Well since my life has been super poopy lately with all the jaw pain I've been subjected to liquid to sift food. Here is my lunch today. Carrot soup. I'm going to attempt to eat some boiled potatoes tonight's and steamed carrots. In hesitant on chewing pork chops though. Might leave that for the kids. But I'll do the soft potatoes and carrots. I just love this thread and seeing all this delicious food. I wish to devour all of it.

My boyfriend's best friend's dad has never been around, he's an only child, and he lost his mom to cancer a few yrs ago so I fixed him this plate for thanksgiving and sent it home to him and he freaked out!

... That was so sweet of you. My mother is going through chemo for stage 3 breast cancer at the moment. It will be so hard on me to loose her.

I am so sorry to hear that. Cancer is the most horrible thing, it just rips a person apart and it is so hard on families too. My heart goes out to you. Never lose hope! Maybe she will beat the odds!

I agree, don't lose hope. My aunt lived with cancer for almost 10 years. Her death was still hard on my uncle and cousins, but she beat what the doctors said she would. She'll be in my prayers.

Thank you both. It's hard on her, but grandchildren are what keeps her fighting. I text her all the the to tell her they've been asking about her; it makes her feel good. Her doctor has told her that her health is so much better now, now that she has changed how she eats and how much she smokes, then when she first came in.
