I just want to start off by saying I am a total supporter of breast-feeding. I personally think people like Jessica and Lucy are gross. I get that your baby shouldn't have to be covered up while they eat. I understand that completely. It is really freaking easy to take a receiving blanket and cover up your chest without covering the baby. Completely agree she should be able to breast-feed anywhere she needs to. Too many people are taking complete advantage of the right to breast-feed. It should not be a controversial issue. But because of people like Lucy and Jess who think they should be able to flop their tits out anywhere they go no matter who is around them, it is a huge issue with people on both sides. Instead of raising awareness about the benefits of breast-feeding, they are turning people off completely to the idea because of the way they behave in public about it. I breast-fed both of my children as long as I could. I am totally pro breast-feeding. But that's how I feel about this and I fully expect to take some heat for my thoughts on this matter.

Oh also… It's like they think the baby deserves the respect to eat without a cover. Understandable, but the other people deserve the respect of not having to her boobs hanging out in a public place. Other people deserve the same respect the baby gets.

At my local mall there is a room with a rocking chair, and changing area for mothers to go in and breastfeed their child and what not. I haven't seen one anywhere else.

I don't get why people make a huge deal about having a special room for them to go in. They usually try to make it really comfortable for them and convenient. I don't get why people like Lucy insist on being right up in everyone's face with it.

I don't understand how one could want 'surprise' rectal pressure? I mean, she said herself that she wanted it during her birth but how did she know that Lucy wasn't going to flip her lid when she did it?

And I thought about this when I first heard about Joel removing the poo... and someone can jump all down my throat on this question, but I don't know for sure so I am going to ask... Isn't that a job that the midwife/her assistant(s) should do? I mean, if I poo on the bed in the hospital my spouse isn't cleaning that up during labor, are the roles different for a home birth? I mean, I know that her midwife was sick supposedly but she had like 4 assistants there right?

Exactly!! I think Joel is a stand up guy for doing that. But he should have been with Lucy in the pool touching his baby for the first time and Doula sneaky fingers should catch the poo.

I wonder if the doula or midwife would have done it if he just let it "float around"?

Our mall has a whole baby/child/mother wing. There are nursing rooms with chairs and foot stools, a huge nice changing area, the bathrooms have an adult size toilet and a small child size toilet and same with the sinks. I absolutely love it and enjoyed going in and nursing my daughter when she was nursing. It was so quiet and calm in there. Anywhere else that doesn't have those I would have to carry and nurse her as Lucy does, however I have a nursing over that I would use, not really because I care so much what other people think but because I don't want anyone seeing my body. What if she were to unlatch and then EVERYTHING is exposed. I just didn't want that, *I* don't want everyone seeing me. It really doesn't get that hot under a nursing cover, they are lose and flowy but prevent everyone from seeing your tatas.

In the baby video Joel said that's what he will call her since they are leaning towards that name.

Also, Lucy said on IG that Joel did her nails.. but in their Rainbow day 1-13 video Joel says Lucy went out and got them done with Jacelyn. Not a huge deal but why lie??

No, she hasn't announced anything to my knowledge. But in her new video, Joel says that they think they are naming the baby Karsyn with a "K" so that's what he is calling her. That was filmed when Rainbow was just a few days old.

Yes, they just have to pick one before the next visit for insurance purposes.

I'm a member of a baby names group and someone posted asking what we think the Eades baby will be called. The comments are just full of people saying they unsubscribed because she's dragging it out and is doing it for the money. Looks like other people are starting to see through Lucy.

Honestly as much as I don't like Lucy I do commend her for standing up to that woman. It IS a law that you can nurse your baby wherever without being asked to leave. That being said, I hate seeing Lucy and Jess's boobs more than I see my own lol.

Alright -- Short rant incoming.

Tex. Health Code Ann. § 165.002 (1995) authorizes a woman to breastfeed her child in any location.

This happened in a Recreation Center. I find it highly inappropriate for any employee to tell you that you have to move into a "nursing lounge" when you are obviously spending time with your family. You shouldn't have to isolate yourself to give your child the best nutrition. Those "nursing lounges" are there for those mothers who are NOT comfortable with nursing in public. Its not mandated that you have to use them if they are available. What this woman did to Lucy was actually against the law.. Lucy could actually press charges or sue.

I, myself, believe in being modest. If my next baby is EBF I plan on getting some of those special nursing shirts that give you both belly and chest coverage. Like these:
