So after seeing there was posts going on here, I checked her IG and in the picture of her badge (congrats on not lying for once), I noticed she has chest hair?

Geez, she was keen to get a photo up on IG. She's wearing the same shirt in the picture.

I never saw a nurse (or nursing assistant) whose ID badge didn't have their full name and nursing registration number on it. I don't know....it kind of looks like she made the badge herself. It reminds me of one of those badges that people wear on social occasions "Hello! My name is Ashley." Medical staff need to be clearly identifiable in case something goes wrong and they need to retrace the line of care and responsibility. Just saying "Ashley" wouldn't meet legal requirements.

I'm also wondering what sort of "company" hires a nursing assistant. The word "company" suggests it's a business rather than a nursing home or hospital. I'm willing to let that slide though...maybe things are different here.

I doubt she has PCOS. She conceives easily.

She is huge because she eats like a frigging hose and is 5 ft tall.

I meant she probably has it because she is huge, not that she is huge because she has PCOS.

Company? She most likely goes to people house, wipes soup off chins and changes bed sheets. I hope they lock up the meds and jewelry.

Floss has it right. I have never seen anyone here in a hospital or office wearing that.

Now there is nothing wrong being someone that does something like that. Just be honest.

She probably is just working for some home health company. Most like she's a pca or personal care assistant. I used to manage about 30 pcas. They make a couple extra dollars if they are a licensed Certified Nursing Aide. But yep, they mainly just cook and do the housework that the patient is unable to do. If they are a CNA then they can do grooming.
Still odd that she's able to do that sort of work. Probably didn't give the real reason she was fired from the pharmacy.

But in some form of background check, wouldn't it come up?

To be quite honest, places like that don't do extensive background checks. There's such a high turnover rate, it would be a waste of money to pay a company to do them for every potential employee. Also, a lot of families like to get the option for home health and then request a family member or friend to be their provider. Then the company would hire them on, no questions asked.
And if they did do some sort of background check, it would probably just consist of the person in charge of aides, calling a couple of personal references/previous employers on the application. A lot of companies these days will only confirm that yes or no this person worked here on x date through y date. They don't go into details.

She is a CNA, it's google-able but I am sure that HIPAA violation is holding her back, so she had to go to a place that doesn't care. So dreamy.

Technically, because she was terminated, I.e fired, and she didn't resign, she has to be honest with why she isn't at the previous job anymore.

If she had resigned, she wouldn't have to list a reason.
Most hospitals or medical institutions will avoid anyone who has these types of violations under their belt because they're a liability.

I understand that they will only use them as a 'did they or didn't they work there'. But I would think a HIPAA viloation is something that would come up if you were looking into someone's background for the medical field.

In a normal interview setting they'll ask why you left a company, and most of the time they asked if you've ever been terminated from a position. If so, they ask why.
If she had simply resigned, she wouldn't need a reason, but they want to be aware of who they're hiring and they typically ask during the hiring process.

It's possible she never even mentioned her pervious employment on her resume. She may have just said at that time she was a SAHM. That way no questions asked.
