Suggestions for a successful Complaints post

General complaints will be heard/dealt with in this topic...

A few general rules:

1. Be respectful - disrespect towards anyone in this topic will be treated no differently than any other topic.
2. Be descriptive - copies of the error messages that you are getting, descriptions of the problems that you are having, etc. Messages like 'this site sux' or 'I can't log in' are unhelpful.
3. This is not a place to complain about a specific user. The 'Report' function is still the fastest way to deal with a person being offensive or blatantly not following the rules.
