Yes you can but Medicaid is always the secondary insurance. The commercial insurance always pays first then Medicaid steps in and pays its portion of what is left over.

So you can have Medicaid if your primary insurance won't cover everything and you can't pay the difference? Thanks for cowering this stuff up!

yes you can. And in my state no matter what you're supposed to be able to qualify for medicaid while pregnant. If you can't get medicaid you can get another one that's pretty much the same thing. So your primary insurance covers most then medicaid or other covers the rest

*if* you qualify. It's really hard for a non pregnant adult to qualify though.

I forgot that Britney is with Fullscreen as well, so maybe they send out her tax info. They take a hefty percentage of her wage, like 30%. I can see why she'd want to claim the kids or 50% of kids, so she might not have to pay taxes if her deductions are high enough.
You can negotiate with full screen with how much they take. If she was smart enough to do that.
Common law in canada is 6 months with no kids or the moment you have a child with the person and move in together you're considered common law.

He may adapt to that but for that parents should teach him some tricks to make his life easier in the first place. Yeah Clearly Britney doesn't give a damn lol that's pretty evident from how she subtly answers all our questions. And there is nothing wrong in taking others suggestions if one gets benefitted from it and it is not like people are judging her makeup or hair. It is about a damn child's hand. If she chooses to ignore, well let her suit herself. Her loss.
Exactly, I'd be way more concerned about the fact his arm is noticeably shorter than his other arm over him missing a thumb. I'd be wanting to know why and what that may mean as he goes through life.
He's probably too young for occupational therapy just yet but I would be wanting to meet with an OT and discuss techniques as he ages to get him getting the function out of his hand and tips on teaching him how to use his hand. Obviously he's going to favour his right hand because it's easier to use and she needs to teach him to use the left hand. These are all things that can be taught from 8-9 months.
My youngest was premature and she saw a physio, dietician and occupation therapist up until she was around 18 months old (she caught up with her development so we didn't need to see them anymore) but she favoured Her left side for everything and the OT gave me some tricks to get her to use her right side more when she was 9 months old. They can be taught from a young age

This reminds me of my brother-in-law. He was born with left hand as his dominant hand (which ofcourse was found when he was a toddler and favored left over right). But his left hand was not fully functional. There was something wrong with muscle to bone corelation or something (i'm no doctor lol, I dont know the term), so unfortunately his dominant hand became less useful .his was thankfully noticed early on by his parents who found that the child wanted to use left hand but had no strength in it. He couldn't hold on to anything for more than 3 secs. In this both his hands became less useful. But thanks to his Mom. She thought him to use right as his dominant hand and his left hand skills have gradually improved over time. Just his skill of using it, not it's functionality. Now he is ambidextrous and an awesome tennis player.

Yeah, for example, say you have Premera through your work. AND you qualify for Medicaid as well. Doctors and other offices will bill your premera (primary) and whatever premera doesn't pay (including copays), the Medicaid will cover. It really is nice how it works out.

Can we stop with the health insurance talk? It's bad enough calling our insurance company makes my head spin just thinking about it and now it's on here. My escape from real life lol.

I actually agree lol I was thinking it when I typed my reply.

Feel free to discuss it further in the general or health sections though ;)

It must be nice to have radio flyer contact you and send you a free wagon. She couldn't have sounded any less excited about that? I would freak if they sent that wagon to me and I would actually use it. We probably won't see that wagon again in any of her vlogs.

I'll stop after this, but yes, Medicaid will pick up deductible, co insurance, copays, etc. Unless you have a limited Medicaid plan like "family planning" that only covers birth control for example.

I don't see that material lasting long. But Ya I would have freaked and jumped up and down. Maybe she contacted them? Wouldn't surprise me since she seems to be doing sponsored videos quite often lately. Not even good ones too. Also why'd she give it such a great review if it was awkward to pull because at the time she didn't know the handle extended.
Anything for free stuff I guess :s
