Re: DailyUltrasounds Part 25
Watching the new bumpdate...I have to say she just looks so depressed!!! I feel like she is so unhappy...having a boy is really getting to her. Because we all know that if this baby would have been a girl, she would be the happiest Missy in the world, and all these "hormonal" issues she's having would be non-existent. I understand that pregnancy makes you tired, but if she's this "exhausted" now at 16 weeks, how in the world is she going to make it the rest of the pregnancy. Missy, please...since we all know you read these forums...count your blessings, and be truly happy and excited that you are having a healthy baby boy.
And I'm sorry, but i had to laugh a little when she said that it's been really hard to ask for help...that she is used to doing things on her own. Umm...really Missy???? Doing things on your own huh? That's why your mom is always with you?

Re: DailyUltrasounds Part 25
I think she really did think every pregnancy was a girl. She always expected to have a girl. Ollie is more work than she thought he'd be, but she figured the next would be her girl and they could be done. Now she's looking at more work, another boy and having to try again for that girl. She's not hormonal, she feels sorry for herself and is grieving the loss of a daughter. There was NEVER any reason for her to believe she was having a girl, but she let herself think that.az2639 wrote:Watching the new bumpdate...I have to say she just looks so depressed!!! People should get pregnant because they want another child, and not to parent a specific sex. All children are a blessing, and I hate how Missy, Suzanne and the minions all keep acting like girls are better. What kind of sick sexism is that? As a mom to 2 fabulous boys, I think Missy needs to stop always trying to control things... for a religious person, she sure doesn't seem to or much trust in "God's Plan".

Re: DailyUltrasounds Part 25
That intro was crap she took something pre made and shoved her stuff into it. No effort no thought and her acting is crap.
Re: DailyUltrasounds Part 25
She had her belly button pierced before Ollie.angelfire89 wrote:Also, does anyone know if Missy had a belly button piercing? Or dermals in her lower back? Seems like she had some interesting scars.
Also, about the "cute new intro" on her bump date... She didn't even make it, Bryan did.

Oh sorry! I didn't remember what week she went into early labor. apologies, west!HelloSweetie1 wrote:Pretty sure she meant 35.mandylouwho wrote:Stopping labor at 25 weeks is not being controlling. That's way too early to have a baby. (Even for twins. Although I don't agree with your conclusion that having half a uterus means she should've gone into labor early. Maybe a couple weeks, but not 15. The uterus stretches) But anyway. I'm not saying that missy isn't controlling. That's just not a good example.westwuff wrote:I started watching when they were maybe 4 months pregnant with Ollie, shortly after getting pregnant with my daughter. I went back and binge watched all the previous vlogs and generally liked them and thought they were hard working and interesting. But I never subscribed because Missy in particular always irritated me.
It bothered me that she didn't try to figure out what was causing her miscarriages before trying again (I had to work hard to figure out a hormonal imbalance was causing mine and she seemed so nonchalant about her septim/bicornuate uterus). I thought it was irresponsible, especially considering the fact they are so young so they do have time to go to doctors and figure out what is going on without just trying over and over again despite losses.
Then when she went into labor at I think at 25 weeks, she made a huge deal about going to the ER and stopping labor...but I thought if Ollie had half the space in utero, similar to a pregnancy with twins, she and the doctors/midwife should have expected him a little early (which when I did cursory research on her condition, seemed to be widely held fact).
Unfortunately, it appeared to me, that since they were moving the next week it was inconvenient to have him at that time. Then claiming over and over that Missy "saved" Ollie's life a couple of weeks later...I just couldn't help thinking that he wouldn't have gone into distress because he ran out of room if she hadn't been so controlling when she went into labor the first time. They aren't doctors! I stopped watching for a little while because I was busy with my own newborn, then started watching again to 1) be nosy and 2) see what to expect be watching Ollie develop.
The gift thing and ungratefulness that began to show after Ollie was born really grated on my nerves. But in the end the sheer exploitation of their kid without much regard to his wellbeing drove me to this site and made me stop watching. I think it is sad...

I remarked it too. Think it was also mentioned here a couple of days ago. When watching her being pregnant with Ollie and this pregnancy, she looks older.cmm216 wrote:I'm typically not one to comment on someone's looks but dear god Missy...those wrinkles! She literally looks like she has the face of a 50 year old.
This is only a personal thought but I guess she is not eating healthy food (veggies and fruits), hence her skin suffer from it.

Um, this is a little much....
And then it obviously wasn't that big of a deal, because Bryan stayed home!

4 minutes later. #shameless
If this were a movie, I would totally think all this "drama over nothing" was foreshadowing something serious coming to put things in perspective. I can't believe these two! Sounds like it was just a fever. Kids get sick. Geez.

A little bit of advice missy, if you give all that info in your intro, you don't have to repeat it in your bumpdate.
Also she seemed really fake in it. Faker than usual. I cringed the entire time.

That's because he lives in the closet and he can't stand all that clutter.MamaBear13 wrote:Oh wow, nothing is hanging! Maybe because it's Bryan's closet so he can do whatever he pleases? Since we know missy keeps her clothes in her room

In other news, I'm tired of missy's BS so I finally unsubbed! I feel so much better now
Re: DailyUltrasounds Part 25
Also, listening to her talk to Bryan about the baby kicking while she stuffed her face with chips was gross. Like chew and shallow before talking Melissa.

Re: DailyUltrasounds Part 25
Missy had Ollie at 36 weeks. I feel like her preterm labor was somewhere before 34 weeks. Before 34 weeks you definitely have a NICU baby. It's not controlling to keep him in. Granted the labor may have been an indicator he'd go into distress early but maybe not. I went into preterm labor at 32 weeks (it was stopped like Missy's) and carried my daughter to 38 no distress. Smooth labor.
Now missy is a bitch but not because she avoided having a micro preemie.

No you need a license to have the title of a midwife or it's illegalTheirmom wrote:angelfire89 wrote:Is anyone else having trouble believing that Missy has gained zero weight? I highly doubt she lost enough weight from morning sickness to account for the size of her belly already.
Edit: then she said none of her clothes fit. I realize weight redistributes with pregnancy but....
I'd believe it. I've actually thought over the last couple weeks that Missy is starting to look gaunt. Her face and her legs are looking very skinny lately. She's also even paler than normal. I think her morning sickness hit her harder than she admitted on the vlogs. It's possible she had HG, and left it untreated for sympathy. Which is stupid and dangerous. She should have asked her midwife to prescribe zofran or something (can american midwives even write prescriptions? In ontario they do, but our midwives also have to have 5 years of schooling and 2 years of apprenticing before they can work. I think it's different in the states. Can't anyone just call themselves a midwife, with no qualifications? IDK).

All this debate about Missy having Ollie reminds me ...gwsb wrote:Missy had Ollie at 36 weeks. I feel like her preterm labor was somewhere before 34 weeks. I hate all the talk of Missy saved Ollie's life. Um, no! The doctors she bitched about that did the c-section saved his life! She was doing her kick counts and questioned things just as she was told to. It was the midwife on call that she spoke to who said it was probably ok, and to do her counts later.
So naturally Princess decides to go with a midwife... not a doctor for this pregnancy.

If he was so worried about Ollie. Why did he stay home. Bryan, you're pathetic. If you really cared your son you wouldn't make him a stupid hashtag.
