Missy says "its what parents have to do, teach the kids to the kids to be good." Oh but then we see Ollie in a restaurant the same day hiding under a tablecloth and they are filming and laughing. Way to teach him to have manners. Oh and what about all those times he was so mean to Jackson. They have never once shown they are even trying to teach him "to be good". What a joke. I cant wait to see how many dates they have in Hawaii and nanny Hollister has Ollie.

Bryan said something about when going on vacation your suppose to eat really good food. Correct if I am wrong but when they go on vacations don't they eat at the Same places as they would if they weren't on vacation.

They have to deal with the temper tantrums because they are embarrassing and make them look "less perfect". A screaming toddler in public is harder to pretend you didn't see than hitting.

I hated the part of the vlog when Oliver was having a tantrum and missy said in a stern tone to Oliver "go to papa," like papa is one of Oliver's parents, then handed him to her dad.

"He's just going through a thing right now", "we just have to deal with it and teach him to be good, because that's what parents do".

Except, the "thing" that he was going through was CLEARLY wanting some attention from Mommy. He was smiling when he was on Bryan's shoulders, and was reaching for Missy. He was trying to climb onto her lap the whole time he was screaming, and she kept pushing him away.
It didn't even occur to her that he just wanted her to take 5 minutes to pay attention to him.
He wasn't "going through something", he wanted a snuggle, and she can't tell the difference.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the comment that Missy made, "wouldn't it be nice if we could just check Ollie and not have to deal with him until we got there." It sounds like Bryan knew how terrible that sounded and just deflected by saying something else, and right after that they let him crawl all the way to end of the bed and fall off.

I get saying things like that and it's obviously very sarcastic, but the way Missy said it was so serious.
And poor kid falling off that high bed. Missy shouldn't be allowed to be a mother.

I never noticed how barren their bedroom is. I'm not sure where I stand on the separate bedroom theory, but it's bizarre that Missy took so much time to decorate the guest room and yet the master has not one single thing on the walls, they have yet to paint over that purple color they've complained about so much and on nightstand doesn't even have a lamp? It's like it's a guy's bedroom or something...

Exhibit B- the guest room bed is often messy, so someone sleeps in it.

Exhibit C- Missy took great care to decorate it, paint, new furniture. The works!

Exhibit D- Missy keeps her clothes in the guest closet and her makeup/hair stuff in the vanity.

That's enough proof for me!

Missy seems to have just totally checked out of raising Ollie right now. Maybe (hopefully) when he gets to be about five or six and starts making her cute arts and crafts she will start to be more involved.
