1. Evie's plans for the future: Cruz goes to fire school for two years, he moves out, they get married, have three kids-- two boys then a girl. No names pick out but Kendal plans to be the best grandmother and babysit all the time.
2. Hot girl summer plans- keto, gym, bikini shopping. Kendal says she'd be willing to consider a Brazilian bikini. Drank a keto iced coffee.
3. Talk about keto food and made keto brownies
4. Took Capri to Dunkin and privates. Wore the same purple shirt she had on in the last video. Seemed a bit tongue tied. Said he state of mind was not good and that she's feeling a lot of rage towards Daniel. But she loves gummy bear lip gloss. Capri comes in wearing her lucky shoes and socks.
5. Kendal talks up Capri's layouts. Kendal says her mind is racing. They're going to Target. Sebi is making shortbread cookies for school. (Which sounds awfully familiar. Cathy Duffy says it's part of The Good and the Beautiful 4th grade Language Arts as part of a lesson on Scotland.). Apparently, it's cold in Florida.
6. Did not film Target trip. Said they bought some tank tops. Brin was miffed that they went to Target without her. Gave Brin her tank tops which looked more like a sports bra. Showed us her keto chicken bake in the oven. It's their first night without Daniel. He's technically still in training, but working a closing shift and won't be home until after 10:30. When he gets "his" store he will be working from open - close and will never be home for dinner.
7. Flash to Kendal in a dark room wearing a pink cardigan, glasses, no makeup. She says good morning, but it looks pitch black. She's in the boys' room. Hampton just left for school. Sebi is still sleeping in her bed. She's drinking a foamy cup of coffee and talks about her emotions. She says that she is broken and that Daniel being around is messing with her head. She says she wants therapy to heal, rather than therapy to fix the marriage. Apparently they had a really bad argument the night before. There's sort of a dead look on her face and she says she's tired of feeling this way but is basically living for her kids right now.

I feel like Kendal has been acting very mature and thoughtful in the vlogs lately, but the Tiktoks just bring out an immaturity and pettiness in her (because it’s an app for teenagers, not 45 year olds). Why does it matter how pretty you are when it seems like you never used to give your husband any affection- no hugs, cuddles, arm around the shoulder, time alone, nothing. It seemed like she acted distant from him and spent all her time trying to be the kids’ BFF. What Daniel did is obviously awful and heartbreaking, but I’m guessing he was probably just looking for someone who actually gave him the time of day; it probably wasn’t much about looks.


On another note, I like how Evie has her life planned out. Has she ever been with a boy longer than 4 months? She’s just a kid and has never ventured outside her mom’s house. Let’s see how long Cruz lasts. How did she meet him anyway?

The lack of affection is part of why I think that this isn't the first time he's cheated. The other reason why I think he has a history of cheating is because Kendal is a malingerer. She gets all of these unexplained illnesses and pains and food sensitivities and they all mysteriously get better when she gets something she wants. Historically malingering was something middle and upper class women did when their husbands were cheating (or gay) but they couldn't do anything about it or risk their social standing. Their grief and humiliation came out in the form of shot nerves and bodily symptoms. This is why Kendal needs to have her own independent identity and create some boundaries and emotional space between herself and Daniel. Even if she really wants to reconcile, they're way too codependent right now to have a healthy relationship.

Poor Evie sounds like she's headed down the same unhappy path as her mother.

Wow. In my opinion 20/21 is wayyyyy too young to be considering marriage. Don’t know what it’s like in the US but on this side of the world couples tend to not get married til 30, give or take a few years. We got married at 26 and that was younger than all our peers and siblings. In fact a lot of people are now living happily together and decide to have children before they choose to marry.

On one hand she’s appealing to the women/mothers by talking about her feelings and emotions as a result of infidelity.

And then she has a whole group of cheerleaders or wannabe cheerleaders who love the glitz and the drama of competitions and tumbling practice.

Agreed. She's volatile and cold. Most of the trophy wives I've known have been very warm, affectionate women.

I don’t know what to think about the latest video. I’m kind of over it all at this stage. Maybe Daniel was an ass throughout the marriage and Kendal turned to her kids for attention/affection and created an environment where the kids put her in top parenting spot while Daniel was off doing his own thing and stepping back from relationships within the family. Just look at the Ig pictures that Kendal was posting while out with Michael and his BF. Kendal spent more time with Michael than she did with Daniel. Maybe he’s the reason why Kendal lacks so much confidence. Because she never got any reassurance from Daniel.
I’m speculating here. Of course I know nothing.

Just remember that most of the stuff on YouTube is BS. I’d say tic too and Instagram show her true self. Doxxing teens and just being a nasty human being. That’s what Daniel probably has to deal with on a daily basis. Don’t forget she is also a narcissist. I’d speculate that she gives him absolutely no attention whatsoever. He’s just probably afraid to be away from his kids at this point and will say whatever to stay. He definitely seems like the more logical loving parent of the two. He doesn’t seem as hateful as her.

New video... I didn't want to watch this one.

1. Evie's keto food.
2. Daniel talks about his new job while gesticulating like he's Beto O'Rourke. He really hates her. He's trying to be polite but his tone sounds short and clipped. He's finished training but doesn't know how to make the bowls. Focus issues?
3. Daniel bought her sunflowers off the side of the road.

The kids didn't know that reconciliation after infidelity was a thing (do they really not know about Bill and Hillary?) And assumed that their parents were going to be estranged. Daniel says he'll stick around for the mood swings and enjoy the good times. Something about the way he says it makes me think that he's lying. As the talk goes on Kendal looks worse and worse. It makes me wonder why he's not just giving her some space if he really wants her to heal. Why keep scraping over the same wound? Then he insists that he's going to a real counselor? I don't think Kendal believes him either. She says something about them never fighting well. Then she deflects by saying how fake the YouTube world is. And then she says something about Daniel's speech being picked apart.

Argh. These two are so toxic. The take away is that they have no idea how to make it work and the kids already think separation is a foregone conclusion.

I think Daniel is so afraid of the unknown he is willing to stick it out with Kendal. I don’t think he loves her and I don’t think she loves him. They are just too codependent to do anything different. Part of me get it- they’ve been married at least 18 years and have 5 kids together. It’s hard to walk away from your whole life like that.

This whole Mac and cheese thing is so weird. Daniel is done with training but still seems clueless and Kendal kept calling it “his store”. Did they buy if off somebody or is Daniel just a glorified manager?
