Regarding her scars, when I get really nervous I start scratching the same spot over and over (I don't do it as a form of self harm it's just a weird tick) and the picture on the right looks exactly how my marks look. My marks always heal up completely and don't leave scars. So I won't be surprised if those don't leave any scars. They don't look deep at all. And She could just ask her tattoo artist rather than try to seek attention.

Nah, they're razor scars. I've had plenty that look like that. Must've just used a very small/thin blade and didn't press very hard.

I honestly thought they looked like scratches too. Maybe with scissors or something similar, or a dull razor.
Either way, not enough to scar.

Of course you are right - my comment was offensive and I should've thought first. Sorry. Unfortunately, I have a pretty one-dimensional perspective on WV, as my only exposure has been through TM2 and random documentaries on YouTube about Appalachian dialects. Are you from anywhere near Leah's family? I seem to recall they live in Elkville (?). And maybe you can answer the age-old nature vs. nurture question: does Leah Messer come from a "trashy" area or was she just born that way?

I'd ask the same question with regard to Tayler, but we've beaten that horse to death so many times that we even broke the bat

It's so annoying how she constantly says, "I can't believe my baby will be (age) in (number) months". Yes Tayler, that's what children do, they grow up.

she's always complaining that her kids are up late and won't sleep, but it's her fault. Her kids are up at like 12 or 1 am playing!! They should have a bedtime routine. Structure can be good for a child, instead of letting them run wild until they fall asleep on the couch and post IG pictures.
