Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
I just watched Heidi and Ken's daily vid at Disney and Ollie's birthday. Bryan is SOOOOO much more likeable when he's not "on"

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
I think there were way too many presents of the same type, and that Ollie might end up not even playing with the Toy Story toys due to overload. The spoiled will happen if Missy just buys him new toys once he's tired of those, and he isn't taught appreciation. Plus I think a competition of sorts is going on between Cassie, Mimi and B&M for best toy. Those Toy Story ones aren't cheap. They spent more than $200 on toys Missy will toss out like sippy cups. They won't change when he's no longer an only child. This is B&M, that throw shit at Ollie to keep him out of the way.Cranberry wrote:The presents were fine. They have the money and it's Ollie's last birthday as an only child. I think it will start being a problem by his next birthday, if they keep buying him all these useless toys he's going to become quite entitled. And I'm happy Heidi and Ken were there, I really like them and Rosalind is beautiful.
Tips for anyone going to Disneyland overnight, stay in a cheap hotel nearby instead of the actual Disney Hotel. You'll save hundreds, and they usually have free shuttles to the park. The only downside is it's not Disney-themed so you don't get that experience.
I agree about the DL tip, but if you get your flights on miles and have the extra money to spend, are travelling with little ones, or are used to premium hotels, then I think the DL hotels are the best. Yes, they are hundreds more, but if you're only going a couple of days, the convenience is worth it with little ones. My son once had a poop blowout while we were waiting for a parade and we would have had to leave, but since we were staying at the GC right at California Adventure, hubby was able to run to the room and get a change of clothes. Totally saved us! Plus I love that you never leave the Disney "bubble". It's so happy . That's the one time I wouldn't question B&M for staying at a more expensive hotel.

I so much doesn't believe Missy when she says "we didn't knew we were in a toys story themed room". A couple of weeks ago "she didn't knew that Cassie was at the dog park". Did someone else remarked it too? She always play the coincidence, when obviously it's not.
And also, a 2years old doesn't need to go to DL.... these two are spending their life at DL, at least once a month!!!!

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
Do you have SC? Bryan was snapping all day and I have never seen a STRAIGHT man so into Frozen....ever. He was fangirling over Disney. Ollie's reactions always seem kinda flat in relation. He probably would've been happier spending a day at the park with Cassie. (Or a day outside at his house with his new water table!)lalila wrote:I so much doesn't believe Missy when she says "we didn't knew we were in a toys story themed room". They totally went to. Disneyland for B&M... it wasn't for Ollie. It's never just about Ollie

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
I think Bryan was more excited about the whole Frozen thing then Ollie was. It's hard to see him as a adult/parent...he seems like such a kid to me. And princess was over her sequin Minny ears so of corse she had to buy new ones. Ollie grabs a stuffed Sven and and gave it a kiss, so Bryan couldn't say no...he bought him a stuffed Sven. Pretty much wherever they go, Oliver come out with a new toy. They have no idea what a bad habit they are creating. It's ok to say no to your 2 year old, he will cry, but in 2 seconds he will get over it.

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
Yep, they're setting themselves up for a serious problem as he gets older. He is spoiled, and soon he'll be rotten!!! What makes it worse is that they're only buying him stuff to keep him quiet and give themselves time to "relax"... As if they need more of that... Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
I wonder how many views Bryan will buy for today's video because it has Olaf in it
Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
Ollie clearly doesn't need the Svan! He has at least 20 new toys waiting for him at home!
I am sure, Ollie just gave a quick hug and would have said absolutely nothing if they would have gone without buying it!
And Bryan at the beginning saying "that's how it is when you're doing big on youtube"..... how freaking arrogant is that? Bryan come down to earth, you might make money now, but you are FAR away from being successful! Even on youtube!

Pretty sure Missy bought him that Zurg toy yesterday too. That's at least $60 worth of toys just at DL!lalila wrote:Ollie clearly doesn't need the Svan! He has at least 20 new toys waiting for him at home!

When you teach your kids proper manners, you actually end up with more time to relax. Just saying
And I wouldn't buy my kid anything unless they said "please" without me telling them to. Even a two year old can get that concept FFS.

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
Why isn't missy talking to her "friend" heidi? Brian has been doing all the talking and interacting with them and missy doesn't even want to look at them. Even when they were watching there daughter so they can go on a ride missy was looking at her in disgust. She is so incredibly rude.

Just the opinion of an internet stranger. Don't take anything personally, for your own sake as well as mine.

Did anyone hear Heidi Kim say that they. We're gonna watch Ollie while missy and Bryan go on soaring over California? This ride is not crazy but it does say expectant mothers should not ride lol I wonder why they both got on and why Bryan didn't film it lol

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
Have you seen Jimmy Kimmel's segment he does every year on halloween, where he tells parents to tell their kids that they ate their halloween candy? Some kids are calm and sweet and tell their parents that "its ok, they can get more" and some kids scream bloody murder...im pretty sure B&M will do that to ollie when he gets older and not only will Ollie scream bloody murder, he will have a full on tantrum with the throwing himself on the floor and kicking things... I can already see the kind of kid he will be
