I honestly think Layton is addicted to drugs. If you look back at older videos he looked like a nice and productive person. It was when they moved to the green house that he turned into a lazy, homeless looking slob. Laytons sister abused drugs so it's not a huge stretch. It would also explain the huge change in income loss. He is too lazy to work or his dad could have found out and cut them off

I'd believe that Layton smoked weed, but I don't really think he was into anything more serious than that. I know it's been posted here that Lora talked about them smoking weed on Facebook or something a while back, so It's not hard to believe that he still does. I'm not too sure about anything more than weed. I think he was just lazy.

I think he is a pot head and doesn't want to get a real job that requires a drug test or any kind of abstinence from smoking. He also wouldn't have the freedom to "come home" early or make his own hours as he does now.

I think they are both lazy asses who think they are entitled to everything. It's obvious Lora will never work. Layton barely works if at all. They like going to the gym and getting Starbucks in the middle of the day.

I just think they are only recreational smokers. Most places don't drug test because it's so expensive that shouldn't stop either one of them from really getting a job. They are just used to Layton's father paying their way through life. Somebody want to tell me why she can't watch kids out of her home? She supposedly owned two of the house they lived in so it's not an insurance issue. Layton looks homeless.

Since there is no more YT for them, wonder how they are doing financially now. Not that they were having a pompus lifestyle before (their wardrobe is from 90's and almost all kids clothes are pathetic looking) but still they have like 5 mouths to feed. Lora is such a lazy ass that she gives me shivers. I bet she wont get her ass to work even if they are drowning.
I have a weird speculation. What if their marriage is actually falling apart ? Is this why she could have removed her wedding ring ?

I'm wondering how their fairytale marriage is going. She quit YouTube for a reason and it wasn't because of a stalker. Either income or marriage problems would be my guess. She was an open book with everything else.

Candidmommy (Jeni) is another youtuber. Her ex husband started doing drugs (meth) and they had money problems because of it. He turned into an ass and they ended up getting a divorce. Jeni ended up making tons of videos just crying and telling everyone all the details of their split, his drug use, etc. There's a section on here for her.

Every place I've worked has drug tested when they hire you, but you get 24 hours to take it. I know several people who have gotten around that though. There's some drink (I can't think of the name of it at the moment) but it's sold at smoke shops and from what I've been told it dilutes your urine for a couple hours and lowers the amount of drugs in your urine low enough that you'll pass. So even if he wasn't getting a real job because of drug testing he could get around that if he wanted to. Lora probably doesn't want to watch anyone else's kids. She sent her own kids to preschool/daycare when Everett was born even though her and Layton were both home. Both of them are lazy and would rather let their parents pay their bills while they keep living their "fairytale".

I always thought what if she gets into a situation where she cannot just hide the flaws of her life from YT. She could very well quit vlogging altogether. I'm pretty sure something has gone terribly wrong. I dont never buy that stalker BS.

I don't think they are living in the same house that they moved into when they moved to the fernandina area (the one with the lake in the back with the ducks). That she supposedly "bought", lol! Even her small pics of the backyard on Instagram like the one above^^ with the coconuts, you can tell it's a completely different house! They either a.) couldn't afford the other rent and had to downsize or b.) Layton's dad made them move to another property for whatever reason. Either way, I can tell she's not living at the same house and that's probably why she tries to hide it so much in pictures, NOT because of a stalker.

In many pictures, you can see just how small their new place is. The backyard is a lot smaller than other places they have lived in. It looks like they have their dining room table very close living room, so I am thinking the kitchen/dining are very small...

Not that living in a smaller home is anything to be ashamed about, but she probably feels that way? Just doesnt make much sense that they would downgrade that much off of a threat from online. Especially, from a house she says they bought.

Maybe she got cut off financially or ran out of that inheritance?
