Agree... Hate when everyone starts diagnosing on here. Seems like any time a child of a yt mom is even SOMEWHAT delayed or doesn't have perfect speech, they 'must have autism'. The kid is 3! Children have very different personalities, and some kids are just plain weird.

You know this is actually a big problem.As soon as a kid acts a little different, the parents take him to a psychologist who immediately says "Yeah he might be on the spectrum". Got a kid who jumps aroung a lot? ADD it is. Kid doesn't answer when he's questioned by strangers/aquaintances? Why he's got selective mutism of course. Yes, there are kids with ASD, ADD and selective mutism but these diagnoses have become very popular these days and it's a problem.Most diagnosis will be of Aspergers(high functioning autism) and even that will have the word mild attached to it. It's madness. Everywhere you turn you hear "that kid has autism/ADD" because heck, why not.We must all fit in the neat little box or else we must have a disease. And to the original poster: Yes, in my opinion, you are only seing a few minutes(that Jess selects and lets you see) and the credibility of the speculations are equal to those made by the magazine who diagnosed the Jolie-Pitt with Dawn Syndrome based on that cleverly shot picture.

The only thing I'll add is that the ear he's doing it to is the one that had the AIRSOFT PELLET in it I think.

Overall, is there some red flags? Yes. If we see them, Jess must, but her choice to be ignorant, if she so chooses, is hers to live with. But unless someone here is a certified professional, lets stop throwing around "He has autism" and try saying it like 'I see autistic traits/symptoms."

I don't believe even a professional could diagnose a child they've never met and spend time with/evaluated based on internet clips.

Sorry everyone. I saw things that I thought were concerning and since everyone else was discussing it I thought I'd join in. I'm not trying to outright diagnose him or anything. (as I thought I stated)

I guess I did start with "people might jump down my throat for this" so I should have expected it, but I tried to say what I thought as diplomatically as possible. I'll keep my opinions to myself next time if it really offends people that much.

Other posters are calling him weird, weird looking, and annoying, and saying that he would piss them off. I think that's a lot meaner than just saying "maybe there's a reason for that behaviour"

No but a professional opinion would be interesting, and hold more stock (to me personally, anyway) than "My son/nephew/dad/friend's kid has autism/might have autism."

This is a gossip site...speculating if there is something going on with that kid beyond what is average for an almost 3 year old is just gossip. I don't really see how it's different than any of the other speculation on here, people are allowed to have their opinions whether they are qualified or not. I think Jess looks lazy. Am I fully qualified to say this? Probably not because I only have 2 kids and not 4 so I don't really know what it's like. I can still speculate that she's lazy/dirty.

I agree. A professional opinion is pretty moot since like I said, this is a gossip site, no one is going to be able to diagnose him professional or not so I don't see the point in holding those kinds of standards here.

I think it's different. Dirt is dirt.A child could point to Jess' floor and say: "There's the dirt". You don't have to be an expert to recognize laziness/dirt. Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion.I simply offered mine(you'll notice that most of my posts contain the words "in my opinion")

This Kyson boy is really cute. I used to like Kaden better but now..I'm sorry there is something very odd about him. His teeth looks like a vampire's. His behavior is just too , too odd. I cant say if it is autism but something about him is very off.

How dare you say that about the kid?? But honestly and I know it sounds horrible, but he gives me psycho vibes. If you've seen Desperate Housewives, I see sweet George in him.

I can't speak for everyone but I've been around a lot of 3 year olds and have worked with kids that have developmental delays. Your example is true, anyone can identify that. But what about the speculation that Jess and Alpine get down and dirty in the same room as Landen? No proof of that either. It's all gossip. I don't live her life so I don't know how it is raising 4 kids, for all I know maybe it is so hard she has little time for cleaning. I doubt this, but maybe we can agree that most of the stuff discussed on here cannot be verified and that is what makes it gossip. I never said he has autism but I still think people are entitled to their opinions regarding the issue. Now if it keeps getting brought up like a broken record (like Lila's hair), then I can understand how it can get annoying. I don't really frequent the site enough to know if this is a broken record issue.

I just think he has long canines like a vampire. I'm pretty sure people have picked up on various odd features of various kids in this forum.

I am aware of what autism is. I am an RN, and have worked with children on the spectrum.

Some kids with with autism have unique abilities. That does not translate to "most inventors and engineers have autism". There is no professional body made up mostly of people who have autism. You can't really think that?
