they deserve it so much. i've been watching them since ellie and jared found out they were having jackson and was so happy when they said they were thinking about doing daily vlogs and did it for a week not knowing if they were going to stick to it - i am really glad they did. watching their videos is a daily highlight for me. you can tell that they aren't being anything but themselves, they play with jackson all the time and i just lovelovelove watching ellie and bonnie's interactions so much - they remind me of my sister and i!

Little Miss Betty Crocker keeps calling her KitchenAid a "hand mixer." Pretty sure it's a stand mixer, and a hand mixer is a different appliance that you hold in your um, hand. If you're going to share your world famous baking recipes on YouTube like some kind of authority, you should probably know what to call your tools.

Yeah IDK why she couldn't have used her KitchenAid. I use mine all the time for chocolate chip cookies and they turn out fine. And as far as I'm concerned, a recipe is not "yours" unless you either come up with it or tweak the original in a way that makes it better to your tastes.

Example: I picked up a stove top mac & cheese recipe from Picky Palate on Pinterest. I credit them for the recipe, but I credit my husband for the ground mustard tweak we put in it.

She dissolves the baking soda in water before incorporating in the mix.

I really don't like how she is positioning herself as a baking expert when in a lot of these, she's either making the recipe for the first time (pumpkin swirl cheesecake) or using a technique or piece of equipment for the first time (silpat baking mat). If she wants people to use these videos as a resource, she should actually know that what she's doing will work. Otherwise, she should label these videos as baking experiments or trials with Missy.
