I am pretty sure they are buying a house. I am from the same area and have heard that they are moving very soon. Watch and see- after the baby moon and vlogger fair there will be a huge moving announcement.

Well they themselves said they were moving soon, and then it sort of went away. Unless you know someone that knows them, I wouldn't trust word of mouth.Allthatglitters wrote:I am pretty sure they are buying a house. If they are moving after Vloggerfair, then it's crazy timing because 35 weeks is NOT the time to be moving into a new place. They are stupid. Not to mention, houses cost a ton of money, and there's no way they can handle the upkeep!
If they do move though, it will totally be with one or all of the Hollisters

Missy was about 35 weeks with Oliver when they moved into their last house. I think they had no choice, as their landlord found out it was a multi generational living arrangement, which wasn't permitted in the lease, and they were essentially evicted. That's just the unconfirmed internet rumour, if course.

Buying a house is different though. Unless B&M are going to have a ton of help from the Hollisters again, their lazy asses will be busier than ever trying to settle into a new place. Bryan isn't exactly handy and Missy isn't the type to be packing/unpacking boxes while pregnant. They have an entire house worth of stuff to move this time, whereas they only had one bedroom's worth to deal with before.
FWIW, I hope they did buy a house. If so, there's no way they can maintain their lifestyle. (Because I'm sure they wouldn't buy a sensible house. Of course it'll be luxurious, showy, and must have a pool!).
Adult life is knocking. 2 kids, a mortgage, etc...They are screwed.

Honestly, I'm happy for them if they are. Their rent isn't exactly cheap and a mortgage is probably equal or less than their rent. They will probably be better off.

excuse my ignorance what's a multi generational living arrangement?Theirmom wrote:HelloSweetie1 wrote:

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
It's a fancy way to say they still lived with Missy's parents. They said it was for financial reasons to start (on both sides), but Missy wants to do it again so it obviously is a desire to be closer to Mimi.francis3125 wrote:excuse my ignorance what's a multi generational living arrangement?Theirmom wrote:HelloSweetie1 wrote:

my parents had two kids and took us everywhere with them, I guess thats just how I was raised that you are to step up to your responsibilities and raise your own children.

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
A mortgage might be cheaper, but houses are f'ing expensive. Insurance, property tax, maintenance/upkeep, gardener, pool guy, etc. Not to mention keeping up with the Jones' (or Nulls/Mechams,K&C). Bryan isn't handy, and is definitely lazy, so he won't be doing any upkeep work himself. You get into hiring professionals for maintenance and it's $$$. That's why Home Depot has made a fortune off the whole "Do It Yourself" thing.Allthatglitters wrote:Honestly, I'm happy for them if they are. Plus we know they are going to need a fancy house. Probably at the edge of what they can afford. Their income isn't exactly stable. If Bryan were to get sick, or if interest rates increase, they would be in trouble.
Then again, maybe they will surprise us and buy a simple house they can pay off quickly

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
If the hollisters to move with them what do you think the ownership split will be? Will they all share the mortgage or will b&m own the home and charge the rest rent? Will her family live there for free? I know there's no way to know. It just seems like all those situations could get dicey. Especially if Jimmy and Cassie are chipping in too. What happens if a baby bird ever does leave get nest? Mortgages are long term commitments.

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
I moved at 39 weeks. I enjoyed moving by just using my fingers and pointing. ;P Missy has a way more involved family and we had a ton of help. But seriously, I am doubting it. Unless they already have a house and are in the closing stages... They've planned a nursery. And nothing seems to be packed. That would be the fastest move ever in history if they moved after vloggerfair. But I suppose you can always pay for people to do that stuff b

I don't like how she talks in general. She has a lisp plus talks like deep in the back of her throat.babyspice wrote:I can't stand the way Cassie says Ollie.

