Yes, this is reason alone to leave the gym. But it’s possible he has changed a lot and that Kendal has no idea of his past. Researching a cheer gym thoroughly before signing up doesn’t seem to be her thing. You would think she’d do a lot of research given how obsessed she is with cheer.

The Riches better not forget to pay those big taxes since they are not buying again and renting. It sounds like another terrible financial move but we all know how smart they are with their money and her spending issue. I’m sure they need every penny out of that house to live off of.

Definitely know the Rich’s from there Holly Springs days and this is not the same family that was living here…..
1. They were hone schooling cause they wanted their children to be just basic
2. Couldn’t afford the adoption so had a fundraiser to cover the cost the church fronted for them
3. Christmas wasn’t celebrated they didn’t get gifts cause Jesus was the reason
4. House was small but they made do and had no extra wants
5. Daniel was thrown the kids once he got home from work so Kendall could be alone

All of this makes sense and I think is fairly common knowledge with this fam. Did they have many friends when they were there? That’s one thing I am always curious about. Kendal seemingly has one friend (that Veronica lady) but doesn’t seem to be close to any of the cheer moms considering how much time she spends at cheer. Daniel has NO friends, which I find odd.

They stayed to themselves and went to church and home never socialized with anyone it was home school and that’s it no outside activities at all. Just so weird to see them so VERY DIFFERENT from what they were when living here she always said her girls were gonna be mommy’s and didn’t need college just the basics. Daniel was the only one who wanted to adopt Kendal just went along with it, totally sad now how they treat him. I’m still so confused and shocked how they changed. Her mom used to come here every week to help her and in fact they had a dog and just decided they didn’t want it anymore so gave it to her parents. So many skeletons in their closet. oh and Daniel cheating I’m truly not 100% on board with that one, something fishes there.

Oh my god just when you thought she couldn’t get any dumber. Latest video Kendal says she’s buying a $100,000 GRAND WAGONEER after she closes on her house. What a blithering f***ing idiot- she’s broker than broke and the cash she gets from her house sale (after major tax deductions) she’s BLOWING on a depreciating asset. She’s literally bankrupting herself in real time to indulge in luxuries she can’t afford to project her fake rich image. What a class act. Lives in a shitty rental with cars worth $140,000. The absolute epitome of the problem with Americans with their finances today
Pray for her kids who will likely one day be saddled with her Mount Everest of debt.

The fact that she keeps saying they’ll have “the cash in hand in a week” makes me feel like they are paying for the car in cash vs financing. The only time this is smart is when you have cash to spare. They do not. So not only do they not have a house as an asset anymore, they’ll be car poor. All this on top of “owning and operating” a fast food restaurant where there are TONS of hidden costs and expenses, especially ones that come up suddenly. These two are such short term thinkers it’s wild. Everything lemon said is true. They are not setting their kids up for a solid future and it’s embarrassing.

On a separate note it has GOT to be a safety and/or health code violation to have a literal child behind the counter of the restaurant. I know they were closed or about to be closed but Sebi was still around open food with no gloves or hairnet on. Again these two “adults” are so hair brained they don’t realize how stupid they are. They also talked about training Kapri to work there (another child with no work authorization). I can’t wait for them to get a health code fine and have to shut down for their stupidity.

But Kendal saw A LOT of customers at the Mac & Cheese place and Daniel is working 14 hours a day which means they’re about to get rich soon! Plenty of money to blow on expensive cars!

They wouldn’t be going through all this hassle of having Daniel run a restaurant if they didn’t think there was going to be a huge reward on the other side of it. Kendal definitely thinks she’s about to get rich lol. Wasn’t there supposed to be a second restaurant? What happened to that one? Or did they realize Daniel can’t serve Mac & Cheese in two places at once.

I don’t think Kendal’s just recklessly spending money; I think she’s really convinced they’re about to get wealthy from “owning” a restaurant. She doesn’t know anything about business, wait until it hits her that Daniel’s just a macaroni employee.

So, with all this talk of owning this talk of owning the restaurant I am so confused. In order to own this place he either has to have bought it or it was given to him as a present. Assuming option two is unlikely, where did they get the money for option 1? Did they not lose any money in the DD fiasco? They said they had handed over a lot of money to DD. Was this not true? Or did they get all that money back when they pulled out?

Why does Kendal have to be ‘like every other white woman’ in south Florida? She says a Land Rover is too expensive and that’s why she’s getting a Jeep. I know nothing about cars but am also looking to get a new one soon and have noticed that Jeep tends to be on the less expensive end of the market. I’ve been asking why this is and people with more knowledge that me have all said it is because a Jeep is not the best car brand to buy. It’s unreliable apparently and doesn’t have a great reputation.
Having said that, compared with the Rich family we are reasonably comfortable financially and would not dream of spending 100000 on a car. First off it’s a lot of money and secondly it loses its value so fast and thirdly the running costs (tax, fuel, insurance) would be enormous on an annual basis.
These two adults have no financial savvy whatsoever. The mind boggles at their decision making skills.
