So, with all this talk of owning this talk of owning the restaurant I am so confused. In order to own this place he either has to have bought it or it was given to him as a present. Assuming option two is unlikely, where did they get the money for option 1? Did they not lose any money in the DD fiasco? They said they had handed over a lot of money to DD. Was this not true? Or did they get all that money back when they pulled out?

Why does Kendal have to be ‘like every other white woman’ in south Florida? She says a Land Rover is too expensive and that’s why she’s getting a Jeep. I know nothing about cars but am also looking to get a new one soon and have noticed that Jeep tends to be on the less expensive end of the market. I’ve been asking why this is and people with more knowledge that me have all said it is because a Jeep is not the best car brand to buy. It’s unreliable apparently and doesn’t have a great reputation.
Having said that, compared with the Rich family we are reasonably comfortable financially and would not dream of spending 100000 on a car. First off it’s a lot of money and secondly it loses its value so fast and thirdly the running costs (tax, fuel, insurance) would be enormous on an annual basis.
These two adults have no financial savvy whatsoever. The mind boggles at their decision making skills.

Sebi is the new favorite

Remember when he was young Kendal never glanced at him or Hampton. Now the girls are teens and probably less compliant so she has to move down the line.
Someone asked on YT where’s Hampton and she answered that he’s always at school when she’s vlogging. Well her last video was made on a Sunday….still no sign of Hampton.
I assume they were thinking of moving to the Coral Springs area when they do move house. (She pointed out a field in one of the recent videos..that’s definitely the Coral Springs/parkland area. But she doesn’t like the drive to Boynton Beach from there.
Where is Hampton’s school located? Will the commute be different for him each day?

When Kendal was asked why she wasn’t involved much in the store that they own, she said she’d be more involved when it came to renovating because that’s what she’s interested in. But in the vlog where her and Sebi went, she was talking about the renovation plans and was asking Daniel about all of it. Seems like she’s not involved in that part of it either.

She should just switch the kids to Cheer Florida, it’s right in that area and it’s a somewhat better gym. Her loyalty to the other gym is kind of commendable, but it doesn’t make sense to move based on where your cheer gym is- lol those kids could all quit cheer tomorrow like Evie. And it’s just not that good of a gym.

Surprised anyone is surprised Kendal isn’t involved in the mac & cheese place. Did you really expect her to serve food and clean tables and know anything about redesign. She’s just here for the checks. She’s not giving up her housewife/cheer chauffeur/shopper role for any mac & cheese.

Latest video- Sebi wants to work at the Mac & Cheese place. How old is he, 11. These kids are so desperate to leave their house and see the outside world that they want to work at 11 years old. I’m not convinced this homeschool where you just lay around at home all day and never interact with other kids or go any place stimulating is actually healthy. I guess it’s nice he’s inspired by his dad to want to learn more about the job though. But would you want an elementary school kid making your Mac & Cheese bowl for you? Lol.

I hate Kendal's criteria for choosing a car so much. The car she wants is about $100k and the gas mileage is terrible. It's going to be a beast to insure. I looked at Car and Driver's recommendations for 8 passenger vehicles and it doesn't make the top 15.

Also is her car money coming from the sale of their home? They close in a couple weeks right? Isn't that when she plans to get her car?

Child labor laws are the same regardless of employer. It is absolutely illegal for an 11 year old to be employed at a restaurant, even if his daddy is the owner. And family vlogging isn’t regulated by the government unlike the film industry so that’s a false equivalency.

Kendal did not say Hampton is with his family. His family IS the Riches. She said she’s driving 3 kids to cheer and Hampton is in school.

And yes, her plan seems to use the money from the sale of the house to buy this car - presumably in cash since she keeps saying “I’ll have the cash in hand”.

My guess is they’ll pay of their debt with the cash they get (EV’s car, Daniel’s car and Kendall’s car + any credit card debt they have) and then shack up in a small rental for 2 years until they can build back a savings to buy.

Kendal is such an idiot. The profit from a home sale is supposed to be rolled into another home as a down payment, not blown in a car. Now she’ll have nothing to put down in a home and never be able to buy a house because she blew it all on a depreciating luxury vehicle. Her area (and Florida in general in the last couple years) is very expensive and full of 1m+ homes, she would need that profit to put down to lower the monthly payments!! I can’t believe she’s blowing it.

Kendal definitely meant that H was staying with Daniel’s parents. They adopted him. He is their child despite them not treating him like they treat their biological kids.

Kendal’s rant on IG yesterday about wishing to block some people was definitely directed at us and at the reddit groups. She pretends not to read here but it’s not true. Because hardly any criticism appears in the YT comments.

From the Department of Labor's website:

"Children of any age are generally permitted to work for businesses entirely owned by their parents, except those under age 16 may not be employed in mining or manufacturing and no one under 18 may be employed in any occupation the Secretary of Labor has declared to be hazardous."

Family vlogs are entirely owned by parents and not subject to other exceptions unless your family vlogs is about mining or driving a tractor or something. Also if Sebi or Kapri "work" in the restaurant and it's not entirely owned by Daniel, it might be legal if they aren't drawing a paycheck. It's not employment if you are not getting paid. It's just take your child to work day every day. Remember Daniel wanted Kendal to come in and help but he only planned to pay her with free food. He's not going to pay those kids. That's why Brin and Capri are at the beach.

I might have to go back and listen to that part again but I heard Kendal say that Hampton preferred to spend time with HIS family. Not our family or family in the generic sense indicating that this family belonged to Hampton and not the rest of them. Maybe it was just a slip of the tongue because Kendal isn't really sleeping due to waiting up for Daniel and getting up early to get Hampton ready for school. But it was a weird slip.

Also, is anyone else wondering if Evie quit cheer because she has weddings and babies on the brain?

Kendal hinting at Brinley getting a nose job after cheer season. Who let’s their barely 15 year old get cosmetic surgery? That’s how you end up with an insecure kid obsessed with her looks and always judging her appearance… kind of like Kendal does.

This family is like a train-wreck I can’t look away from. More house money getting poured into something other than a house. Buying Brinley surgery is another way for Kendal to feel wealthy. Maybe Brinley will pay for it herself, because why save money for college when you can get unnecessary surgery? I also noticed that Kendal called it a ‘procedure’. Any time you go under the knife is called *surgery* and comes with risks, Kendal. You should encourage Brinley to wait until she’s older and her brain is fully developed and equipped to make such decisions.
