved….now Hampton gets to do something he is clearly excited about.

I know a woman who realized that she would come out ahead keeping her apartment in NYC plus renting in Florida if she could pay Florida income taxes instead of New York income taxes. I'm guessing now that people have to go back into an office, they're ditching tax havens like Florida and going back to Manhattan. That's part of the reason you see so many homes for sale.
