Jesus. I don't know how GFM works but if they average $5000 a day for the rest of the month that's $150,000. No way are these bums going to be able to give every donating person their "incentives".

yeah, i don't really think they thought that one through... they said they'll be sending shirts out of their own pockets. that's a lot of shirts and shipping costs.

chances are though the donations will dwindle after the first week.

Did anyone else notice when they were speaking about the charity and giving Etc there was a lot of "I" "us" and "we" when in actual fact it is viewers who are donating so it should have be "you guys" or "all of us". I forget who said it but they are right with regards to sending a direct link for people to donate. The reason they have a gofundme page is they can get the all the credit!

I would donate a $1 just so I could leave a comment about the horse ranch scam.
Honestly I'm glad that the money will go straight to the charity, they should of done this with the horse ranch from the beginning and not planned a "surprise donation".

I'm blown away by some of these donors... several contributed $200... another for $400 and $450.

At the time of typing this... they've collected $6453 from 141 donors or about $56 per donor.

That's CRAZY to me.

They've had almost 18k views on that video... and only 141 donors? Pretty much exactly what I would expect to be honest.

I think he jumped the gun with the 10k goal... Should have bumped it to $7500 instead. They won't be able to maintain this momentum... donations will still 'pour' in I'm sure... but it's unlikely they'll see $200+ donors in the coming weeks.

It's a nice cause... if you can donate... you should. Not sure I understand the 'charity' aspect of this... it just appears to be a Christian Church and outreach program... that you're more or less 'giving' to. *I feel like I can't 'word' that sentiment right... obviously giving to those in need, whether through a church or not, is charity.* Either way they're certainly doing good things Cambodia.

If you would like to 'give'... donate directly... not through the GoFundMe.

Yawn. I'm not even going to watch the video. I got the gist from all your comments. They're hopping on the charity train because tons of YouTubers do it. Judy just announced Dancember so it all seems very.....sketch. You'd think after the horse ranch people would use their brains and not trust these two. The comments on the video are disgusting - people are worshipping them and telling them what a great thing they're doing by using their platform for "good".

From what I can tell... 'GoFundMe' takes 5% of whatever is raised. I'm not sure if the current 'goal raised' amount reflects that or not... but let's assume it doesn't. 5% of $7,210 is $360... that's a pretty good amount... and it's only growing.

*When I first looked at WaterOfLife website, under 'College Fund', it listed how much it costs to send a student to college... it was right around $75/mo... I'm positive of this. Now that's no longer listed on the site?! HUGE RED FLAG*

Considering the GoFundMe is in Bryan's name, and not the Church's... no doubt there's an agenda... and most likely it very well is tax related.

Again... if anyone IS interested in donating... please donate directly via the actual website.

It's now closer to $47 per donor... but to put that into perspective... Judy and Benji had a $14 per donor rate during last years December.

They only donated $100? I think they should have matched the top donation amount instead. It's kind of insulting that they give incentives for people to donate $200 or more yet they didn't even donate that much themselves.

I don't see how this is them going anything good. Hell they have enough time on their hands that they could easily do volunteer work if they wanted to. The only reason they're doing this is because they think it makes them look good. Sticking their name on a gofundme page and asking people to donate isn't that hard.

I have no doubt they'll be skimming some money from this. They probably get affiliate dollars from GoFundMe for everyone who follows their link and donates, and have possibly even worked out some sort of "partnership" kickback deal with GFM. I smell a rat.

Absolutely there is no single doubt in my mind that they will use this as a tax break.
Also, I agree 100% with Alyshaxx. They only donated $100 towards a $5,000 goal? That's extremely cheap considering they are a lot more well off than the majority of their followers, I'd assume...
