I definitely think it will be a name with a nickname. Something like Elijah, but probably not that name since Eli is kinda close to Ellie, their "bff"

I really hope they don't go with Owen. That's my oldest sons name. I can see them going with Elijah though and calling him Eli. Missy and Bryan are really big on nicknames

When I was in high school my teacher had a baby girl and named her Eleanor, nicknamed Ellie, and she had an older son named Oliver. Sounds great together until we started calling them Ellie and Ollie

So I hope they don't go with Eli or any other name that's too similar to Oliver.
