I caught up on their latest video today. What struck me, 'I'm not making any big decisions right now' (sensible move) but 'we're selling the house'- one of the biggest decisions you can make & most stressful things you can do. Kendal says she hates people who are vague but that is really what she has been since the start and she never gets to the point. It's like dangling a carrot, that's why people make up the blank. It would have been easy to say there was cheating and I don't know what the future holds and will be playing it day by day. The various videos, comments, cryptic remarks all lead to making it murky & vague. Maybe it's because the situation is evolving, the reason for the contradictions. I can't imagine letting my partner back into the house within days but not for Christmas with kids. Or at least for presents.

It seems finances and whatever may or not have gone on with Duck Donuts is a separate issue to any marital issues. I have no idea what to think or the real truth. It's hard to imagine anyone stooping so low but nothing surprises me in life not just with the Rich's', just in general. Everyday, people do much much worse that leaves me trying to understand why? Despite Kendal loving us & calling her viewers 'like family' I don't subscribe to the parasocial relationships influencers encourage, we aren't loved and definitely won't be catching up over Sunday Roast or coffee like real family to find out what is really going on & how everyone is doing. In truth, we will probably never know. Imagine us turning up with crumbl and Dunkin' lol.

In reality, financial troubles are very common, especially right now given the economic climate and crazy energy prices. When you live a keeping up with Jone's lifestyle the scale of pressure and especially doing that publicly is huge. Everyday people lose their homes and start over. Pride and ego too often gets in the way. A divorce in Florida can set you back 10-20k, a lawyer charges about $300 an hour, children in the equation push you towards the higher end. Uncontested, no children, no lawyers and just paperwork is far cheaper. I think sharing these struggles, more people would relate than they realise, much like all the kids & divorcées commenting offering support to Kendal.

What if they are selling the house to get out of the Duck Donuts contract? We know from their vlogs and from the DD website it takes $150k to buy into the franchise and that’s just for ONE. They committed to TWO. And, that’s not including any other costs like renovating a space, etc.

If they are truly backing out of DD I imagine it comes with a penalty and they’ll have to fork over a ton of $$ to break their contract.

I wonder how long it will take her to start phasing him back into vlogs. Are they going to get a rental house with a guest room (yet still make 4 of their 5 kids share bedrooms) for Daniel? also did anyone catch in the NYE video that Evie’s boyfriend was showering at their house? That just seems super inappropriate to me

There's a cooling off period in a lot of contracts. No idea how long or even if DD have one or when they even signed contracts. You'd be in breach of contract if you tried to pull out after this, that would lead you down a legal road probably more complex than fines. Contract law is complex, perhaps the Rich's couldn't fulfil their obligations and were terminated so there weren't fines but at as result lost their investment?
I don't know much about franchising, never understood Kendal talking about unique decor for their shop. You typically see franchises are clones, so you get the company feel like every brand and store throughout the world. I wouldn't think there would be much leg room for personalisation.

I’m starting to wonder if this was a last ditch effort to save their house? It makes sense really. They create a “scandal” to get views up to save the house they’re losing. But it’s perfect because if it doesn’t work (which it seems like it didn’t do enough) then they have an excuse to sell the house and rent because they’ve gotten themselves into a situation where they’re desperate to lower their bills. It really makes no sense that they go and sell the house for a rental if they’re staying together or at least going to stay living together. It’s very obvious that decision is because they really can’t afford that house anymore and can’t afford to be picky on selling price to buy a new house right now. I’m sure that’s embarrassing

Evie is never home to sit with Kendal

Brinley is mature enough to understand and is angry with Daniel. That’s why she’s spending so much time with Kendal.

Kendal made a point of showing herself walking (20 steps behind) with Hampton. This must be what they do to keep Hampton as mobile as possible while the rest of the children are lavished with private tumbling classes.

Looking at kapri’s tumbling on Kendal’s IG, nothing has changed. Her technique is still atrocious. The girl can’t even cartwheel with straight legs.

I wonder how the vlog for the next cheer comp will go. Will she show Daniel? Will Daniel show his face if it was a cheer mom who was his ‘bit on the side’.

When will they address the duck donuts project!!! Are people asking about DD on IG! I’m blocked from her IG so I can’t see comments. I view her stories through an alternative website.

I came to comment this exact thing! If anyone needs a year long therapy program.. it's Kendal.. lol Maybe then, she could find out what is wrong with her and fix it so she can have actual friends in life.

While no one can be 100% certain what is going on - I still find it suspicious that everyone (even Kendall) is acting completely normal (like similar to before the alleged cheating). This family does not (in any way) seem to have experienced any kind of major break-up/shake up of the family. Everyone is literally acting the same. If Kendall did not talk about the situation, we wouldn't even know anything was different.

