I recently miscarried #2 (unplanned) about two months ago, tomorrow actually. I agree it is difficult and it makes you want to conceive again, but at some point you have to weigh the pros and cons, you have two girls already and now your fiance did what he did. With this kind of stuff you have to think logically and not with your ovaries. What's done is done I guess, though. Sad thing is It will just affect everyone in the situation.
