Excuse my ignorance but I’m just not au fait with law or the US legal system.

So it says they’re suing for 50k in damages.

Damages means they’ve been hurt by I heart. But Daniel and Kendal said that people were stealing from them. That money was flowing out of their bank account. Would they then sue for damages? Or is this case something else?

Something I also don't understand is how we, strangers on the internet with no insider knowledge, could tell that this I heart business seemed shady but Kendal and Daniel could not. Also, we, strangers on the internet knew something was up a long time ago when they stopped mentioning I heart, Daniel got a job and they took the name away from their banner on IG. But Kendal kept denying it. These two clowns are real idiots. How have they managed to survive life thus long. We, the semi invested observers, have predicted financial disaster for years. And we’ve been right about everything so far. Which now makes me convinced that the car theft was a hoax to somehow alleviate financial strain.

Yep, Kendal kept denying it. One thing I’ve observed about Kendal is she is soooo full of shit. She lies and exaggerates about everything! She compares herself to other vlogger’s about how real she is. Yet, she portrays herself as having a perfect life when behind the scenes it’s falling apart. Anyone could see this financial disaster coming but, Kendall is so delusional that she couldn’t see it herself. I believe that’s where narcissism comes in. She’s a lunatic and Daniel is a little girl with zero business savvy but don’t worry Kendal. You still have your Escalade “Kendra” to make you feel better about yourself.

I think they blew all the massive house profit on the Escalade and their iheart disaster and have nothing left. Otherwise why would Daniel have an additional full time job AND another training for something else?! All the while Kendal shops and buys dunkin every single day. She clearly sees the money issues as his problem and not hers. I think she thinks that since he cheated (assuming that isn’t a lie) he must provide for her and it’s OK for her to do whatever she wants.

Personally I don’t think the car theft thing was staged— I think they are too stupid to plan something like that. Also, Kendal didn’t have her huge (fake) status symbol car to tote around in for months. I don’t think she’d purposefully do that to herself

I think the “secret” job Daniel is training for is something with coding. He’s learning how to code so he can make money from web and software development. K&D think that you can make a ton of money doing that work, so poor Daniel is going to put hours of labor into learning because he thinks once he knows how people will hire him to build out their websites and he’ll make a ton of money doing so. LOL

But isn’t there a legit “other woman” out there? Someone found her IG & she’s an actual person. I don’t think Kendal & Daniel would ruin both his reputation & some other woman’s (which in turn affects their kids) just for views, but you never know with these people.

While Daniel comes across as a great family man, I could see why things went wrong. He and Kendal used to seem like they had no relationship whatsoever, 0 amounts of love & affection, and I could see if he felt like his needs weren’t being met (because she’s entirely consumed in teenage stuff & shopping) and didn’t know how to communicate that to her.

I was thinking something at his new job. Maybe some sort of managing position. I feel Evie went through a rebellious phase a few years ago but it wasn’t talked about (despite Kendal saying they don’t hide the ugly truth because they’re REAL).
Kendal is too afraid to try new things. They live in Florida…entry to all those reserves is free. She could go see so many creatures in the wild! Imagine they got on a plane or a boat and went somewhere further than peanut island. The Bahamas for example….so close but still culturally different. Or up to New York. Maybe Mexico. These places are so easily accessible to them but all they do is go to the mall. Such sad people! Isn’t it normal for families in the US to at least travel outside their own state for holidays? I don’t know anyone over this side of the world who doesn’t venture abroad at least once a year!

I 100% believe the cheating was real. There’s no way Daniel would take the fall for that, and it was completely obvious the hurt that all of them went through. They aren’t good actors and there was plenty of body language even with the kids that made it painfully obvious they were going through it. My only question was whether or not the affair was sexual or if it was emotional? Also I don’t believe the Escalade situation was faked. Kendall loves it too much to have faked the whole situation, that’s her status symbol car, no way she’s going without. Now I thoroughly believe they tried to profit off of their misery, 100%, they won’t let a good opportunity go to waste. They’ll exploit anything for a dollar. I think they are on financial trouble and are scrambling to find anything to pull ahead. Also I’ve seen some claim she faked the Escalade being stolen because she couldn’t afford the payments but they paid cash for it out of the sale of the house so that wouldn’t make sense. They have no payment other than the insurance. I don’t know why Kendall can’t get a job too, why is it Daniel scrambling to keep the family afloat?

Kendal claims she’s doing things aside from Youtube to help contribute to the family’s income. Lol, sure she is. How much money could she be getting for that LTK thing where she’s a ‘fashion influencer’ or whatever.

She again made fun of the successful family vloggers from Utah. According to Kendal, you can only do well on Youtube now if you’re from Utah. Those Utah families don’t just film themselves getting coffee though (and they’re also not rude to anybody in their comment sections). That one Utah lady films her entire kids’ cheer routines and lets people follow along with the season. Whereas Kendal mostly only takes out the camera when she’s sitting in the car doing nothing and rolls her eyes at the thought of making cheer vlogs.

I wonder if the gym has asked Kendal not to film, and if so, they’re missing out on a great opportunity for free publicity. But I’m sure Kendal/Daniel could at least film *something* at the competitions, they’re just too lazy and don’t know how to get anyone to watch.

Also, Daniel has been working on making an animated shark for weeks and thinks this is going to lead to a great work-from-home animation job. Good luck with that, but at least he’s showing ambition. He has to be a workaholic because Kendal will never work.
