missy is so full of herself. It's like, "here's a BBQ grill cover and pictures of me! Thanks for making ME a mom". Does she not know Bryan at all? She seems to always give him crappy gifts yet he goes out of his way to give her things that she never seems to appreciate.

I always think about Audri from the nive nulls when I think of Ollie's speech. This is kinda of an exaggeration, but not far off, Audri was speaking almost complete sentences by the time she was almost 2. That kid can talk and she talks very well and it's because her parents actually speak to their children. Even Kai is starting to say more words and become more vocal. He'll be passing up Ollie soon.

My niece truly was speaking complete sentences by Ollie's age and at 26 months now she has an amazing vocabulary, does most of her alphabet, counts, etc. Of course, we worked with her, just last night having her repeat me counting 1-5 in Spanish. I also think reading to them is of utmost importance. He's definitely going to be a candidate for speech therapy if they don't get their act together SOON!!! And I don't agree that parenting has nothing to do with it. Obviously, anything you practice makes progress including speech. Simple repetition does wonders!

(I'm not saying they love each other or are happy in their relationship. In fact, I think that they would already be divorced, if it wasn't for youtube.)

I asked this in the last thread but it maybe got lost in the shuffle. What was the Cullen shade by Bryan that was being talked about?

2 things.

1. Who needs to look up a recipe for French toast? Eggs, milk, cinnamon, bread. Done.

2. Has there ever been a daily family vlog family that split up? I wonder how that would work. What would happen to their main channel?

Sorry, I saw you asked and forgot to go back to it to answer you Image

It wasn't shade at all. Bryan was being a condescending douche to Cullen. I find it hard to believe they were invited to Florida without it being a collab thing for views. You don't forget when someone is that big of a prick to you.

Jerk.

Plus he heckled his camera at Playlist until Cullen went and bought a new one. Then Bryan was condescending in telling him how to use it.

I think they should put Oliver in Daycare so he can be around other children. When at the Beach House he was really rough on Macey and did anyone notice that Jackson and Macy where out doing things and he was just sitting on a beach bench and in front of the iPad. Lets be honest that's all that child is infront of something that plays movies, GUESS WHAT??? Theirs life outside the screen. They should be putting books and maybe flash cards with the alphabet and numbers on it to teach him.

Emilia from the SacconeJoly's she is in Nursery and Ballet she loves to go to Nursery and soon Anna said she will be going 3 day's a week cos they started her off at one day a week ( to get use to being with out mommy and daddy) then she went 2 times a week and now soon 3 times. Emilia is much smarter than Oliver and she can sit there and chat up a storm. Jonathan and her have conversation's that is at least 2-3 min's long in their vlogs. Oliver would benifit soo much from Daycare or some kind of Nursery.

I think that Bryan think's he is all that and a box of cookies cos they live in California and that's where Hollywood is and he thinks he is a good singer and what not. I did not mind This is Home but in Who Knew his voice was not that great, plus its mostly all autotuned and computerized to make him sound good.

Missy was homeschooled for a long while and her mom and dad let her do some schooling in a public school ( where she met Bryan) that's probably why she is like the way she is. She never was out and about like children who where in full public school. I will never ever homeschool any of my children, it makes things worse as they get older and they don't learn as efficient as a public schooled child.

As for the Fathers Day Gift. Missy REALLY?? that's all I was thinking when she handed it over to Bryan. Maybe she should of gave it to him as a private gift. I would of gave him something besides that and a BBQ Covering. Maybe a few things him and Oliver could do ( games or something in that nature), maybe something for his computer or office, since he likes computers and what not, give him something techy. Maybe a t-shirt with him and Oliver on it and with a cheeky phrase.

I would always give my dad something we could do together or something he liked a book mostly cos he liked reading and maybe like a dad's night off or something in that nature. ( My father passed away when I was 16 so next year it will be 10 years).

So sorry for the long rant here.... :love2:

I have officially ruled out getting angry at anything these two do. They are simpletons, plain and simple. They better be saving their money because even their kiddy subscribers are going to grow up and say WTF have I been watching. No emotion at all in their latest video. Wait till Ellie and Jared zoom past them with subscribers. Possible suggestions to boost their views. Bryan comes out of the closet but they will still live under the same roof. And Missy will become a desirable mother that everyone wants to be with,oh wait only Bryan felt that way until she finally pushed him to the other side. These two are close to imploding. And finally my diagnosis for Missy, go to your Dr and schedule surgery to have that entitlement bug removed from your butt.

