OMG- just re- read and noticed the piece about the Duck. If it was all a lie that would be insane. I’ve always wondered how they possibly had 150k cash just to spend on starting the franchise with how much they started struggling with YouTube. Maybe it never actually occurred. Wow.

They supposedly signed on for TWO. Which means 300k in cash. If the post about the lease is real then what the hell did he do with that money??

Florida has the Sunshine Law. One of the best states for access to all legal proceedings, unless a Judge seals a case or an affidavit/motion is heavily redacted making it hard to read. I was thinking about this myself. Did loans catch up with them?

From talking to my friend, Kendal wears the trousers, Daniel is much like you see him in the vlogs but subscribes to the crazy train & thinking. I wouldn't have been surprised if he did have an affair, the female energy for him in the house is blatant disrespect, they act like they can't stand to be near him, despite all he does for him. They treat him like something on the bottom of their shoe.
In life you just never know what people are really enduring. You meet someone that treats you well, shows interest/cares & perhaps it's not just about sex but the emotional side of your needs getting met that are completely neglected at home. I've sadly seen people in unhappy, unfulfilling marriages who feel alone with their finances crumbling/job worries who have taken a permanent exit. It's not morally right, destroys your family but happens all the time.
Kendal did a 180 in the days before the 'divorce announcement' about going back to vlogging six days a week, then the 'divorce' stuff happened mid week. Something prompted that and I'm guessing it wasn't her love for vlogging.

My friend says if you deal with Daniel, you know what you are going to get. Kendal is more up and down. Very defensive or can be sickly sweet- this is seen as more manipulative/fake.
I asked a while back if the people we see in photos are genuine friends. The answer I got was it's more like keep your enemy closer situation for some. They don't see Kendal as an enemy, they aren't that invested in her, just don't want to be on the receiving end of drama and sometimes it's easier to do the get togethers with cheer, comps etc and play nice, as much for the sake of the kids. A few have been taken in but got burnt. But plenty of snarking behind their backs when the situation arises not intentional, they just give lots of opportunity. The brown moustache shadow from fillers is more noticeable in real life. You'll notice in cheer vlogs many from the gym dismiss them when they say hi or look at them filming with a sort of ugh face. Some parents don't like their kids being filmed for YT, the Riches filming is very different to official cheer tv.

I really don’t know what to believe. She still has not used the word divorce or separation in her conversation. Most women wouldn’t allow the husband in the house in her situation. I agree he has a right to see the kids, but that could be at another location. If you’re allowing him in the home then why not let him be there to see his kids open gifts on Christmas morning. What we can gather is that the affair wasn’t with coach Michael.

I think this is going to happen as well. She even kind of lined that up as a possibility in her answering questions video. At some point she says “is he going to come back and live in the house? I don’t know.” So she already set that up as an idea that could be entertained. I thought this was real for a minute but the more it goes on, I wonder if they really are faking it to get the profit off it and then are going to magically end up working through this fake hardship and everything will just go back to normal.

I think that this scenario is a likely possibility. Also, as some others pointed out - the kids just seem to be doing almost too well for what is supposedly happening. Not only that - but most parents who care about their kids' well-being would actually take a little break from vlogging for privacy reasons so that their kids could have an opportunity to process what is going on. But the kids seem like their usual self and Kendall has no problem shoving the camera in their faces (i.e. on the bed with Brin at the end of the last video). If Kendall didn't keep commenting on how really hard things are/talking about the situation - I would actually think that everything is fine. Normally, a parents sudden divorce would be devastating (at least for most kids). Again, the kids don't seem affected. Also, if the kids were truly crying, you know that Kendall would not have wasted an opportunity to film it. Of course, there is still a possibility that the divorce is legit - but that possibility is starting to look less and less.

Created to comment, this sounds just like her, it's scary, you got her spot on word for word. Add a mouthful of food, licking her lips, playing with her hair or nails, sip of her coffee and the camera going 'blindy' for good measure. I agree it's the way back/out/forward. There can't be another way to bring Daniel back.
I think the sudden we are now vlogging 6 days a week just before. Then the panic of how are we going to get views. She needed a hook. The sudden need & panic for income got very real & made them desperate. The whole family is playing along. It's crazy to consider someone would make this up.

I think it's creepy telling people she loves them, totally manipulative. The whole acting like subs are friends is yuck. She loves the money views raise but couldn't give a stuff about subs. Total fairweather friend behaviour & as creators they have never shown appreciation to their subs or fostered a community like other channels. Actually, years ago NC days before they moved, they sent a few gifts but stopped doing lives shortly after moving to Florida. They dropped vlogging for unsustainable challenges & money before it backfired and they lost their regular viewers.

All correct and all of the above. Somehow we will see Daniel in a video saying he's made a mistake and their Christian values are being tested, blah blah blah. Talk about sickening considering there are kids out there whose parents are going through a bad divorce. This family is just doing tik toks and reels. Just awful!

My take is they are not lying but they aren’t being totally honest about what’s actually going on.

There are hundreds of things they could lie about that would get them views that don’t involve ruining somebody’s reputation. As wimpy as Daniel is, there is no way he’d go along with this

I totally agree. I don't think Daniel is so submissive where he'd allow him getting smeared as a cheater all over their social media for money/clout. Also, I can tell with the way Kendal is acting that something is up with the relationship. She isn't THAT good of an actor (as I think Glass said, LOL.)

Kendal not saying "cheating" and "divorce" blatantly is what's suspicious..she keeps saying "you all know" when we really don't. She's not explicitly saying anything, everything is just implied. It's weird-- she's so big on being "up front" with her subs yet she isn't. I'm betting financial crap is being hidden, for sure. I wonder if they got a bill to re pay their PPP loans..$20k they don't have. Or, Daniel blew their savings on duck and the whole thing is screwed up. (for lack of better term, haha) Also, I don't recall them actually signing two. I thought they just floated the idea if location 1 worked out?!

If my husband cheated on me I’d be so devastated I don’t think I could function properly. She says she’s strong for the kids. I have kids too (same age as the Rich kids) and they also would be devastated. I wonder how much is for show and how much is real. Because this family seems to be functioning just fine despite knowing their husband/father deliberately destroyed a family unit.
