Yeah despite being married around 20 years (is it 20? Hard to know because they never celebrate anything), there’s something awkward about their relationship. You’re right, they’ve always been distracted by other things instead of prioritizing their relationship. So now they barely know how to be in a relationship & occasionally come across as awkward teens who just started to date LOL. My guess is they rushed to get married because religion told them they shouldn’t sleep together unless they were married, and they didn’t really know each other first.


Is that what Kendal said, they won’t use sunscreen because of chemicals? LOL she desperately needs it. Does she know all that expensive Sephora makeup she buys is full of weird chemicals? So is that daily takeout food. All those clothes she buys at the mall, full of weird dyes, pesticides, etc, rubbing against her skin. There are healthier sunscreens than others, you should get one with zinc oxide so that it sits on top of the skin instead of gets absorbed by it. Does she think Botox is healthy? She makes no sense. How do you live in Florida wearing tank tops all the time and not use sunscreen.

Kendal would never let a big bill stop her from spending money. They never eat all together as a family whether they’re at home or out. When you don’t even bother to get enough chairs for the whole family to sit together at the table at home, I guess eating out as a family at restaurants isn’t a priority either.

They also tend to let the kids pick what they want to eat (often fast food), instead of saying “this is where we are eating, find something on the menu.” So they end up ordering from multiple places at multiple times and never sit down and eat together. They let the kids eat whatever, which causes them to never get used to other foods. Has this family ever eaten a vegetable? I’m amazed the kids aren’t all overweight like poor Hampton is.

Poor Sebi has no friends! Not even one to come over for his birthday. Why do these people shelter their kids so much. Is it because then they wouldn’t have anyone to hang out with?

Wow! Those must have been some expensive stuffed animals Hampton got for his b-day, to equal the price of that gaming computer Sebi got! Not. Only thing equal between the two, is the number of friends each one had there. Not one 10-year-old boy (not one) & not one 12-year-old boy (not one). The girl’s “friends” had to drag their brother along (15, 16?) so at least there was a male there. How sad is this family? How sad that they favor the biological, no special needs son? How sad, absolutely NO friends whatsoever & how sad the parents must embellish the vlogs to pretend otherwise? These lazy, loafing parents are just about the most pathetic people I've ever come across. The fact that this is their idea of living their best lives, should give anyone a pretty good idea of just who they're dealing with.

Imagine a 12 year old boy not having a single friend. Sebi seems like a sweet kid, he’d have no problem making friends, but without school and any activities aside from cheer which is virtually all female, he will never have a chance to met boys his age. So sad. Hasn’t he played soccer before? Kendal should encourage him to bring a friend over, but if it’s not a female friend she can “hang out with” too (like Kapri’s friends), she doesn’t care.

Hampton gets treated like less than a person. His biggest “Christmas gift” was getting to “share” Sebi’s legos. I understand giving him silly gifts that make him happy (Coca Cola bottle, gummy bears, McDonalds gift card), but that shouldn’t be his ENTIRE gift. There are plenty of games and toys that could stimulate a special needs child and keep him active, but Kendal can’t be bothered. It’s like they see him as a lost cause so why bother. She pretends he’s not special needs, that the ‘language’ he speaks is just cute/funny (they mimic his language instead of correct it!), and that they shouldn’t spend any time working on his development or teaching him to do anything else except watch an iPad.

When I looked at the birthday vlog, the thing that stood out to me (and probably to everyone else) is the lack of any friends for Sebi. Even the older teen boy that came probably didn't even want to come. There are so many opportunities for Sebi to make male friends (even with homeschooling) - like homeschooling basketball, football and baseball leagues. Outside of the homeschooling leagues, there are rec program or travel teams (of course Kendall probably won't invest in any travel sports for Sebi because only cheer matters to her). He could have also taken martial arts classes, which tend to have a lot of boys. Sebi doesn't come across as a difficult kid or a kid that would have trouble making friends (i.e. extreme shyness, social anxiety, etc.) - rather, he's just never put in any environment to do so. Having a party with his sisters friends is not the same as having his own friends there. I wonder if Sebi and Hampton have EVER had a party where it was attended by just ONE kid that was genuinely their friend. I'm surprised that he wouldn't even have church friends - as it seems like they had been attending the same church for a while.

Also, I think the parents are pushing Evie to be in more of the videos because of their low views. They probably told her that they were going to be homeless soon if they don't increase their viewership.

In some of the comments, I noticed Kendall saying that they still have the I Heart Mac N Cheese - but she still never talks about it in their videos (of course I might have missed it bc I fast forward through much of them).

At the age of 12 boys and girls are worlds apart. 12 year old boys tend to be risk takers and daredevils. Their play would be adventurous and even dangerous. Sebi is missing out on a huge part of his natural development by not having boys to ‘get into trouble’ with. Kendal said at the beginning of the video that Sebi is kind and gentle and the perfect example of a boy. She credits her parenting. But the reality is she never has given him the opportunity to be a boy. He never mixes with boys. All his social interactions are in the controlled environment of a gym with mostly females. Give Sebi the opportunity to break his arm falling from a tree, or defend himself in a fight, or ring a neighbour’s doorbell and run away. The poor boy is learning nothing about life

Sebi seems feminine like his father. I think Sebi may have a hard time in the real world as an adult like his dad apparently does (finding a job, being the man of the house, wanting attention/approval from his mom etc)

The love between Kendal and Daniel actually felt genuine for like the first time ever in this vlog?!? But they’re still totally nuts and get upset where there’s *not* a tornado. Kendal complained about how her fake tornado videos used to go viral and now she’d gets 10K views for a fake tornado video. Yes, Kendal, eventually people caught on to your clickbait and realize you’ve never seen a tornado. I like how she pretends it’s YouTube’s fault that she’s not one of the “preferred vloggers”. Her videos are amazing & YouTube’s just hiding them! Sure, Kendal.

Daniel credits the TV and Netflix for saving their marriage. Such a goof. And apparently it’s good to eat your dinner huddled away upstairs alone watching TV instead of at a table with your young children. They never, ever eat as a family, not even on special occasions. But alone time with your spouse is indeed very important and it’s only taken Kendal and Daniel 20 something years to figure that out. They’ve been together for so long and are just now learning how to be friends lol.

Kendall acted like she was doing us a favor putting her seatbelt on while Brinley learned how to drive in a crowded area. As if we’re the outrageous ones for thinking a new driver and her passengers should wear seatbelts.

Oh, haha. Maybe I was giving them too much credit. She is trying hard to make it seem everything’s perfect now when you know it’s not. I just thought their affection looked less awkward than usual, I mean, they used to never touch each other at all, so this is definitely progress, but the joking remarks of “are you saying I need to lose weight” were annoying though.

Pretty sure that was the first time they’ve kissed on the lips on camera. It was weird to watch. Kenny was acting like a giggly girl who was trying to flirt with their crush. I hope they are happy cause they don’t have a lot else going for them right now.
