Daniel and Kendal are suing the buyers of the home they sold for their deposit back when they rented from the buyers. Daniel is complaining about financial hardship yet his wife drives a paid off Escalade. He also mentioned he has to get a second job just to pay the bills. You’d think Kendal would get a job to help out her family but who am I kidding.

Here’s the letter he wrote. It’s all public record.

We all saw the disgusting state they left it in, plus didn’t they stay past the time they were supposed to leave?

If they can’t pay their bills maybe instead of Daniel having to get a second job, perhaps Kendal should stop spending money at Sephora, Starbucks, Dunkin, etc.

This is beyond hilarious to me.

Yes, they sold the house but had to rent it back for a little while because they weren’t able to move into their rental right away. Not only that but they breached contract by overstaying. I specially remember Daniel talking about how they were still cleaning up AFTER they were supposed to be out of the house and how the new owner came over to tell them to leave. Daniel was talking about how unfair it was and how the guy should have been more understanding. He also LAUGHED about how much he loves confrontation and how he was so happy to battle this guy. This is so beyond stupid of them to be suing over an issue THEY caused.

I’m not sure how much more Daniel can take. He is 100% responsible to the finances of the family with ZERO help from Kendal. She actually makes it worse with her shopping addiction. And while Daniel is the only one to blame for cheating, Kendal has done no work on herself to improve the marriage. The same issues that probably drove Daniel to cheat still exist and I just wonder if he won’t do it again or this time leave for good.

I went back and watched the video. They were supposed to be out by 5pm. The buyer came by for the keys and they were nowhere near finished moving everything out. Daniel had all kinds of excuses but there is no excuse. Don’t wait until the last minute! I think he said the cleaners were going to be there until
midnight, I hope they got paid well but I bet they didn’t.




They should have had everything out of that house the day before the final walk through. The cleaners could have come the next morning and had the place clean by the time the buyers showed up.

They’re disgusting and I hope they don’t get the full $10,000 back.

Kendall needs to wake up and cut back on her spending, and not just by making her kids split a donut! Almost $200 was spent at Sephora in a little over a week.

Oh and did anyone catch Kapri saying she wanted a new bed when they were looking at that house? Those kids are so spoiled.

I don’t know what to think. How can one family have so many problems? The amount of money “owed to them” is just crazy. Are they that stupid or just unlucky?

The inspection report did show there was a pool leak, is the defendant just being a jerk because of the way they left the house? I’d love to see their response.

Pretty soon we’re going to see them file for bankruptcy.

All the while Daniel is struggling to support a wife who spends money like water and also puts her kids into private tumbling lessons as well as regular cheer practice. Kendal will drive Daniel to an early grave. And all the while she has him over a barrel because he cheated on her.
Their financial situation must be worse than we thought. I still don’t believe they own the Escalade though. Due to its sporadic disappearances I reckon it’s rented.

I see them filing for being broke soon. If the house was sold as is then the Rich’s have a case.
But, they have no excuse for not being out as promised. What the heck does Kendal do all day?
Instead of spending hours on herself, she could have been packing up. Since the kids are home schooled, they could have helped. They were gullible and not thinking when they invested in the Mac and Cheese place. I am thinking the expensive car is being leased because it seems to be gone for extended periods. I don’t think Daniel cheated- a totally made up story for views.
A year later instead of moving on, she keeps bringing it up for more views. The channel is no longer making money because it is boring watching her spend money.

This so correct about Kendal having Daniel over a barrel. "You cheated so I can do whatever I want and you’re going to support it" is so obviously the mindset. I can’t believe with all this financial hardship that’s obviously going on she refuses to get rid of the $100k car. It’s ridiculous. Your thought about them lying about owning it is interesting but I’m skeptical because she put a huge rhinestone cheer Florida sticker on the back window, remember? I don’t think you can do that on rented/ leased cars… maybe I’m wrong. Also, didn’t Kendal brag about buying it in full from wasting their mega house profit on it?! Daniel has got to be losing it with how Kendal spends during all these issues. I think this past month Kendal has spent like $500 on products and makeup.

A former student of mine in Nevada used to do a lot of fundraising to pay for all the expenses.
When Kendal asked for help, very few donated. The student didn't go to privates because they were so expensive.

The total amount invested and sought in damages from the Riches is over $440,000. Absolutely insane. Give these docs a look but it seems they were definitely mislead.

Lol everyone here was immediately skeptical of the I Heart thing, but Kendal & Daniel thought they’d get rich quick if they just poured their life savings into it and have Daniel spend a few weeks scooping Mac & Cheese and wiping tables 20 hours a day. I remember them rushing into this immediately after Duck Donuts fell through. They were acting so desperate for passive income they didn’t have to work hard for, it was probably easy to mislead them.

What is with Kendal’s near-daily trips to Sephora for lip gloss!? And of course she doesn’t just buy lip gloss, there’s $100 of other products bought on each trip. Most Sephora products are very expensive; she is blowing hundreds, and soon to be thousands, on makeup (and then goes to Dunkin & Crumbl after). And she can’t just go alone, she always has to convince Kapri to go with her. Why does your 14 year old need to be there to watch you pick out your 8th lip product of the month? And she’s already talking about the next lip gloss she just NEEDS to buy when it’s released in a few days.

They’re looking at houses to rent, but the two they’re interested in are also on the market for sale. Could they be thinking they’ll win and will be able to buy a house?

I’m very interested to see how it goes. I’m not sure how it works or how easy it is to prove fraud but at the end of the day Kendal and Daniel did sign papers so there has to be some liability on their end

The March 11th hearing is the defendant’s asking for the complaint to be thrown out. If it isn’t then, it will proceed to a trail which will get very costly for the Rich’s. It will be interesting to see if the can keep up with the cost. Kendal is banking on winning the lawsuit to buy a house next year. Little does she know that even if they win the suit, collecting the money is a other ball game. Just because you have a judgment, doesn’t mean it’s easy to collect on it. These people have zero common sense let alone business sense

I’m not suprised. Kendal ONLY cares about herself. Not her family. Their credit card bills must be ridiculous.

Just think… everytime she post something on her social media about her husband cheating those girls have to show up to the gym or a competition with everyone whispering behind their backs. No same mother would do that to her children. Kendal is all about Kendal. It’s really disgusting.

Kendal is the demise of this family and I’m sitting back with my popcorn to watch
