I agree. I’m all for kids doing sports are all the private lessons really necessary? And couldn’t they have chosen a less expensive sport? I don’t know if it’s the same in the US but my daughter trains track and field. She trains 5/6 times a week.It costs us 400 a year in training fees. She pays her own competitions but that’s not huge. She’s on the national team and has now accepted a full ride scholarship to a BIG D1 university in the US so she’s heading over there in August. So she’s a really good athlete. I see Kendal spending a hell of a lot more on her kids cheer fees but they are (in the grand scheme of things) going to achieve nothing with cheer. For very little financial investment, our daughter is heading in the direction of the 2028 olympics. Is only cheer expensive or is it the same for all sports? Are there other sports in the US that are inexpensive yet high level? Honestly I’m just dumbfounded at the cheer fees. Do Kendals kids do cheer because it’s a sport for the wealthy or are all sports expensive?

That’s so exciting for your daughter! Best of luck to her in NCAA and beyond. No, other sports in the US are definitely a lot cheaper than cheer. Probably only a sport like figure skating is more expensive.
Cheer is especially expensive because it’s all controlled by Varsity (and they really only care about making money), and tuition is high so gyms can pay rent, pay a staff etc. Sports affiliated with a school or take place outdoors with minimal equipment are significantly cheaper. A lot of families struggle to pay for cheer even with fundraising opportunities. Some kids might get a small collegiate scholarship in either cheer or Acrobatics & Tumbling, but for the most part, cheerleaders compete for the pure love of the sport. And they do learn some valuable life lessons & form good friendships, it’s not all a waste lol. Cheer has applied to be an Olympic sport, but it seems doubtful it will be added any time soon.
Kendal loves every gym her kids attend until she causes problems, blames someone else and then leaves. However her kids are winning in this gym so maybe she will tread carefully for the next few years
Kendal on IG and tik tok has been complaining about other cheer friends still staying friends with their ex business partners. No one cares about you dumb financial moves Kendal. These people want to just enjoy their kids cheering. I know she thinks the world revolves around her but no one really cares

No, this was just a request to have the suit dismissed and the was the judges ruling on the request. Some of the accusations were thrown and some move forward. They have 60 days to attend mediation and from there they go to trial if they cannot mediate and come to an agreement. This is where thing become very costly for Kendal and Daniel.

From what I can see some counts have been completely dismissed, some counts have been dismissed but can be refilled by Daniel and Kendal, some have not been dismissed but can be amended by Daniel and Kendal. Both parties have time to respond but looks like this will head to trial for the counts that are still in motion. Based on this judgement it feels like Kendal and Daniel have not done a good job pleading their case so I would be very interested to see how this plays out. Doesn’t look good for them though. At least not the way Kendal thinks and says it will.
I will say ALL of us called this. We knew they were too dumb to open up Duck donuts with ZERO business skills and we knew when they backed out of Duck and decided to buy into I Heart they were getting scammed and taken advantage of. So funny that a bunch of literal strangers who only know them from YouTube saw this coming a mile away. Imagine if we can see how stupid they are based on 20 minute videos how dumb they are in real life. Obviously the people who they are fighting with knew Kendal and Daniel were too stupid to know any better about how a business venture works.

Kendal talking about them buying a house in a year is absolutely LAUGHABLE. She has absolutely NO clue. She said the same thing last year after investing ALL their money into the business. Did she think she was going to profit all that money back it one year? She is truly a stupid woman.
I think the house is nice.
Having a pool will be brilliant. At least Hampton will get some exercise. Remember those vlogs from last year when they were looking for a rental property and Kendal was so judgemental. She’s definitely taken a step down. But the rent is still really high. Between rent of 4700 a month, all the cheer fees, the travel expenses to competitions, Kendal’s shopping addiction he must be outlaying around 6500 a month without paying a single utility bill or buying food.
Regarding their case against the mac n cheese people. It seems they didn’t read the contact properly. And now they’re in a situation where the income from I heart isn’t covering the outgoing expenses on the restaurant. And it seems that these Mac and cheese people also have their kids in cheer Florida. Otherwise Kendal wouldn’t be so dramatic about having to see them so regularly.
I used to be a fan of their channel as a kid, but like most viewers, I realized how disgusting Kendal is as I got older. She is the worst human I have watched compared to all family vloggers who have not been arrested. She is a walking insecurity. She is deeply wounded by her husband cheating on her but cannot divorce him since she refuses to work, so she decides to take it out on the woman whom Daniel cheated on her with. I do not support cheating, but all of her anger should be directed towards her husband, though everyone with a brain knows that.
Two of the things that shock me the most about her are her narcissism/selfishness and her poor parenting. She's convincing her kids, especially her girls, that everyone is jealous of them and that they are haters the second somebody disagrees with them. Since she did not have that growing up, she sincerely wants to live out her Regina George mean-girl fantasy. Very sad. You can see Evie becoming a carbon copy of Kendal. She is barely working, has no plan for a future, and is already planning on relying on a man before she is even 20. She is still making TikTok about hating her old cheer gym as if that drama has not been stale for two years. Their lives are so dull that they cling to drama to try and bring something eventful into their sad lives.
I also do not know how she publicly displays her shopping addiction while also detailing her financial crisis. How will you make your four kids split one donut but get a $600 batch of Botox? I do not know much about their court case because I honestly do not know much about the US legal system. I do not want to speak about things I am not educated on, but I understand that if she wants any chance at winning, she should not post about going to the mall EVERY DAY on YouTube. Indeed, a dumb woman. Do not even get me started on them investing $500k into a Mac and cheese business. Anyone could have told them that was a bad idea.
Her parenting is God-awful. If you are going to homeschool your children, ACTUALLY homeschool them. Her kids cannot even form a coherent sentence, and she does not seem to care. She literally lets them get their education through a workbook. If she thinks for a second that her older kids are not cheating on all of their assignments, then she is wrong. In one vlog, she bragged about Evie having a 4.0 GPA, yet the girl cannot even use the right/you're in a sentence. It's actually sickening. Sebi could not even identify a rhombus as a middle schooler like what? Of course, she is not encouraging them to go to college and plans to let them wander into the world with a middle school-level education. Shame. On. Her.
I know most of these subjects have already been discussed here, but I really hate to watch a woman proudly destroy the lives of all of her children for the sake of looking edgy on social media.

“Went after a taken man”? Obviously you take Kendal’s word for face value. The woman is a liar and I’m sure her husband is too so lets not trust what comes out of her mouth. Who knows what kind of lies Daniel spewed out at the other woman. We only hear Kendals version of the situation which she is clearly in denial about HER husbands evolvement.
