Missy has done a big shade on us!

Yes missy you are a negative person! Yes you are pregnant and pregnancy IS difficult. Guess what? So am I! But your vlog isn't your dairy, it is your job, you are paid for it! If I would have said in my job to my customers "sorry I am taking a nap, i am pregnant", they would have answered "not my business, just make sure the job is dome".

Missy is so immature... it is always all about her. She isn't the only one suffering during pregnancy, does she realise that?

Exactly!!! You are being PAID so put some effort into it! But she was too busy traveling and napping. Nothing should get in the way of her naps.

Yeah someone said Bryan needs courage to upload. Sorry, the only jobs that need courage are ones where you could lose your life on a daily basis..

Missy REALLY annoyed me today. The reason people think she's a damn complainer is because she IS. She doesn't balance it out with happy moments regarding her pregnancy. The only time she mentions it, is to tell us how sick and tired she is. She's notorious for having to state, "I'm a positive person and don't like the complain" If you're actually a positive person, you exude it and don't need to point it out or defend yourself.

Then when they're shopping for Cassie's surprise "party" yuck lol. So tacky and childish. Missy's comment about "I can't believe she's working all day ON HER BIRTHDAY!" Because after 16 who seriously takes off work for their birthday? Oh, the person who celebrates their birthday WEEK. I'm sure Cassie had a fun birthday with her friends. Or is going to tonight.

Aaannndd....there she goes spending more money. For someone that says she doesn't like spending money she sure spends a lot. And how about you guys discipline your child instead of laughing when he hits you...it might be cute now, but he is learning that is ok. It won't be so cute in several months.

It's like my biggest pet peeve when someone doesn't discipline their child when he/she hits.

Bryan and Missy. If you're reading this. Which you probably are. It's not cute when your almost 2 year old son hits kids. It's embarrassing. If Oliver keeps hitting kids, one day a kid is going to hit him back and it's not going to be a pretty situation.

How fucking dare Missy get angry at Cassie for baking cookies a different way than Queen Cunt-Rag makes them.
Not only was it CASSIE'S birthday and her party, but asshat had the audacity to critique the way Cassie made MISSY cookies?!
Fuck you, Missy. You're so fucking scummy. I feel so bad for your siblings who have to not only be related to you, but have to watch their mother bow at your bitchy, ungrateful feet.

I have a feeling Ollie is not going to handle getting a sibling well. He's not going to like the little attention he had before being directed to the new baby, and I can see him throwing tantrums and acting out just to get attention. I doubt Missy is going to want to spend one-on-one time with Ollie, she'll have a new toy to play with.

Usually a lurker, but just an FYI for everyone talking about his speech

Boys always develop it slower than girls. At age two, most can speak about 50-100 words regularly. Some develop faster than others, but most develop not only word development, but the ability to form sentences slower. Sometimes it's by a few months, sometimes it's a bit longer. I think it's much too soon to deem him a speech therapy candidate, especially as you seen a snip of their day and his speech.

Just because your child speaks sentences quickly, and other child doesn't, doesn't mean that they will need any type of speech therapy. It's the same thing with reading. A lot of standards expect children to be reading as they leave Kindergarten, when the data shows that not every child will.

Does he need more interaction with children? 100%. Otherwise will not only have behavioral issues, but huge social ones as well. Kids that are unable to follow directions, and get along with children are often deemed not ready for Kindergarten, and often not allowed to enter until the following year.

Oh, he won't. He will be hitting the baby, taking his toys, throwing tantrums constantly.

I love that cats-or-die called Missy out on her shit. All the talk of her having depression is bullshit, Missy is just a cunt. Depression doesn't exist when it's convenient and disappear every time she's with her mother. Missy is just a narcissistic cunt who actually wouldn't be able to deal with having a daughter because she'd be far too jealous of any attention her daughter was getting from Bryan (whom she doesn't even love), and anyone else.

Kids for Missy are just replacements for when Mimi gets old and dies, so she'll never have to be alone.

There is absolutely no reason for an only child with TWO SAH PARENTS to be slower than average. Honestly.

Obviously different children learn at different rates, and he isn't behind solely compared to mine and other children...

BUT....

To use your example. Just because many kids aren't reading as they leave Kindergarten, doesn't mean you shouldn't at least try to get them there. It is advantageous for them to excel right? Missy expects perfection, and when she can't have it she sticks her head in the sand. That's what she's doing nothing with Ollie's development. He won't just "catch up" naturally if they never take the time to teach him!

Seriously, Missy is going to be incredibly hard on Ollie when he starts school and he's behind the curve. Just as she's going to be impatient when he doesn't potty train early, or move to a toddler bed easy. So far it's been simple for her to avoid the difficult things. The true tests are coming, and she can't hide behind excuses forever. For these reasons, they should be working harder to keep him ahead of the curve.

Instead they aren't working with him at all. He will learn the words... in Toy Story Image

Again, you're not even seeing their entire day. How do we know how much he is actually speaking outside of the vlog? We don't. You can't go on what you see alone. I've given dozens and dozens of assessments on children who weren't displaying the ability for what they were being tested for, but during the test they were successful.

Being SAH parents have nothing to do with it. There are many factors with development, and just because you work with a child day in and out, doesn't mean they going to "get it" and faster. They can be an overall slower learner. Not every kid learns the same. Some are visual, some are auditory, some are one of the many other kinds. I can spend days in and out teaching children stuff, and they don't learn it as fast as expected because again, not every children learns at the same speed or in the same way. He could also have a hearing issue. That also causes children to develop issue with their speech.

Perhaps he has a learning disability, perhaps not. Once a child hits that two year mark, you really start looking at early childhood interventions, if needed. Being that he's JUST two, I am sure his doctor will assess him, and if need be, forward him to a early childhood program that will take the steps to provide him with the necessary support. However, I see many things during the vlogs that point to age appropriate development. During the next year, he should have the huge increase in vocab, and the ability to speak full sentences, as well as comprehend things.

If anything, he would benefit from a daycare situation more so now, than a speech therapist. Speech therapy at his age is very minimal.

If he's at the same level he's at now in 6 months, then yes, I would be concerned, and seek out a Speech Therapist after a doctor/early childhood referral. Would his vocab increase if he went to play groups? Most likely! Reading is a HUGE step in development, as is speaking to kids of course, but reading is really number one. Without reading development, they'll struggle in ALL areas.

I agree with what's being stated above. Just because they stay at home with Oliver doesn't mean he will automatically learn quicker than others.
The kid isn't even two yet. One day he's just going to start spouting out sentences. The same shit was discussed about Emilia and her speech. I just watched them for the first time in months today and man that kid is fucking smart.

Give it time.
Missy is still a piece of shit mother. Don't get me wrong. LOL.

I respect your professional opinion, but you are assuming that B&M will recognize a problem should it become obvious there is one. These are the same parents that failed to recognize their son was potentially having seizures. They were concerned about it AFTER the viewers who only see that 10 minutes a day pushed for them to address it.

Secondly, she manipulated that test didn't she? As a medical professional, would you advocate and encourage a parent to do so because they felt it was better? This to me, shows a complete lack of respect for not only those performing the test, but Oliver's health as well.

I assume you are a Speech Pathologist? You never said your credentials, but implied this is so. Would you continue to show a child various round objects and refer to them all as a ball (especially if that child already knows that word well)?

Like I said earlier, yes we only see 10 minutes, but we see enough to realize the poor kid spends half his day in front of the television. You can say being a SAH parent has nothing to do with it, but being an engaged, observant and present parent does.

He would benefit socially from Daycare, but he shouldn't have to go the to improve his verbal skills. There should be more effort at home.
