Is 1895 expensive for a five bedroom house with a pool over in the US?

Re: Bumsalongtheway Part 10
It's not bad for how large the house is and in California (but not a really big city like LA or San Francisco).
Re: Bumsalongtheway Part 10
Yeah it's good for California, but they live in the Inland Empire where housing is less expensive and their house is only 1900 sqft so it's smaller for around there. I imagine with 4 bedrooms + an office they don't have much living space left. A house like theirs in SF, LA, or SD would be like $2500-$2700

Re: Bumsalongtheway Part 10
For the price point, I think they really lucked out with that house. It seems to be in a nice subdivision, close to schools, shopping, etc. While I have no doubt the decision was rushed (application in before even seeing it) and solely decided on because it had a pool... they definitely did well for themselves.
Many say, 30% of your annual/combined income is "affordable" rent... So if they're paying $1895/mo, their annual combined income "should" be around $75k a year. That, I have a hard time believing.
One Zillow.com rental in the area required monthly income at 2.5 times the monthly rent... putting their income around $57k a year, which seems more likely... but perhaps it is closer to 70k with their "merch" store, advertisers, two+ channels, etc.
What he makes "now" doesn't really matter though, while most of us will only see a small percentage of income increase each year (if any,) Bryan has the potential to DOUBLE his income in just one year with more videos, sponsors, advertising, and views.
At the end of the day... I just can't relate to these two. In their own home or not, they strike me as two teenage best friends playing house. I'm not watching a young couple going through the trials and tribulations of starting/raising a family... I'm watching two people define themselves as internet personalities and try to "make it" as youtubers. There's nothing wrong with that... but there's nothing genuine about it either.
Bryan "finally" has a nice office/work space... and your first purchase is poop? Literally... $20 for a stuffed poop?! $100 for emojii pillows?! I'm all for fun... heck I almost dropped $100 on Benny's Spaceship Lego set from the Lego Movie yesterday... and the idea of "being who you are"... which is why I was a 26 female at ToysRUs' playing with Lego's yesterday... but I just don't get it.

Re: Bumsalongtheway Part 10
True, but it's also 90% seniors in that area which I wouldn't prefer for raising a family. I hope M&B are aware of any noise they and their family/friends make when they're in the yard.Mumsnotproud wrote:For the price point, I think they really lucked out with that house. Re: Bumsalongtheway Part 10
A few things about their last few videos that bothered me -
Making their parents drive over to unlock the door....really? What would they do with out her parents!? Like someone else said- they are like too IMMATURE teenagers playing house!
Buying Ollie another pair of swim shorts because they were locked in the bathroom....just another example of how they blow money.
I wanted to barf when I saw all of the gifts they were sent...it makes me wonder what kind of people are sending these gifts to people they don't even know.
They made Missy's dad put the car together for Ollie! Does Bryan do any work? Like really? Seems like any physical labor that a normal husband would do around the house is done by Missy's dad.
When missy had her "friends" over to swim I was shocked! Lol I didn't know she had any friends!
When Bryan was singing when missy & her friend were playing the dance game I was looking away & thought it was a chick singing lol
Bryan's dancing looks very feminine.
I wonder if karma has always gotten into the trash? If not he's probably acting out now because he's not getting as much attention!
I thought it was funny when Bryan was calling missy out on not being able to cook...she wants to pretend that she is a perfect little housewife now...if she can't cook I find the fact that she made that kitchen video pretty funny.
Missy just leaves dirty diapers on the floor now & she is too busy to make the bed everyday now that they aren't living out of their bedroom? I wonder how long until that house is trashed. & Bryan is already breaking stuff in their house (when he was throwing the ball inside)..
These two should definitely hold off on another baby...the immaturity amazes me! I'm all for having fun but these two ugh! One of my friends saw me watching them and thought that they were teenagers & that Bryan was Missy's gay BFF & that Ollie was either the baby brother or that they were babysitting him! Sorry this was a book lol haven't commented or watched them in a while so I watched their past 4 videos today & I shouldn't have! It was too much B&M for me in one day!

Zillow lol. Bryan isn't careful at all about keeping out details that make finding their places too easy. I only looked because I was curious about the rent.mommyluvv wrote:How do did you find the price out?GemmaJane wrote:Their rent is $1895/month and they make far too much money filming their lives and stealing other people's ideas...rissamissa1234 wrote:Serious question. Their address is [already] publically posted for anyone to find. That's all I'll say...mommyluvv wrote:How do did you find the price out?

See, I'd never do that. Not cool. I just wanted to know to satisfy my own curiosity.Mumsnotproud wrote:Their address is [already] publically posted for anyone to find. That's all I'll say...mommyluvv wrote:How do did you find the price out?
Re: Bumsalongtheway Part 10
So sick and tired of these people acting like they work so hard. I understand that making videos is time consuming but hard? Uh I dont buy it. They clarified it in today's video. We make 2-3 videos and then party the rest of the week.
They are the only vloggers I know that are always saying they work so hard. Some others make videos and also work a full time job and dont complain. I just dont get it with these two.

Where should we go on our honeymoon? Wherever someone buys us plane tickets to? Seriously. After they just talked about getting rid of all their wedding gifts. Ungrateful little brats.

Oh. My. Gosh.
Within the span of two minutes Bryan says "we have a LOT on our plate"
Right after missy said "we film all the vlogs on schedule on Monday and basically we have all week to party"
Did anyone else notice that?
