Because they've stated before that the have no credit cards. I don't know how it's done in Ireland but in the US you need a good credit score and money for a down payment to afford a house. And I don't know if lenders would be confident that your employer is Google Adsense or however they get paid. And apparently the Maserati is old and was probably not that expensive.

the Mesarati cant be that old because the interior looks really good...so the oldest it can be is probably 2009 and that alone is around 60000 with high mileage in Canada...i dont know car prices in Ireland though...but it is still not cheap...

Well gals and (?) guys - I had planned to stay away from yt today but the commenst here have piqued my interest, so away I go. I can only hoped that I don't seen anything that causes me to break cover {usually it is poor or dangerous treatment of Emilia that will cause me to comment; I have little interest in commenting (there) on their appearance, house, car etc.

The casual way that the birth is discussed gives me the heebies-jeebies (not the discussion per se, but the fact that something so private would be filmed for broadcast - and every time I see the thumbnail of Anna - who looks untterly freaked out - with Emilia on her chest, I want to scrub my eyeballs); reallly, "we" should not not the intimate details. It's just peculiar.

I'm away to view today's vlog but vow to keep my "hating" to myself.

Nothing is off limits or sacred. That's the price of a YouTube vlogger. I think it will come back to bite them in the butt somehow for over sharing. The other day I caught a stupid monologue (I usually fast forward through those) of Jofus saying how he wants to share Emilia with the world because she's his "biggest accomplishment". Wtf?! Such a narcissistic and pig-headed comment to make. I think the majority of dads want to protect their daughter from the world as long as possible and not want to show her private parts (which they have done) on the Internet and with the world. Such a greedy little statement to make, he obviously just wants the recognition and fame and money that comes along with being on YouTube.
I think it's just so morally and ethically wrong. I can understand the need for bragging about your child once in awhile, but the whole vlogging thing is overkill and not natural. YouTube has created monsters all over the world. People all grasping for their 15 minutes and getting paid for showing their personal and private life with strangers all over the globe. I would NEVER want my daughter to be watched by perverts or psychotic people or strangers at all.

You know that's exactly how I feel .I try to have a sense of humour about it and sometimes I go too far but they piss me off so much ! I feel so sorry for Emilia and her sibling these two are a reflection on whats the worst in society today ! But there is hope when you read on GG and can have a laugh about it ! If you can't laugh you'd cry:)

I think she is jealous she is not pregnant with twins. I figure she was busy being a mom that is why she didnt congrat itsjudytime but she commented on racheltalbot new photo. And everyone has been tagging her Judy and both Rachel's on their new pregnancy.

I don't think Anna is jealous about the twins per se. Just the attention to be had of having twins if that makes sense. And I'm sure Anna is at least a little pissed that Judy stole her thunder.

i agree anna could care less how many babies they have but i am sure she is extra jealous of the attention that judy is going to take...also if anna keeps complaining regarding her pregnancy i am sure their viewers that also watch judy will tell her to stop whining coz judy is having twins and she does more than anna...also among all the youtube pregnant ladies, judy is kind of the well-known one for having twins and anna is pissed because she could have been one....she pretty much wanted to get pregnant for the attention...

I don't think credit cards are considered the same thing in Ireland as in the US but I'm not sure. Here there's credit cards and debit cards, which are different things. Don't know if this would affect what you're saying though!

We have debit cards and credit cards and they are different here too. I believe they have a debit card but not credit cards. Only credit cards builds your credit score here.

Some people here found listing for what we can be pretty sure is his car. I don't remember precisely but it is 7-10 yrs old. Does anyone remember more precisely? And it was quite inexpensive because I remember us marveling at the high depreciation. The Porsche was old too and it's interior was fine as well. Some of the Irish members on here said cars get a good overhaul before being resold in Ireland.

A credit card has nothing to do with getting a long term loan, as that is a different loan. But I think Ireland has a pretty similar system than the rest of EU, and things have been even more strict in the last few years.

They would need money for at least 10% of the house value, more likely even more, close to 30%, and put that money down in the bank, and the rest they would get as a loan. But you get a loan depending on your paycheck, the higher the paycheck, the bigger the loan can be, but you need a steady source of income if you want the bank to loan you the money and let you pay it off in the next 10-20 years. So I doubt YT counts. Maybe with a co-signer, who knows.

More and more people are renting these days. I'm sure they will buy something eventually, but it's just not as easy as it looks. At least I don't think it is. It is ridiculous though that they don't admit it, it's stupid. I don't think renting is a big deal. Everyone I know that is around 25 is either renting or living with their parents.

I usually agree with you, but on this I don't. I believe a mom has every right to have an epidural. I had one because I was induced also (preeclampsia) and I will tell you it's rare for a woman to be able to endure pitocin-induced contractions and not have some kind of pain relief. I pushed my baby out in 39 minutes and he was almost 9 pounds with NO assistance. You are not out of it with a spinal or epidural, I think they gave her gas or some other pain medication through her IV because she was a bit spacey. I was perfectly lucid and laughing and joking through my pushing.
And I don't blame her for wanting that baby out after being overdue a week. Granted her reasoning (afraid of getting more stretch marks) is selfish, but ask any woman and she is pretty much wanting it to be over the last month of pregnancy.

I agree with you as well...I was set on having a natural birth and did not want to be induced at all, I was 10 days over due when I went into labor with the my (i actually had him on the morning of my scheduled induction - my doctor scheduled it for as late as she felt comfortable waiting) and so ready for it to be over. By the time I got to 8 cm, I couldnt take it and got the epi, best thing I ever did...I slept for two hours and when I woke up I was 10 cm and 100% effaced, pushed for 30 mins like you unassisted, and gave birth to a 9lb 12 ounce baby There can definetly be issues with the epidural - my mom had a horrible experience - but for me it was amazing and I could still lift my own legs and feel myself pushing.

I doubt highly that they dont have credit cards. You can't just walk into a debenhams and buy a 400 euro coffee machine on a visa debit then walk to tesco and do a weeks shop on a visa debit. I guarantee they have credit cards. they are talking poop. They're hardly clearing a grand a week on youtube? (I fucking hope they arent the bastards lmao)

I don't have a credit card, but I dont own my own home or drive. So I dont feel like I need a credit card. If I want to buy a house I will probably have to take a loan out and repay it to get my credit rating as well as at least 10% of the house price saved in cash/in a bank account.

I doubt they get enough cash from YT to buy a house without a loan. And I seriously doubt they'd get a loan without a steady income. There is no way you can prove YT is steady. And loans are a lot harder to get these days.

Well it wouldn't just be a loan, but a mortgage. Quite rare to just outright buy a property without one!

It seems most youtubers who aren't teenagers are investing in property, getting a flat or house sorted. Seems the most sensible thing to do considering they have the opportunity to get settled so I can understand why Dandelion found it odd that a couple with children and an income would choose to keep renting.

Their rental proprties all seem pretty big though, not just an average semi so maybe they prefer living in more grander surrounds than buying a more moderate house. Each to their own I guess.
