I can't believe that at one point she said, "this channel isn't about Lily", and in one of her earlier vlogs she says, "I'm going to make more videos so Lily can look back and see what she put me through".

That video is just distasteful. I can't even stand to think of the embarrassing things I put online when I was young, just imagine growing up knowing that there's a video detailing your entire prolapsed rectum.

I'm thinking there must be more to that ambulance emt story that she's leaving out. My guess is she was requesting a careflight back to North Carolina asap? Ah, who knows. Her story about that guy sounds really strange though.
She seems to frequently have major issues with medical professionals. Makes me wonder if the problem is actually her.

I'm so glad Lily "healed herself" and she's doing so much better now.

All these poor YT kids are going to have to change their names prior to entering the school year/grade or whatever age kids are discovering YT videos. Some of these videos are going to be hell for them to deal with in the years to come.

I thought that at first, he was trying to see if there was abuse, but then I thought, V isn't the best mom ever, but anyone can see Lily is fine and not being abused. I didn't realize they did that for every single case.

This is a sad, sad world we live in folks.

I agree. No Vanessa, he's not judging you based on your age. He's doing his JOB and trying to see if this was caused from abuse. It's not normal for a 4 year old to have prolapsed rectum.

They probably thought that Lily was being neglected since a prolapsed rectum does usually only happen when you are severely constipated. But the emt guy was an idiot because they rarely do surgery on kids with one. Usually it fixes itself or they give the kids medicine. So I feel a little sorry for V that they needlessly worried her.

The "this channel isn't about Lily" came from a FB rant of hers (I think someone took a SS of it too, I can't remember), and the "these videos are so Lily can look back at what she put me through" comment was from one of the vlogs from when Lily was still in the NICU. I tried to find it, but the YT app only lets me scroll until vlogs from two years ago.

There are a multitude of reasons why a child could get a prolapsed rectum. Most common is constipation. But it's also more common when there are other issues already present, and I think it's too soon to tell if Lily has those associated issues. I'm glad she's getting checked out by the specialists, since there is a higher chance of recurrence.

I don't know how I feel about Peru. My gut feeling is I'm shocked at what happened, and she shouldn't go. But really, I think it will be more than just Vanessa making that decision. David and all the rest of the family will have a say, along with the doctors hopefully. I couldn't do it, I'd be too cautious.

Agree, I think it had to do a lot with Lily being so overwhelmed and homesick. V did say that once they were back home, Lily was starting to eat better and felt more like herself.
God forbid something happens to Lily in Peru. I do hope that v thinks twice about going now. Let's face it, V never liked going to Peru and is a brat when she's there. It's not like she'll be missing anything. The Peru trip is for Nona seeing her family. I'm sure they'll understand why lily cannot go. And if they do, David better put on his big boy cargo pants on and go on this trip as well in case anything happens. Lord knows that V won't be watching Lily.

She doesnt care, poor Lily was in the ER plus in a long drive home and she stiiiilll took her trick or treating after all this when she could have just made her a little halloween party just for her at home to make her feel better. Shes still gonna go to Peru no doubt about that

I really hope Vanessa takes the video about Lily's prolapsed rectum down. This is private medical information that should not be shared on YouTube. I sometimes wonder I'd Vannessa enjoys the attention she gets regarding Lily's health issues. Vanessa if you are reading this please stop over sharing about Lily's health issues. All of this information will be plastered over the internet when Lily starts attending school it will still be there. Lily may not want this information shared! Please instead of doing a video about all these medical issues, do a video talking about how you are setting aside funds for Lily based on what you are making on YouTube because I know she is the only reason I watch.

So mad right now. V you should never have had a child. As a physician assistant I'm in total shock with this last video. The fact you don't know a child should have a bowel movement once a day .. Shocks me. If your kid doesn't shit once a day it's not rocket science that they are backed up!!! There are natural ways to help your child poop. So sick of her abusing her kid. Neglect is abuse and she is a shit parent. You don't know how to dress your daughter. You don't listen to her and you say things that prove it constantly. Her hand!? Don't even get me started. The fact you take her out shopping while she's sick.. Let's face it she's sick a lot .... Just ridiculous.
You need to stop YouTube get a job and pick up a few books on childcare/development.

You're right! Im curious to know how many days Lily went w/o pooping. She was annoyed when they were driving to Disney that she had to stop sooo many times for Lily to pee then wants to assume "she doesnt poop in public bathrooms"

Yea I bet Davids parents were pissed off because that totally is neglect idc what anyone says. Just because Lily is fed and wears clean clothes and has toys doesnt mean she cant be neglected. Just like the time she was vlogging Davuuud and you could hear Lily asking to go potty 3 TIMES before she went.