DailyVacations Part 28

So..... does a boudoir photoshoot with your kid mean they can't wear a shirt either? I'm sorry, but the whole thing just kinda creeps me out.

Again, why not a simple picture...in a DAD frame...of BRYAN and Ollie?

Plus why is she sharing these with everyone if it's for Bryan? Looks to me like it was for Melissa.

Double post but...

^^^^ that one picture where her neck is turned makes her look like a man, and it's weird how you can see her neck (not in the reflection) turned at the odd angle.

Couldn't one picture have been just Ollie? Even if she planned on giving it to Papa too. Oh, wait, no because she'd be giving up focus. Bet she gave Papa one of these pics too.

And Ollie clearly has his dad's eyes Melissa. Sorry, if you don't want to hear it. (Ok, I'm not).

I don't see an issue with her doing a photoshoot with Oliver and doing the boudoir shoot in the same day.

It's not like she included the true boudoir photos in the gift we saw.

I think it would have been better to include a portrait of Oliver, both of them, and then Missy.

The boudoir photos are an odd father's day gift though. Especially when pregnant.

I hope she does make a video because I want to see the rest. Image
I thought she framed them together. I don't know lol I hope not..?

To be truthful, I think Missy actually looks pretty in the photo with Oliver. I've always thought her hair looks better curled and her makeup is decent.

But I agree that something is totally off about the one pic by herself. Not flattering at all and she actually does kinda look like a man haha. In the second pic with Ollie her boob looks funny but otherwise it's okay.

I agree. I've always given my husband a candid photo of him with our girls. One that he never has any idea that I've taken it until I give it to him on Father's Day. Those are always the sweetest and purest pictures. He always says "I didn't even realize you took this" and he always tears up. (Don't you dare tell him I said that! ) All that to say, I am NOT in the photos he gets on Father's Day. Just our girls. And yes, I give him practical things that he needs (like the grill cover  ), but I also give him gifts that he will like, enjoy, and that thought is put into. Not something I walk by at Target and say "oh yeah, let me grab this real quick".

I'm a homeschooling mom and I'm sorry but the facts just don't support your statements about homeschooled students. :) You're definitely entitled to those opinions though.

In my personal opinion I think kids should start out in public school. Having those social interactions really help you develop as a person and prepare for adulthood. Most work places involve teamwork and interacting with all sorts of different people.

But I think there are definitely instances where public school just doesn't work for some children. They need a more one on one style of learning like a tutor or homeschooling :) Nothing wrong with that! I also think that some kids who are excessively bullied at school would benefit a lot by being out of that type of environment.

My guess is you have a typical easy going baby and two parents that are having issues with each other. Combine this with establishing bad habits where your child plays by themselves much of the time (because they are physical, independent and easy going and therefore perfectly content exploring in their own) and the parents are absorbed in their own individual activities.

Bryan, for instance spends a lot of time on social media and promotions for their channels/merch/songs/etc. Missy is generally self-absorbed and complained many times about Ollie not wanting to cuddle and read books (even though she made fun of some of the books she received through her Citrus Lane subscription [UNAMUSED FACE]). So I think she gave up. The parents don't talk to each other or make a point to narrate their or Ollie's actions.

That being said. I still think Ollie should be assessed. It wouldn't do any harm and the mumbling might indicate a physical cause to his lack of speaking.

I wouldn't be surprised if they put Oliver in daycare once Missy has the baby just so they have an excuse everyday to get rid of him. That way, someone else can teach him the things he needs to catch up on, while Missy gets help with the baby.

There really isn't a good excuse for a child with two stay at home parents (and nothing wrong that we know of) to be that delayed. It's just neglectful parenting. His parents have the time and ability, but not desire.

They will try to potty train him early though so they don't have to deal with 2 in diapers. As well as switch him to a toddler bed when he seems perfectly happy in his crib. New baby is on the way, so Ollie better become "independent". Speech isn't important though, because once he can talk it will become infinitely harder to hide things and lie.
