So, it seems Kapri performed on Brinley’s team at the weekend. Conveniently Brinley’s team got a Wild Card bid to summit.
It’s no secret that Lori and Michael like the Rich family due to the free promotion they provide through their vlogs.

Here’s my theory: Cheer Extreme knew in advance that Lightning (Brinley’s team) was going to get a summit bid this weekend but not Suns (Kapri’s team). In order to keep good favours with the rich family, they moved Kapri to the level 2 team so both girls would get a summit bid and therefore lots of positive publicity from Kendal. It would be seen as a better move to put Kapri on the team in advance of them getting the bid to make it seem like Kapri helped their bid chances rather than ‘stacking’ after the bid is awarded and in time for summit.

Can anyone with cheer knowledge comment on this? Could this be a feasible scenario?

Agreed. Daniel cheated so ultimately he’s the one to blame, but Kendal is no saint. Their dynamic has always been off and it’s even weirder now post scandal. I know they want us to think things are amazing and blissful and Daniel is a changed man but I don’t think that’s the case. They still don’t have chemistry and are still super awkward around each other, especially when they are hugging or sitting next to each other.

Part of me thinks he’s love bombing Kendal either so she’ll forgive him faster or so he can do it all again without her having any idea. He looks wildly guilty every time she brings up the cheating, almost like he’s still doing it.

In regards to your theory, it is possible. However, what often happens is that someone from a team gets injured or for some reason (usually legit) needs to be pulled out and so they need a fill in. So it is also equally plausible that Kapri filled in at the right time. Also, I don't know how much competition Senior 2 had, but if there was no/little/poor competition, the coaches might have assumed that Senior 2 had a better shot at winning and getting a bid rather than Junior 3, which often has tons of competition in their division. I know that Brinley's team had won in the past, but I thought that they often struggled in competition and would win only when there was no competition. In other words, her team isn't that great, but just happens to be in a non-competitive division. I've seen teams win "Nationals" with numerous stunt falls b/c of the lack of competition. In almost every competition, there are always a few divisions with no competition whatsoever. What helps out your theory though is that usually, when coaches select the "fill in," they pick someone who is REALLY good - not just average on your team. So I suspect that the better athletes got passed over to be the fill in because of the relationship that you discussed.

100% with Lemon on this. Honestly, Kendall does not seem to be the forgiving type - especially, if she feels publicly humiliated. So either the cheating thing is fake, overblown or Kendall is pretending to be coping with it for financial reasons.

Kendal said Brinley’s team needed a lot of fill-ins, 5 (of course she knew all their names! She’s obsessed!), so there was probably no ulterior motive in making Kapri one of them, she had the proper skill level and did a good job filling in. The biggest reason to choose Kapri is out of convenience— her sister is already on the team, so it was no extra hassle for Kendal to get Kapri to the Senior 2 practices as well.

Gyms pick fill-ins based on what position they need (flyer, base, backspot) and who they think can handle doing multiple teams (usually they’ll pick hardworking, team-player type kids, not just who’s the most talented).

Aside from the free publicity, I’m sure the coaches love the Rich kids because they give the gym extra money through tons of private lessons. It also helps makes Kapri look hardworking, so I’m not surprised she was asked to fill in.

For some reason, even Kendal didn’t think Kapri’s team had a chance at a Summit bid this week— in the beginning of the video, she said she thought the other two CEA teams there would be fighting for 1 bid. Kendal seemed to already know which gyms would get the other 2 bids (this competition only gave out 3 bids total)— she is so obsessed with cheer! But at least she is aware other gyms are better than them and likely to get the bids before them lol.

At this point in the season, most decent teams already have Summit bids, so it becomes easier to win one. It’s still not easy though because only a small number of bids go out to the entire competition, regardless of what division you’re in. So even though there was probably nobody in Brinley’s division, her team still had to go against everyone in the competition who still needs a Summit bid (including Kapri’s team) in order to win it. Kapri’s team can try again next week at UCA in Orlando.

On another note, it’s crazy how few times Sebi’s team actually competes! A small local competition like this would have been a great competition for his team to go to. I have a feeling CEA sometimes tries to avoid competing against the nearby gyms in an attempt to not lose their kids to them. Cheer Florida has a much better Youth 2 than CEA.

So instead, Sebi’s team is going to UCA in Orlando next week and they’re going to get clobbered, they’re up against great teams including a fantastic one from Texas. But at least they won’t be losing to any gyms located near CEA.

I hope Kendal pays much lower competition fees for Sebi than the girls because his team hardly ever competes! If not, what is this gym doing with that money. And why is his team never prepared to compete.

I must applaud Kendal for losing some weight. She looks thinner in her selfie at the juice place and im thinking it’s a result of eating out less (because of money) and going on walks. Great for her.
Kendal, lemon is gonna tell you rn not to buy the damn Land Rover for your own sake. It’s unreliable and will cost a fortune to maintain and fix it as it ages. If you’re planning to keep the car for a while, get an American car or Japanese.

Also, if she stuffs all her kids in a Range Rover than that is just cruel and she is only buying one out of spite. It’s not a proper car for a family of seven and even a family of six because Evie drives. She needs a larger SUV

I am genuinely confused. As a woman who is just 2 years older than her (and coincidentally also car shopping) I could never ever imagine thinking ANYONE is remotely interested in what I’m wearing. My children and husband would for sure have me certified if I started posing for selfies in the bathroom.

I can only imagine her mind is constantly on ‘the other woman’. Kendal must be so insecure that she feels she needs to show her that she won…all the time.
