I was just thinking of the type of home they'll want to buy eventually. In their area, that's $1m+ house. Huge, in a gated amenity-rich neighborhood, fully remodeled kitchen/bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, etc. It doesn't come cheap anywhere at this point, and especially not in Palm Beach County. With say 400k down on a million dollars it's still 600k in mortgage, which they'll need a good income to afford-- especially with the interest rates. As we saw, they were struggling with the bills on their house with their current income, and Youtube is only getting worse. They need all the down payment money they can get!! It's so stupid that Kendal is treating it like she won a small lottery.
After all the buying, (luxury SUV, shopping, high rent, and eating out) they'll be screwed when it's time to buy a house. The income is gonna remain crap and meanwhile a ton of the money from the house sale will be gone.
If I were the Riches I'd buy. Renting is a waste of money, especially with the huge available down payment they have. Oh, wait, they won't do that because then Kendal couldn't blow the sale proceeds on a platinum Escalade and Gucci. *eyeroll*
Exactly! That’s why I said it’s only downhill from here. They will never be able to get into a house like the one they were living in. If she was smart then look for a smaller home in the 600,000 range with that big down payment until they get on their feet with a new business but I think Kendal is a Moran and has NO clue what’s she’s doing. She should buy herself an expedition or another minivan and go into the next home and have some financial freedom. But she’s too busy trying to be someone she is not, RICH.

Thanks for all the financial explanations. It’s definitely a lot different than it is here in Switzerland. The mortgages here are organized and calculated in three sections.
So all in all it looks like they will be totally screwed. Hopefully Daniel’s monthly income will be enough to cover rent, fuel, bills, food and normal expenses because Kendal has definitely cut back on YouTube.
I reckon she’s down to around three videos a week which on a really good day might reach 35000 views. Poor Daniel will die of stress trying to keep things afloat.

Very little effort being put into the vlogs lately and the views are way down. The Rich family is about to move out of their house with an actual pool, and what does Kendal do, go on a bathing suit shopping spree of course. She bought a bunch of bikinis as if she ever goes to the beach, or even outside lol. She insists she will return some.
Then she tells Kapri she doesn’t have enough bathing suits and needs to step up her bathing suit game like Brinley who has a whole basket full of them, including ones that are apparently expensive (such a waste, bathing suits don’t last that long). Kapri was holding maybe a handful of bathing suits, a perfectly reasonable amount! I get one bathing suit per year and I actually use it lol.
Kendal then laments over the fact they’re struggling to find a rental home. But she’s so excited about her way-too-expensive new car and jokes she’ll have to live in it. I wouldn’t joke, she might have to at this rate.

IKR- imagine the stuff she has seen/ knows. She’s seen off camera Kendal, and on camera is crazy enough!! Teri probably grew up and realized she didn’t want to be friends with someone 25 years older than her but acts like she’s 20. I bet political differences played a huge role too.
