I know babies develop at their own rate but E should be babbling away at this age. When my son was a year old he could say mama, dada, nana (his made up word for food), and dog. We taught him baby sign language so he could communicate other things with us like hunger, more food, a diaper change, and nap time. However, we've worked with him A LOT on his communication skills to get him to that point. Babies don't just learn language on their own, they need their parents help. I don't see A&J talking to E but rather at her. JoDoofus just shrieks at her like a rabid howler monkey and all Anna ever seems to do is talk about something E is doing rather than talking to her or she just says "ah ah ah!" Babies love it when their parents babble right along with them and converse with them in the parents' language. I talk to my son constantly and it really is paying off because even at 16 months he communicates with us quite well. A&J need to work with E more but of course they're "too busy" for that. smh

Other than laughing or crying E doesn't really communicate much at all. They don't stimulate her though I suppose...why would she even bother to speak to those two?

And by the way are you fucking serious? Paella for a babies dinner? How can you even think that's a good idea?
Usually babies know a word or two by a year but have their "own" words for certain objects (i.e. if the real word is particularly difficult), i.e. my son said "ita" to his grandma (abuelITA) and "tete" for bottle and then the usual baby speech that is mostly international lol
The only thing getting me worried is that she often imitates the dogs growling, it happens far too often around her, so she already learned that. Great job :?
Also, they don't really seem to talk with her. Anna only says "ah ah ah", "bold", "you're so cute" and "gooood gurrrrl" to her daughter.I have never seen a mom talk so little to her child. I mean, as soon as you get your newborn laid into your armsyou start talking to them about every topic there is, not so Anna, she prefers to limit the words she throws at her daughter to the above and hurting insults (weirdo, ruining my life, crazy etc).

Anna's OOTDs make me so uncomfortable. She is so desperate to have big attention getting 'bump'. Anna you eat shit 24/7 that's not a bump. Her jeans looked like they were going to explode! Even Emilia couldn't fit those. Idk why she thinks that she can still fit those XS sizes.

black or navy shoes and takingoff the stupid oversized cardigan would have been a much better idea.
I don't like the jeans, but it's okay.. It would have looked like a normal person's outfit of the day without the fucking carding and ugly shoes...
And yes, her legs. ugh, she as a former "model" and "stylist" should know that her leg position is not doing her any favor..
I don't understand how all she can ever wear are skinny jeans. She DOES know there are other options out there, right? :? She could try bootcut, flared, boyfriend jeans or a skirt or shorts. I'd be so bored if all I ever wore were the same type of pants over and over again. With every OOTD she does, proves to me more and more she knows nothing about style.

she has one boyfriend jeans, but it really doesn't suite her at.all.

:o In denial much, Anna?
I've never thought she fit XS that well. If you look at her in the vlogs, you can tell she stuffs herself into her clothes (especially her pants). She's absolutely obsessed with the size on the tag. It annoys me how she always has to mention what size she bought or what her waist size is. WTH does it matter? What matters is if it fits properly or not and as a supposed stylist, she should know that.

ugh I'd forgotten about those awful leggings. Considering she wrote a book about how to dress for one's body type, she sure doesn't know shit about dressing her body.

Has she ever admitted to having an eating disorder or body image issues?

Why get pregnant if you're going to obsess over the size on the tag. She's a size medium...and that's ok

She said she had bulimia but there's a lot of doubt on this board that she ever did. She tends to self-diagnose. Many of us strongly believe she does have some form of an eating disorder or possibly even body dysmorphic disorder. She has a very unhealthy relationship food and I really think she needs to seek counseling about it.

She got pregnant because J wanted to have a baby even though she said she never wanted children. A lot of us believe they had a child to increase views which means more money. They always seem to treat E as if she's their cash cow.

Lol she doesn't have bulimia. She's just crazy as hell. I do agree with body dysmorphia but it confuses me how she's so obsessed with how she looks but she doesn't correct her teeth. I agree she needs help, or a hard slap to the face.

From Anna's blog when she was pregnant with E:
"the way things are going hopefully we'll be besties joined at the hip, ha ha ha! [...] I still always considered my mom to be my best friend and I really hope that things will be the same between Emilia & me :)"

Yeah, well you're off to a shitty start. Good luck mending that relationship. The poor kid just looks at her mom like "who the hell are you and why are suddenly giving me attention?" That's sad. Anna hasn't tried very hard at all to have a good mother/daughter relationship with E.

Can I have a milk feed????? and Anna gets pissed...She says one of her token "Yeah do you like that?" in her freaky pissed-off smiley face....Score one for E...I swear E did it to piss A off...Go E!!!...Let the games begin with A and E...Anna is in for some shit!!!!!!

E looked miserable and bored when A was holding her in the "mini bump" video.

But as soon as J stuck the camera in her face, E's face immediately lit up. That's sad a camera makes her happier than her own mother does.

I'm predicting E won't talk until she is at least three at which point she will burst out with "Good morning again, friendliest friend" as these are the only words that have ever been spoken to her.

E was waking from her nap and clearly still waking in the video. I notice how they don't let her wake naturally and slowly and instead J always gets in her face and tries to make her smile. I'm the type to let babies wake slowly and give them a cuddle and am quiet and let them come out of that brain fog that happens with naps. I did that with my own son and babies that I've watched over the years.
I don't know if its such a big deal that they do that, it's just something I'd do differently. They don't seem very compassionate when it comes to Emilia. If I was Anna I would have waited 10 or so mins after she was fully awake to thrust her in front of the camera.

She's turning into a pink pig. I hope.
It's one of Emilia's hair bows. man she's just as obsessed with those damn bows as she is with peppa pig. Bet she never did buy the precious bows Emilia lost in sorrento.
LOL she is ridiculous. Hell no she didn't buy those bows. She is waiting for the laynie person to send those for free. That's why she sent many hints. Hopefully that person blows her off and never sends her another bow.

And would it kill her to get a pair of jeans that actually fit?

To clear up the mortgage thing in Ireland because I'm actually going through the process at the moment.
You need to have proof of regular savings to begin with. (not sure they have this)
Proof of paying a regular rent is also useful (they should have this)
Good credit rating is also checked. The bank will check for any previous loans unpaid or where the person fell behind in their payments.
But here comes the important stuff that may be affecting them.

You need to be in a permanent secure job for over 6 months. It is down to the Bank to determine whether they feel your role is secure and that you're unlikely to have any changes to your job that would affect your mortgage repayments.
Also, the Bank will only lend you a set amount depending on your salary. Even if you have a lump sum saved they will not turn around and hand you 92% of some very expensive house if it's clear from your income you'll struggle to meet the mortgage payments each month.

IF they have been turned down for a mortgage, and I say IF because we don't know if they've even approached a Bank, then it is more than likely due to the type of employment. It's not steady, it's not secure and my god - they only have to watch a vlog to wonder 'Eh, there's no way this guy will be doing this in 10 years and at this rate nobody else will want to employ him by then so he won't be able to pay us back'
