Just watched the "H.E.L.L." video. Sounds like Lily has probably had a chronic problem with constipation since birth.
Banessa must shit like a goose and has never experienced the pain and discomfort of constipation. If she has, or had any compassion for her child at all, she'd keep Lily on a high fiber diet and also keep laxatives or suppositories on hand at all times so Lily would never have to be in that kind of pain.
I honestly feel that Banessa is so self absorbed that if its not hurting or bothering Banessa, it's just not something that's important enough or a problem for her to worry about. I really wish she'd let Nona or her family back in Peru raise Lily.

I totally agree with this. V must have no pooping problems, or shed have some kind of compassion for Lily. Being constipated and trying to pass hard stools is terrible. I can't imagine the pain of a prolasped rectum. I've only ever seen it once, in one of our show pigs, and she squealed like she was being killed.

I doubt either David or Banessa were in the bathroom with Lily when this happened. Something like that doesnt just happen with one push. Poor Lily was probaby in the bathroom all by herself struggling to poop while these two kids did nothing. Vs story doesnt add up, first she was there then she wasnt. How do you NOT know your child is constipated? Maybe because you never even bother to take her to the bathrooom, you send David who is just as dumb and knows even less than V about parenting.

I know V reads here and i hope your happy with the fact that this happened to your daughter because of YOUR NEGLECT.

Not remove Lily but FORCE DAVID and V to take parenting classes and check in weekly. I really thing V has munchausen syndrome. I've seen how she treats her and being a PA and working with in the ER.. my red flags are up and something isn't right.

I don't know what she did before, but hopefully now Vanessa will follow a doctor's advice. I think Lily might have a larger problem, or something related to her Turner's like a GI issue. You can't just give kids laxatives and suppositories without a doctors advice, that's bad advice. You should always check with the doctor before giving your child either of those. They can lead to other problems, and mask a condition that requires treatment. They can also create a lazy bowel, or create diarrhea which also leads to prolapse.

Oh please, this is not an issue for CPS at all. Lily is fine. I trust that the doctors will set her straight on any issue related to Lily's health. She is not abused in any way. They won't step in for someone like Tayler or Krissy, they're not going to even glance at Vanessa and David.

There are ways to help a child with severe constipation, and if you would rather walk around Disney than do them, you're being neglectful. Plain and simple. Vanessa has absolutely no common sense.

First time poster, but as a mother of a baby that gets constipation from her soy formula, I really think V should have noticed that Lily wasn't pooping and could have given her a tiny bit of prune juice or called her Doctor and explained the situation and what would be best while they were out of state. If throughout the day I've never changed a poopy diaper I make sure her Dad did and if we haven't we keep a closer eye on her the next day. Pediatricians give advice for these types of problems over the phone all the time, and I really think this could have been avoided if she had called her doctor and asked what over the counter remedies she could use to help ease Lily bowel movements. And then EVERYONE could have had a fun Disney trip!

Vanessa and David both need parenting classes or an intervention by their families on how to parent better. So please stop saying that CPS needs to be involved or that you're going to be the one to call them. Stop trying to get ass pats like Krissy, like said above, CPS did absolutely nothing about Tayler, what makes you think they're going to do anything to Vanessa?
They both need parenting classes, Vanessa needs to put her damn camera down and take care of her daughter instead of relying others to do it for her.
