at this rate I agree. it's starting to seem self centered. I understand taking a few dsys but to leave 31,000 people hanging is a power trip. I'm starting to see it ladies!

She said in a vlog she wouldn't announce things until she had contacted the family. She said Joels family is hard to get in touch with. She just recently said Wednesday which I took to mean Tuesday because of appointments today.

While I knew what I was having everytime I can imagine if you didn't your mindset has to be more controlled. Which fits her. I wouldn't want someone bursting my bubble if it were me.

This photo shows the GoPro was still recording by the little red indicator light. Why else would Joel still be pointing the camera at mom and baby? This tells me it didn't stop recording at the point Lucy cut off the YT videos. (Didn't she state somewhere it cut off on its own there?) Plus, I'm sure Lucy would be pissed if someone didn't get full footage of her baby birthing under water and up to their first embrace "earthside."

I've lost all interest and anticipation on learning the baby's stats, gender and name. I'm just hanging around for the show.

The Royal family showed how much more respectful they are to their citizens, fans and followers than an average SAHM who thinks she's the YT bomb. I don't consider Lucy a WAHM even though she brings in an income. That would dishonor true WAHMs who bust their butts for their customers and family.

It's not a flattering screenshot, but I think she looked prettier then, with a fuller face and almost-natural hair color (it looks a bit lighter than her roots). I think that beautiful hair color suits her so much better than the platinum blonde she sports now.

It was more of a statement why I'm not shocked. I knew she wouldn't. For me it's the same as say a tv show it's her story to tell and she will do it her way.

you're absolutely right. she Will do it her way and her way only. I'm ok with it but i do see why ppl think she's on a power trip, but yes absolutely her choice to make. Im excited to find out and i know this video announcement will not disappoint. if there's one thing she's good at, its providing quality entertainment in her birthing videos. I actually thought it was brave of her to show her vomiting in labor, but it's the way natural birth really is. I did it. its neat to see it through someone else's eyes.

Lucy's doula is thebirthingtree on IG. She seems pretty crunchy and nice. Not my style to being touched by or in the birth pool with anyone but my husband but whatever. This girl has pics of hanging out with Ina May Gaskin. Impressive.

If you're talking about the GoPro shutting off right at the moment she pulls the baby out of the water, yes. She told two people that I saw of on IG.

interesting timing for the camera to malfunction. but if it did really shut off at the most important second of the entire delivery they got it turned back on immediately it seems based on the pic of joel still recording moments later. or since a lot of ppl said they probably knew the gender beforehand maybe they will say it shut off so we can't see that they already knew the babys gender? hmmm well I'm bored so I'm coming up w some theories lol

True but it wasn't entirely his fault. He kept asking her if she wanted him in the water (because he genuinely seemed to want to be) and she replied with a snarky "do whatever you want Joel". I know labor is painful and sometimes you need to just not be touched or bothered but she needed included him somehow. It isn't all about her like she may think. I'm sure the minute she went into labor she witched at him to "get good footage or else!" haha

i know that being in labor that's your one time free pass to be a bitch to whomever is near lol I snapped at everyone during my drug free Labors. but you're right he did keep asking and she said I don't care, but if you want to go ahead and get in. I actually thought she was trying to be nice about it considering the amount of pain she was in at the time.
