About her insurance, because of the new insurance laws Jess can be on her moms insurance until 25 and I think that means that the kids are on her moms insurance too. My boyfriends sister is a teacher and apparantly she has amazing insurance so that could be why she doesn't bat an eye to take her kids to visits or for Kaden's surgery. It's probably covered with a small co-pay.

It seems everyone forgets that Jess pays NO BILLS AT HOME. Her YouTube income is hers and hers alone to spend on garage sale toys and trips to Disneyland. She can afford cheap shitty food and Frozen DVD's on her own. She literally has no responsibility to pay any bills in that home, I don't believe for a second that she does, so expenses like food and doctor visits and shit like that she can cover no problem because she doesn't have anything else to pay for.

She can be on her mom's until 26 but not the kids.

I'm 25 and have had 2 kids with my mom's insurance and my own. Hers wouldn't cover anything besides delivery of my kids. But maybe other insurances would?

My dad's insurance is the same. Covered my delivery but states right in the paperwork that my son's stuff isn't covered

I don't see how her commenting on their video is disrespecting them as stated... I don't watch the Shaytards at all and haven't seen the video in question but if the child isn't strapped in his car seat properly THAT is an issue. Routine Infant Circumcision is not a medically necessary procedure and in my opinion should be illegal. It's wrong. If they were laughing in the video like Jessica said I feel like that's just one more reason for her to no longer respect them. she has every right to not respect them as parents anymore for things she feels strongly about.
It's not like she made a video calling them out specifically or told people to avoid them/spread a bunch of mean things about them...
I have lost a lot of respect for people (including Jessica) based on certain things they do as parents that I feel strongly against.

I would think maybe if she was 30 then her mom cant really have a say but she isnt. A very positive family but the morals arent really up there

Yes, I was on Jessica's side for this, but because she is a "public figure" I understand how it was controversial for her point it out, she probably should have kept it to herself. I do agree with what she said, I am strongly opposed to RIC, but it is way more than them just having him circumcised, they were making jokes about it! That was the most disgusting part. Like they totally didn't care they were going put their son through a painful cosmetic surgery on his private parts. It was all a big joke to them.

Even worse was he was not buckled into his car seat properly, that just makes it seem like they really don't give a crap about being caring parents. A lot of people (I am guilty of this too) make fun of Jessica for having "Google degree", but hey, at least she tries to research things and make better choices when it comes to babies. Now she just needs to start googling how about being in a stable relationship.

I actually think Mimi is disappointed in Jessica, but just accepted that she will probably only be a baby-maker, so she might as well just enjoy her grandchildren. Re-watch the video of her announcing she was pregnant with the twins (before she knew it was twins), her mom seemed very disappointed and looked like she was trying so hard to hide it. In fact, most people's reaction in that video seemed like they were just pretending to be happy for her. When she told Ben he said he "Wasn't surprised" and she just started cackling! I think I would cry or be hurt if my brother said that about me being pregnant. I do wish Mimi would grow a back bone and tell Jessica that she needs to get her shit together, finish school, and move out. So, I do thinking her mom is disapproving, but I think she is too easy on her. I think she defends her because she is embarrassed because she is the one who raised her.

I agree I think Mimi just gave up once she learned it was twins. And she sounds completely done and not surprised when Jessica calls her to tell her about Landen.

Yeah, that's exactly it. She needs to grow a back bone. I find it weird that she's a teacher to young children and wouldn't have a daughter who supposedly planned her teen pregnancy and even exposed it online. What makes me think though, is that yes, she probably felt disappointment but is she ever even stern or have serious talks with Jess? It seems like she always has that same Mimi happy face she puts on and enables anything. If she did show disappointment jess wouldn't be all laugh taffy in ever pregnancy surprise. She would atleast think aw man, I've let my mom down...they all seen it with gabe and lilia, drake and the twins and then drake again with landen. But she keeps following the same path. Now after how many months a new guy is sleeping in their house and jesus, the fact shes gonna have her iud out is something the whole family should be worried about. But Mimi just lets her do whatever. I really dont think she fully speaks to her or Jess is just really hyper and doesnt care about anyone elses feelings but her own joy

the only reason she breast feeds is because she's able to, it's free, helps with weight loss, keeps her pathetic breasts from looking like deflated balloons and it's ~super~ crunchy.
she didn't cut her boys because it's free and she knew she'd get praise for being ~so crunchy~. had circ been "in", she would've done it and followed the hype.
it has to benefit her and suit her lazy parenting for her to do it
cloth diapering is generally better for babies but she's never gonna do that because it's more work and more laundry for her.

if she cared purely about what's best for her kids, she wouldn't feed her kids processed crap, give her 3yo diet coke, etc.
she only does what's in, is easy for her and will get her ass pats from her 13yo stans.

jess is #1 priority for jess. she comes first in her own life and always will.

While I agree she feeds her children garbage, she had been very pro-breastfeeding before she was even YouTube famous, and probably before she knew what "crunchy" was. As for the circumcision thing, the rate of circumcision is pretty low here in California, and Gabe wasn't circumcised, so it was probably what she was used to (she was with Gabe a lot longer than Drake). She made very informative videos on breastfeeding, circumcision, and car seat safety, and actually seems passionate about those topics whether she was YT famous or not.

She could be definitely be a better mother and try harder by feeding them well-balanced meals and set a better example for them by finishing college, getting a job, moving out, and not jumping from guy to guy (I never said she was a great mom). But even if she did do something like talk about car seat safety just for attention, at least it is benefiting her kids. In the Shaytard's video the baby's chest clip was on his belly button!

I disagree. I don't think any of her videos have been informative. She just regurgitates crap she's googled without investigating both sides of the argument, she sticks to what is in YouTube fashion and let's other people make up her mind for her.

She is completely and utterly ignorant on how birth control works.

I might be wrong on this but I believe Lilia was being formula fed before her first birthday. So much for the breastfeeding advocate. The other thing is that not everyone can breastfeed. Sometimes, for whatever reason, it does not work out. She can't accept that and judges any mother who doesn't or can't do it.

Her video on circumcision was judgemental. She could not accept that people might have legitimate reasons for needing to circumsize. She made an absolute fool of herself on the Shaytards video and had to withdraw her comments and apologise. Being against RIC is fine, judging other people for making decisions that might differ from her own is just wrong and arrogant. "When you know better, you do better". Give me a break, if that was true, none of the boys would ever have been born. The twins were accidents which she should have been able to prevent but she failed AGAIN on the same birth control pill. Derrrr. Landen was her vain attempt to tame Drake and make him settle down. Derrrrr.

Her car seat safety is not beyond reproach. Many, many times she has had the chest clip wrong, she only bothers with rear facing in her own vehicle. She's not so fussed when it comes to someone else's car. That attitude confuses me a lot. If she really cared about rear facing like she claims, then it wouldn't be a question of whether she could be bothered turning the seats around. Of course she should bother, the kids' safety is paramount, isn't it? Or is it only convenience she's worried about? She spouts this argument about "better in a cast than a coffin" but then her actions say that it doesn't count in Chris's car....or her mom's car.....

The food.....ugh.....don't get me started on the diet she follows and feeds her kids. They're so stuffed full of white carbs and preservatives that I'd be surprised if they pooped more than once a week.

She still lives in her mother's house. She hasn't finished school. She's never had a proper job. No application. No motivation. No education. No experience. She's a loser.

Anyone who thinks that Jessica is well informed and makes informative videos needs to raise their standards a little. That girl is dumb, white trash.
