Much and all as I dislike Kendal and a LOT of what she does and says, I do admire her (and Daniel) for working on their marriage. And while I agree that Daniel is 100% to blame for actually cheating, I do not think he is 100% to blame for how he was feeling prior to the event. We have seen both of them in videos and on social media. Kendal is a very difficult, incompetent person. She definitely never appeared to have a relationship with Hampton. Her relationship with Sebi seems to have improved since she got him into cheer. She wanted to move to Florida. She wanted Daniel to quit work and work for her. She is obsessed with shopping and cheer. She refused to cook meals or clean the house. She didn’t treat Daniel as a partner, more like a work colleague. On the other side, the girls didn’t seem to like Daniel. Is this because he was actually as awful as Kendal says he was or because she created her little girls club (she plus 3) and excluded the household males from her posse.

Well now that Kendal knows he can get someone probably prettier than her and more successful she ACTUALLY has to work on her marriage instead of walking all over him. It’s probably the best thing that has happened to Daniel. But I also think Kendal is constantly putting on a fake show so who knows. Sometimes infidelity.can bring a relationship closer together but why the constant attack towards the other women? It’s all suspicious

I had the same thought. I’ve said it before and I still believe it- EV will be pregnant before she turns 20. It’s also very obvious they for whatever reason, Kendal and Daniel don’t want to parent her anymore and since she’s “18” she should be able to do whatever she wants. Conservative parenting is very interesting in the Rich family lol

Kendal is doing so much damage control trying to get all of us and Heather to think her and Daniel are madly in love and she has the best marriage ever. Her insecurities are really getting the best of her. Daniel still looks so uncomfortable around her, especially when she brings up the affair or talks about how much their marriage has changed. Did they even go through a “rough patch” outside of the 2 weeks Kendal was losing her mind? How do you go from finding out about an affair, to being absolutely rageful, to happily and blissfully married to your best friend all in the span of 2 months? My husband forgets to do something and I hold a grudge for weeks LOL.

Around 90,000 capital gain taxes unless put into another property
It will cost them about 5000 to 6000 a month for rent so there goes another 60,000 to 70,000 for the year
And I can only imagine what kind of debt they are in

Im with you, I think posters are overestimating how much they got. I found a website called propertyiq which discloses their down payment and mortgaged amount. (I know it’s accurate since I looked up my own house, lol) Here’s the numbers:

Bought for 715k in Jan/Feb 2020, put down $143,000 and mortgaged $572,000.

This part is impossible to know for sure but over the last 3 years I’d estimate they have paid the mortgage down to around $500k, as It’s slow paying off houses with the interest attached

Selling for $1,225,000 with somewhere in the early 500k range left on the loan I’d estimate $700k in profit. After the heavy taxes from not rolling it into another house, closing costs, and 6% buyer and seller agent commissions I think Pelican is right with a net proceed of around 450-500k. 100k blown on the car right away is a really stupid idea. Large family homes in soflo are so expensive, she needs it all for a down payment when she wants to buy!

I was just thinking of the type of home they'll want to buy eventually. In their area, that's $1m+ house. Huge, in a gated amenity-rich neighborhood, fully remodeled kitchen/bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, etc. It doesn't come cheap anywhere at this point, and especially not in Palm Beach County. With say 400k down on a million dollars it's still 600k in mortgage, which they'll need a good income to afford-- especially with the interest rates. As we saw, they were struggling with the bills on their house with their current income, and Youtube is only getting worse. They need all the down payment money they can get!! It's so stupid that Kendal is treating it like she won a small lottery.

After all the buying, (luxury SUV, shopping, high rent, and eating out) they'll be screwed when it's time to buy a house. The income is gonna remain crap and meanwhile a ton of the money from the house sale will be gone.

If I were the Riches I'd buy. Renting is a waste of money, especially with the huge available down payment they have. Oh, wait, they won't do that because then Kendal couldn't blow the sale proceeds on a platinum Escalade and Gucci. *eyeroll*
