I don't think directing CPS here is a great idea but having the screenshots condensed will make it easier for anyone who makes a report to get what they need to send.

I'm not reporting but I know Krissy did and I know of at least one other person who is going to.

So random, but I ended up talking to Krissy on FB and she filled me in on her phone call to the child abuse hotline so I thought I'd tell you guys what questions were asked so you will be more prepared than she was, she called them cold and I don't know exactly what was said but since I'm not calling I thought it may be helpful to anyone especially in Ohio who is going to make a report.

Here are the questions they asked her:
Where does she live/do you have an address?
Children's names and spelling
Children's ages
Tayler's name (mention her current last name and maiden name)
It might be helpful to note she lives in public housing ESP if you have no address.
Who is abusing the kids?
What type of abuse?
Who the father is
When abuse occurred
Did anyone contact East Liverpool PD?
Any other info that might be helpful

Apparently the person she talked to faxed her answers to children's services so I guess we'll see what happens.

thanks! that was definitely an odd picture... it looked like neon orange paint, not blood. sad to think sh set that up, set up a camera timer, then posed for that pcture.. like wtf.. were her kids asleep? who covers their bathroom in neon orange fake blood to take pictures like that??

I don't even think I can read this crap anymore. No one in either family cares about what's best for these kids. Chuckie/Sara and their family aren't any better if they're aware of these threats against the kids and Tayler's suicidal threats and they don't report it and take the proper precautions. Chuckie is no saint who just wants better for his children, he's just as much of a screw up as Tayler just maybe not mentally ill.

I've gotten a child removed for a lot less. So I know it can be done. Family court doesn't take domestic violence or suicidal threats/attempts lightly. You don't have to be abusive to your children directly to have them removed. I'm not talking about CPS, I'm talking about doing it through the courts. All it would take is for a family member to come forward with all of the information they have, dates included, documenting every incident since Alesana was born and something would definitely be done. Could you imagine what all of that would look like on paper? Every incident of domestic violence, suicidal attempts, suicidal threats, restraining orders, police being called, etc.. OMG!

I guess my point is, if anyone cared about these babies they'd have acted by now. As far as I know not a single person that is actually in this situation from either side has taken it upon themselves to step up and do the right thing.

I think both sides are just trying to protect their own. Tayler and Chuckie are both unfit, both guilty of violence toward each other, so neither of them are a good candidate to have the kids. It would take someone from either side saying yes all of this happened, and I'm willing to take the kids while these parents receive the help that they need.

I don't know where you're from but thats just not how it works in a lot of places. Children's services has to go through the court, it's a tandem effort with both agencies every time they remove children, so I'm not sure what you're saying, going through the court vs CPS. Google "juvenile rule 6 Ohio." We don't know if someone in the family has already called CPS. It's possible CPS is involved but the children have remained in the home. Upon a visit they would not find the kids in immediate physical danger, and therefore won't remove them but do a case plan with the family remaining intact. It's a tricky situation, but do remember it's horrifically traumatic for a child to be removed from their home, even if they're being abused in that home. Unless that drowning threat is in the present time, it's not grounds to remove the kids at this time.

There's no way I'm going to go into any specifics about my situation on the internet, but it was somewhat different than this situation. There was one parent involved who was stable/fit and wanted sole custody. The fit parent hired a really good attorney to put the case in front of a judge asap and get an emergency order of temporary sole custody. The court granted it on the spot, in order to keep the child safe. From then on, it was up to the unfit parent to prove they were fit and to jump through the court's hoops to get the child back in their custody. Therapists were involved, evaluations were done, etc.

You have to put your money where your mouth is if you want it done fast, unfortunately. It's an incredibly slow and ridiculous process to just rely on the system to do it's job. We hired a shark of an attorney, and that made it go a heck of a lot faster.

If someone in their family hired an attorney to get an emergency order they'd get it, I have no doubt.

I think all 3 children need to be all together removed from the home . Not only are Tayler and Charles shit parents but their families are awful too . I don't see any hope for the children unless they're put into a good home .

I can understand how the drowning comment might not be relevant to right now but what about Charles kneeing Amberiln? I would expect CPS to think that in itself was reason enough. What do you guys think?

I'm glad that deleted text messages and emails can be viewed by LE if need be. If she really did say the thing about drowning her kids and a case is opened, she should be worried. Not sure if she realizes things like that are taken very seriously, esp after susan smith and andrea yates.
