I like the name until I heard them pronounce it. Mad-docks is how I would say it. Maddix irks me.

It just sounds so "made up" to me. I'm aware that it's a Welsh name meaning son of Madoc, but the pronunciation has become so butchered its barely the same name. Maddox sounds like a tool company, or maybe a medication.

I think Max is adorable though, so I hope they end up calling him that though it could have stood up as a name on its own. Guess that wouldn't fit their "trendy" naming pattern though.

Baby Maddox is so adorable. Officially have baby fever now!
Also love how they brought baby home and are just being "normal". Not sure how else to say it. I guess they just didn't make a big scene and still have time for their other kids and to take Audri to school.

I like Maddox too. To me it's not a "weird" or "unique" name, it's just uncommon.

Maddox, Lincoln and Noah are the only YT baby names I've liked recently.

Baby Maddox is the first YouTube baby I've watched from the announcement until birth, so I may be fangirling a little, but I can not wait to watch him grow and change and see how their family grows and changes with him.

At first I thought it was weird too, especially after the recent K&C/E+J/B&M kind of "branding" of those three families being besties. But after they said that actually they've been friends for years, since before any of them were "big names" it made more sense.

I forget sometimes that all these families are a similar age, except K&C are that bit older. When they're around the Nulls it's like they actually act their age instead of being overgrown teens (I'm thinking Cullen) when they're with Bryan etc. Although that could be an unfair reflection as I don't really follow K&C.

Brittany made a comment that came off as rude and insensitive. In a very flippant way, she said people should get off of youtube and spend time with their families. As if people spend so much time watching their videos that they don't have time for family. The ego on this chick is astounding. It's like she doesn't realize their audience is young. I don't know how many times I've seen kids post how they watch vlogs because their homelife isn't so great and they like to watch "happy" families. They've said that's the reason they make videos. Honestly, I don't think she has the personality for Youtube. She's always had a bad attitude toward the viewers. I think the way she's handling this is awful. She's continues to make passive aggressive posts on Twitter. At some point when the checks stop rolling in, she'll realize all that she's taken for granted. Austin doesn't get a pass because he could have cut the clip out, but I imagine he feels like she's working against him. She clearly doesn't want to be on Youtube, but I don't think she's prepared to return to their lives before Youtube. I really hope he's working on a way to bring income outside of Youtube that doesn't rely on her participation.

Speaking of Austin, I see that he's back on that other message board responding to their critics. I think it's weird that he would even spend his time there. They say some really nasty things about him over there, but he only responded to the comments about Mimi flying into town every time they need a babysitter. It bothers me that he didn't shut down the talk of him being a pervert. I feel like if you're going to address anything said about you on a gossip forum, make sure it's most damaging thing said or don't say anything at all.

Yeah I'm a fan, but Britt's comment really made me upset. Why would you say something like that who pays your bills? I also didn't like it how Austin was the one who had to talk about it. I love their vlogs, but Austin is the only who actually doing it and cares about the fans. Also, what's going on with Britt's family. They said that they don't like to be in camera, but I don't believe it. She's super close with the Null's. I wonder if she had a falling out with her parents?

I don't think he's a pervert at all, it's just one of the many things they say about him on that message board. He chose to ignore it, but he addressed the comments about his mother flying to town. It just seems odd to me. I think most people would be most worked up over someone saying that they're putting their children in danger.

It's on their lipstick alley thread. They talk about how Austin always making weird comments to Audrey using bait titles and inappropriate clips of her
