If we're concerned about premature labor then we should probably be more concerned about her lifting Ollie than about her rolling onto her stomach. Climbing into the crib is dumb because she could break the crib, not because it puts BabyBoy2 at risk.spacekitty wrote:Ok but this is someone who had 2 loses and her child who IS here, only had half her uterus. Just because she had her surgery she thinks she's thuper invincible. She just doesn't give a shit now that her bump isn't lopsided.ParadoxEquinox wrote:I dislike Missy but it really makes me twitchy when people act like pregnancy is such a delicate state and that pregnant women shouldn't do a whole laundry list of things. Obviously pregnant women shouldn't ride rollercoasters or go on water slides but it's really not a big deal to roll on a pregnant belly or climb into a crib. The uterus is very strong and protective - the biggest risk with things like roller coasters and car accidents is that baby's head can be engaged in the mother's pelvis and the baby's body can move at a rapid pace causing spinal cord injury and death. But that takes a lot of force.
