Ahhh. I'm so nervous about tomorrow. My daughter will start swimming school. I put her in regular group instead of SN group, and now I'm crossing fingers it starts off fine. Her group only has 5 kids though (as of Friday), which is even better than in the fully packed SN group.

Planks are the devil. When I did dance I had to Plank for a minute and I would give up at 40 seconds.

Its worst in hockey equipment. I remember we had to do leg raises with our hockey skates. So we lay on our backs and lift our legs 6 inches from the ice. Fkkkk that was a bitch. If we didn't hold it for the amount of time we were suppose to we had to do a lap around the ice. Then repeat.Yue195 wrote:Planks are the devil. Can someone tell me why so many threads are locked right now (i mean the ones that have been locked after only a few pages, not the normal 40 pages when they are locked and a new thread starts). Sorry not aware of all th ins and outs of Guru Gossip. I thought they just locked at 40 pages or if the discussion becomes offensive or people get completely off topic or something like that. Just seems a few teen mom threads that i occasionally browse are locked!

Planking is super hard but she is gonna have to do more than just one plank a day to lose weight. Didn't she gain weight this week ?

This might sound mean, but she just started... I doubt she can get to 30+seconds of planking 4-5 times a day, at best I can see her getting to 15 maybe 20 seconds.
I speak the truth, if that makes me a bitch then so be it.

I do a modified plank.
I do them on my back, and I lay flat on the ground. I lift my legs together about a foot off the ground and then lower them until about 3 inches and do my best not to drop them, then bring them back up after a few seconds. I do 40-50 in each rep.
It sounds weird but I seriously almost die each time. It's so hard.
