Sometimes I have to give myself 3 injections a day. Imagine if Missy had to do that. She would never cope and probably get Mimi over 3 times a day to do it. Grow a pair Missy.

Ellie bought Jackson crayons and a coloring book. She's planning on coloring with Jackson on Calvin's first nap.
There's also an instagram picture of Jared and Jackson, Jackson's up on Jared's back but you can clearly see a coloring book and two crayons in Jackson's hand.

They are coloring with Jackson. Why can't Missy and Bryan do that? Jackson's younger than Ollie by (six months? I may be wrong), and he's getting to color, Ollie's two and hasn't even seen a coloring book or crayons yet.

Wow. What a difference. Ellie should have left a coloring book and crayons along with the shampoo and conditioner and some face moisturizer when she left, ya know, as a subtle hint. I would have :p

So I was just watching Shaycarl's brother's Christmas when they gave a family presents and a new TV and stuff last year, and I thought with ALL the money B&M spend on stupid stuff, they don't even give a dime to charity. Selfish. That's why they'll never be as big as the Butler family.

I don't even think it's debatable. I've given birth to three children without medication, the last one was posterior with back labour. There is no doubt in my mind that c-section recovery is hands down more painful. It's major abdominal surgery. Of course it's going to be worse.
Labour isn't easy. It's hard work, it's painful, and there is definitely a recovery period. Which can be pretty painful if you've got haemorrhoids, an episiotomy or natural tears. But it's not major surgery that cuts into the core muscles of your body that you need to do literally everything.
Wow. Your experience is just that, yours. Yes, you had three. I had two, one vaginal, one c-section. It was HELL recovering from my vaginal delivery. With my c-section, my nurses were in awe that I was walking as well as I was and repeatedly told them I didn't need as much pain medication as they were offering. That being said, I feel that other women out there can have a hell of a time with a c-section recovery and they can have a blissful vaginal recovery. We're all different. Even if you experienced something three times the same way, someone else could have experienced it three times differently.

I agree with whoever said that we can expect a nice birth vlog. We get montages of mashed potatoes, so I'm sure it'll be over the top.
If she has a c-section, do you see them allowing Mimi AND Bryan like last time? I'm really doubting it.

So, he's "been looking" for that Pureology shampoo? They sell it at Target, ffs. He practically lives at Target. It costs $30, just for the shampoo, though. And I'd be willing to bet they sell it on Amazon, as well.

When you are pregnant, you get your blood taken fairly often. I used to be scared of having blood taken, and I only got over that because they require so many standard tests.

This is Missy's fourth pregnancy, and probably the third where she has had multiple blood draws. At this point, needles (especially easy ones in the arm!) should not phase her. She just wants to whine.

Bryan REALLY needs to grow up and ditch the dumb flat top caps, muscle shirts, hipster clothes, etc. They're almost 30, right? I'd love to see them actually act their age.

Lol, oh God, I just imagined Missy as a mother in law/grand-mother. Ugh. She'd be a " mother in law from hell " especially if her daughter in law has children. *shivers* my condolenses to whoever that may be, even though it's waaaay down in the future. :p

I'm still shocked at Missy and Mimi's relationship. Why is Mimi going to the doctor's appointments? Why is Mimi doing the belly cast? This is stuff that the husband and wife (the parents) should be doing together. It just seems like it's more Missy and Mimi's baby to share, and Bryan's just the sperm donor.
Bryan should have gone to the doctor's appointment even with Ollie. Ellie and Jared had several appointments, and they always took Jackson.
If that's too difficult for Missy and Bryan, then they could have had Mimi or Auntie watch Oliver. I don't understand this relationship between Missy and Mimi. It's a little disturbing. Missy's 25, I think it's time to cut the apron strings.
And the fact that she was going through the birth plan with Mimi and not Bryan is even worse. Can't remember which vlog that was, but she says that she needs her mom's input and that her mom knows her " better than she knows herself " and I think the birth plan should have been between her and Bryan. Shouldn't your significant other know you better? Anyways. Whatever.
She's even basically said that she doesn't/didn't trust Bryan alone with Oliver at first, doubting if he would do good (even though he does better than she does, and he does better without her around policing and controlling everything)! But she's said " I totally trust my mom with Ollie. I know she could handle it " yet she doubts her own husband. I don't know why or how Bryan could put up with ANY of Missy's crap.
And just watch, Missy will be in labor and Mimi will probably be giving Missy massages and she'll say " my mom does a better job... " Bryan will likely be shoved in the corner. Mimi will speak for Missy. Missy will cry, whine, bitch, complain, yell at Bryan, hit Bryan.

You should see the comments... ugh. I don't know what the hell these minions are smoking but calling Missy " OMGGG, you are SSS

Going to the doctor's appointments together is good for bonding with each other and the baby. I just do not get how he doesn't go. It's bizarre. I'm sure the doctor's office thinks so too.

OMG Mimi was at her c-section??? That's nuts! My mom was at both my (vaginal) births, but I have never heard of anyone have anyone but their husband for a section.

When I was being monitored/induced (before my emergency C-section, a situation eerily similar to Missy's with Oliver btw) they let my stepmother and mother in law and my husband all be in the "labor room" with me but when it came time for my C-section my husband was the only one who was there with me (and rightfully so).

Omg you guyzzzz you're going to make cookies the wrong way! You should know by now that Missy's cookie recipe is the ONLY recipe! Lol :)
Her recipe is FAMOUS after all.

I have seriously thought that I wonder if people at the office think that it's a mother accompanying her unwed teen to prenatal appts. Purely on her adolescent style and the fact her mommy is with her.

I've thought that, too. Image

There is no in between with them. It's either just Missy & Mimi at appointments, or it's the whole Hollisters clan. Both are very WTF.

Bryan seems very excited for Finn's existence and it seems strange to me that he would seemingly say "no, I've gotta get some work done so I'll stay back". It does not compute. He's either not as interested in Finn as he makes out to be (how hard is it to shift around an hour of work to be at the appointments?) or he's not allowed to be there.

At first we all thought it was to do with insurance and Missy being on her parents insurance but now there is no method to that madness.

Why is Suzanne at every appointment, and Bryan is NOT? Explain THAT, Mithy!

Besides the fact that he looks simply awful in those muscle shirts, and seems to think he looks hot! But his idol Shay still dresses like a college student, so I wouldn't expect it anytime soon. And Missy dresses like a teenager too. I can't imagine those tight tops she wears are comfortable. Sorry to share a "when I was pregnant" story, but I liked loose floaty tops-- not for how they looked, but because they were so much more comfortable, especially when it was hot out. I can't imagine that she's actually comfortable with those tight tops sticking to her when it's 105 degrees out!

HelloSweetie, I'm glad you said you thought Ollie's kick counts were fudged! I've been thinking that for a while, but it seemed like the general opinion was that Ollie was legitimately in distress and I didn't want to be the first ;) I have no proof other than Missy trying really hard to get him to come early (she thought he would come before 37 weeks) and claiming pre-e. I thought it was so weird how Missy got her wish that he would come early (the doctors wouldn't induce until 39 weeks, even with her being high risk)

Missy will probably make another trip to the ER/urgent care for some reason within the next two weeks. I have a feeling it will be because she thinks her water broke again, or for the contractions, but there will be a doctors visit (outside of the normal checkups) before October