There is nothing wrong with going on a vacation or date sans kids. I will never understand why people get so upset about this. It doesn't mean you aren't "raising" your kids. My SIL drops her kids off with my in-laws every friday in the summer, so they can spend time with their grandpa. Does this mean that she's not raising her kids because she takes a day for herself/does shopping without them?jjtard wrote:my parents had two kids and took us everywhere with them, I guess thats just how I was raised that you are to step up to your responsibilities and raise your own children.
My husband and I are hoping to still go on a vacation together once a year once we have kids. My parents & in-laws LOVE spending time with their grandkids, and my SIL's go away once a year together for a short trip sans kids. Does that make them bad parents? Nope. Will that make us bad parents? Nope. If anything, I feel that it will give us a chance to connect, relax and energize ourselves.
Don't get me wrong - they do it ALL THE TIME, so I never understand their complaints about not getting out, but in general there is nothing wrong with it. I feel that most people who complain about it are unable to themselves go out on date nights. Just because you can't, doesn't mean others shouldn't go out.
(not you directly, just saying this in response to the topic)
That being said - Why does Missy have two pairs of glasses when in the water, in today's vlog?

DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
Speaking to the overall "leaving kids" debate that seems to have erupted here...
Yes, it's ok to leave your kids occasionally. Yes, it's fine (and healthy even) to get a break. Some parents leave their kids a lot, and some don't.
That said...
We talk about B&M here. Missy does use these trips as a way to avoid Oliver. If she could just nap at home and hang with Mimi without him, I don't believe she'd need or want so many trips with Bryan. To Missy, it 100% is a need to avoid parenting. It wouldn't matter of Ollie enjoyed time with Auntie or cried desperately for her while she was gone. She'd go.
Remember when Bryan had been gone for that week and Missy arranged a weekend getaway for them instead of taking B home to see Ollie right away? Was that necessary?
That wasn't about Bryan or Ollie... that was 100% princess' desire to "ditch the kid" because it was hard to parent alone for those 6 days. That was selfish and I believe most mothers would be more excited for their baby to finally see Daddy.

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
Yes thank you! My husband and I took a 4 days vacation and leave my twins with my mom does that make me a bad mother? No! I'm 24/7 with my girls I'll do everything for them because my hubby work from Tuesday to Sunday so I basically a single mom from 8am to 5pm by the end of the day I'm so tired all I want to do is sleep and fell bad I can barely spend time with him, couples need a little bit of a break to reconnect relax and enjoy some time together without the kids and gives my mom time to spend time with the girls beside my mom is the one who always encourage for my husband to go out every time she come to town to visit we don't always go out town because we don't have $$ but at least we try to go to the movies and diner so leave my kids for 4 hour does that make me a bad mother? I don't think so, in fact I'm already planing out next year anniversary trip. Ok I write to much lol.tml43 wrote:There is nothing wrong with going on a vacation or date sans kids. Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
I completely agree with everyone! It most definitely does NOT make you a bad mom if you leave your kids to take some time alone or with your husband. It is necessary to reconnect and have that alone time without children. It's very healthy for a relationship and every couple should do it.
I think the criticism here is that B&M are together EVERY SINGLE DAY, they have date nights ALL THE TIME, they just had Vidcon and they left Oliver...no, it wasn't a vacation, but they could use that time to reconnect and be together as a couple. They don't NEED a babymoon. They just do it because they want to "relax" and do something exciting to get views for their channel. I truly don't believe they are enjoying themselves as much as another couple would. I can totally see them running out of things to talk about and each be on their phones the whole time. That's just me speculating of course. I guess nobody really knows how they feel about each other...to me, it seems Bryan really loves Missy, and Missy just tolerates him but is not in love.

She hardly ever tweets, and she's been on Twitter way more the last couple of days.
I think the problem is they spend TOO MUCH time together, and they are bored and sick of eachother. Ok, maybe Bryan isn't sick of Missy, but she seems sick of him.
And I will say, poor Bryan. They travel so far away, go to so all these things, and Missy's reaction is always lukewarm at best. That must feel awful and like you're always trying and failing. Except for with food. Missy was excited twice this vlog. Once for her steak dinner, and the other for chocolate cake

Re: DailyHelpFromMimi - Part 30
regarding yesterdays vlog (because i cannot daily hate watch them, but was interested in why they moved) anyways what a bunch of bologna! they only booked that hotel for one night.. year right. they tell us everything.. they would've said "heres our hotel but we're only here for the night" . Also what a RUDE jab at any subscribers who are american indian! i am by no means indian, my fiance has a little cherokee but its even half. "idk how that ended but im assuming not very good" yeah u stupid idiot... the english came over and killed the indians for their land---- what an idiot. i agree that the hotel change was 1) the bug ... 2) good wifi (but this was most likely the main reason)
