Exactly! The next vlog she will say 'Some people are concerned because I let Camille come to my house. She's not a stranger guysss! We snapchat all the time! She's facetimed aria and sent her shopkins. She's my friend! Obviously she's a fan, but she's so nice! & even though we haven't met I trust her with my kids' life. Otherwise she wouldn't have came to my house. She's so nice! Didn't you see the fox she brought aria?! It was so cute!'

And this, after she has already complained a few times about caring about her security, and having a few instances in the past already? And when other big YouTube moms have left recently due to security issues? WHY?? Do you know how easy it is now for this girl to go and tell people details about you? How do you know she couldn't have brought along someone with her who wasn't going to be as "nice"? How can you trust someone who you met on the internet, who is a fan, really does have the best intentions for you and your family? How can you trust the snacks she's giving Aria every single time? You don't know that.

I do think it's stupid of her to tag her locations in her Instagram posts. Come on B, people are smart.

I dont think theres anyway to defend what she did imo. Camille was a stranger/fan she met ONLINE!!! Idc how often they texted/skyped/how long they've "been friends" if she had to meet up with her then meet her somewhere far from your home (if it was me i wouldnt at all) but the fact that she gave this person her address and let her be around her children is scary. Then wants to act like shes loves her kids and worries about their safety soooo much, well no you dont B.

Ppl wanna justify it by saying Camille ended up being really nice and nothing ended up happening but thats not the point. I think B needs to go watch some Investigation Discovery and see all the crazy stories about ppl meeting up with strangers online.

I dont know about any of you guys but i dont let EVERYONE that i know in my home even if i know them personally. I have ppl that i know from school/previous job that i talk to but im very careful about who comes into my home with my two children. B, you fucked up & i would looove to see her try & justify this

This may come off as weird but here we go. I watched the video of Britney meeting Camille. I don't really watch her videos but with all the chatter about her meeting a fan, I had to watch!

The whole time I kept thinking about the story of the late singer Selena. If my memory serves me right (I was only 9 when this happened and I've only heard stories on TV) she, too, became friends with a fan for some time and it did not end up well as some of us may know. Look it up if you're not familiar with the story.

Now I am not saying this will happen, but her story kept playing in the back of my head. If B is so "concerned" about her safety she should have never allowed this to happen. I don't care how nice she was. If anything she could have just met with her on Skype or something!

Hey, so I'm French, in my early twenties, not a mom, not Camille and I got stuck in the BritneyandBaby vortex as well. I guess one of her videos was in the recommandations when I was looking for a recipe. I don't like her as much now, and it's the only teen mom I actually liked watching, but I suppose that like Camille we enjoy seeing how things are done in other countries (for instance I also watch the sacconejoly's from time to time). Not trying to justify Camille's creepy obsession with youtube moms but I guess that's how she fell into it as well.

I don't have kids quite yet, but I found the YT Mom world because I was preparing to be present for a close friends homebirth so we would watch videos about it. Then came Jess in the recommended bar, I then told my sister (who was a 16 year old mom) and she started telling me about ones she watched.
Then I googled Jess once to find the name of her channel again and found GOMI. That became an even bigger rabbit hole which led me to GG & then here.

Not bashing your opinion, but are you also in the US? What is it you are most afraid of? I mean you specified people you know "personally". So if you've met them and all, why are you afraid? I know there is a big cultural divide between the US and most other countries. I wouldn't be afraid at all of someone I've met already. We have handymen and utilities people in our home frequently enough. We don't have any guns or weapons, just some small yappy dogs. I want to understand if this is a feeling brought on by the media (ie Selena was brought up), or if people have personally been affected and how. If that makes sense. This is just general, not specific to you. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the strong feelings. I get it with strangers, but not so much with other people in a person's life. Honestly, just curious.

I have mentioned previously, not just re: Britney but ALL the you tube personalities. They ALL are at RISK for anyone, not just strangers , but especially any sick individual who may become fixated with their children or themselves. It is a different world we live in today. I don't understand why they would put themselves out there except for the MONEY. I understand the rules of this site, BUT anyone can locate anyone these days. The internet provides a wealth of information. Most info is PUBLIC information and accessible to the general public. I.E. deeds, deaths & marriage , Birth certificates, assessor and tax information etc. B along with everyone else( YT's) are naive, and very foolish in my opinion. I would NEVER expose my children the way B has. I would be to scared. Not worth any amount of money.

Not the OP but i am the exact same way. You truly don't know other peoples intentions. I have had and have seen some awful stuff happen between people(including me ) and others who would have been considered best friends or even friend of our families. I just don't trust people in my personal space. Plus the increasing amount of crime around me (and i live in a small town) has me scared shitless.

Oh I can understand YT'ers not wanting fans or anyone to know where they live. They make themselves very vulnerable. I also agree there are sick people out there. I just can't quite grasp the general feeling of having to be fearful in your own home around people you've met in person. I find the attitude very prevalent in the US though. Every city has crime and criminals, even where I live in Canada. But no one I know (family/friends) feels that fear, and no one I know keeps guns or weapons "just in case". Sorry to be OT, it is just interesting to me. I wonder if people in places other than the US (besides war torn countries) also feel that way.

^Oh i live in one of the southern states so basically all of my neighbors have guns in their basement... it's scary and unnecessary in my opinion. Not everyone feels that way tho. A lot of it has to do with personal experiences and what others have seen/heard happen to other people. But it's not like i am always fearful. I just know that people are shitty and just because they are your friend/family doesn't mean you really know.

I'm from Brasil and I think we all know Brasil is not the most safe place to live, but I dont know anyone who lives in fear like that. I think it is just cultural though, maybe because of the 9/11 things got a little worse..? I have a friend who lives in the US and she told me things got really bad after that.
I, myself, had my house robbed. Some people broke into the house and took almost everything we had. For a while we had that awful feeling of impotence and fear, afraid that at any moment it would happen again, but then slowly the fear went away. Im not going to say we are totally ok with that now, but we just can't live affraid of everything forever.

We have a lot of guns because we hunt so they are necessary for sport lol but my husband and most my family does carry but I live in the country and everyone does idk why it is very common in some communities.