The girls tumbling is chunky and ugly. When they land tucks they slam their feet real hard on the mat and their upper body is way too low and learning forward. Not until they have struck the jump and 2 seconds go by and they lift their upper body up. It just looks sloppy. They need serious core conditioning in the stomach and lower abdomen and learn to land like a feather.

They are going to have major back, knee and ankle problems in 10 years.

I’m not shocked at all, this is only their 2nd year in a decent All Star cheer program. They spent many years doing cheer in a more recreational setting that doesn’t emphasize proper technique, which can lead to life-long bad habits. Kapri and Evie have progressed quite nicely considering that, especially Kapri. Kapri is more likely to progress because she is younger (and seems to keep up with her Private classes more) AND because she spent fewer years than her sisters in those substandard cheer programs developing bad habits.

Brinley might have less natural athleticism than the other 2 girls, plus she’s at the prime growing age when tumbling can be temporarily more difficult than it already is. Taller girls naturally tend to find tumbling more challenging than shorter, more compact body types (I believe Evie is shorter).

Every kid has a different amount of natural/raw talent. Many cheerleaders spend their entire childhoods (12 years) at top gyms in the country and may still never progress past Level 2/3. Some may never even get a back handspring. Level 3 is the standard stopping point where a lot of kids never progress past that, no matter how hard they work. It’s like any sport— only a few really talented kids make it to the Varsity team at school or the “Big Leagues”. Tumbling is one of the hardest sports to excel at. (For boys, it tends to be much easier to progress, hence why Sebi can already do a back tuck after half a year of training).

On another note, if Kendal and Daniel ultimately end up wanting to save their marriage, they should go to therapy *together* down the road. Absolutely no excuse for Daniel’s behavior that could easily destroy his family, but it also seems obvious that his needs aren’t being met at home, and maybe this was a subconscious cry for help. We don’t see everything in a 15 min video, but the lack of attention, compassion, love, and affection he gets from Kendal (and vise versa) seems alarming. If you can’t even give your spouse an occasional bit of affection like a hug or hand hold (or even a pat on the back saying you’re doing a great job), or carve out any alone time for each other to go on a date, why are you even married. It can’t just be about money, that’s not healthy. They actually seem afraid to touch each other. Even before this drama, you couldn’t exactly tell if they even shared a bed together— their kids are always in their room.

Why did Kendal and Daniel get married in the first place? Surely they must have started out as more than a business partnership. They should try to figure out what made them initially love each other and try to get back to that. Otherwise it’s not a healthy relationship even without cheating. And the best example you could set for your kids is to show them what a healthy relationships looks like. Daniel shouldn’t just be the guy running errands and chauffeuring the family around, he needs attention too.

I'd say this was a fabricated and fun joy ride for all of us these last two weeks. Did he or didn't he cheat and is this a real person anyways that she texted. I'd say, all a lie and fake. Money problems definitely makes you do some crazy things. Something is definitely off. Let's not forget this family is crazy on all aspects lol. On another note, therapy should be done together. The entire family needs it....at this point they need to move to another city. I'm pretty sure they are the talk of the town in a negative way. They have burned so many bridges from friends, church, to cheer gyms.

Guess I’m one of the 3 (see her Ig stories) who posts over here.Kendal, don’t lie, you read here all the time because otherwise you wouldn’t be so obsessed with us. We make you nervous because we speak the truth. And you’ve realised that we are intelligent people with good lives who just like to snark. You used to believe we were old frumps who lived in our mother’s spare room eating cheetos but now you know we have so much more than you that you’re jealous of us.

She barely acknowledges the super fans who adore her (they may get a benign THANK YOU) but anyone who criticises or questions is cursed at and is afforded full sentences or more as a response. Kendal truly thrives on negativity, drama and gossip. What an awful person to have in your life. Imagine being married to a person who only gives you attention during a fight but otherwise ignores you. I’m beginning to see why Daniel went rogue.

She also skirts around every question pertaining to DD.

I am always happy to see a video pop up like that, where someone see's and shows the Rich's in the light we see them in. And I don't know if it's ever been talked about.. why does Kendal call the boys "boy" It's so annoying.

no frrr tho kendal acts like she hates drama and gossip and negativity when she writes multi sentence snark responses to anyone who slightly criticizes her and barely acknowledges people who leave positive comments. I swear she likes giving her witches tongue to make her feel better about her own life

I think the divorce thing was real except Kendal doesn’t actually want to divorce because she can’t afford it and she knew that from the start despite being mad about the cheating but used it for views anyway. I mean damn she’s alr talking about buying something new (maybe a car?)

In one breath she says she doesn’t have time to read the “hate boards” and in the next breath she says that she took a screen shot of one bc it was “so ridiculous” and goes on to say how the cheating is made up bc they need money to pull out of Duck Donuts. Make up your mind Kenny. She also made a point to say they haven’t filmed anything about DD bc “it’s boring” and when they start demo they will start filming but it’s “still happening” …. I dont believe a word she says.
