Here in the UK there is no standing Law about Audio recording in secret. Guess it would be like when you ring up companys and you get the messages " This message Calls May Be Recorded For Training And Quality Purposes. Your not allowed to Record in shops or Hospitals. Thats why i have just have a main Base for my Youtube Videos.
Wonder if the insurance for travel is really High with her going to Peru. Looks like she has it all planned out!

Thank you. I was about to comment something on that.Yue195 wrote:Right. I'm warning everyone now. You do not take what is said here, into real life. Do not call people for asspats, point blank period. I would think after an exposing page people would have learnt what happens when you take this site into real life.
It's not cool.
Vanessa may be a lying biatch but Lily is safe and not in serious harm.

Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
It's sad that Vanessa feels she has to record her doctor because people on here don't believe her. But there you have it. He said she's clear to go.
If it were me, I wouldn't go. I wouldn't take Lily. I just couldn't get over my fear that she might have trouble and require medical intervention again. Maybe that's silly, but that's the way I was with my kids. I canceled things. I sincerely hope everything turns out okay and that Lily really is mended and won't have any troubles. I do worry about her.

Even if they audio was just for David and his/her parents, that makes me think she also has a problem lying to them too. Why wouldn't they just be able to hear it from her and not need an actual audio clip of the appointment? Unless they thought she would twist the doctor's words around to suit what she wanted. It doesn't make sense to me at all.

Lily walking with her cute princess heels sounds just like Banessa walking with her clakers. Except Lily looks cute wearing them
Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
She says something like, "we hope it is just constipation because if it's something other than constipation, we are looking at losing our flight." seriously? I mean sure that's money lost, but if it were my child having medical issues, the last thing I would be worried about is the money I spent on a flight. I would be worried about the health of my child, possible surgery, trips to the er, etc.
Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
The first five mins. Was Vanessa yacking. All I could look at was poor lily in the back in her own little world. Vanessa give her a book or something. If your not going to talk to her give her something to do. Idk that bugged me. Another thing that bugged me was seeing Vanessa laying in bed as usual filming in an awkward angle. I'm sorry to say but I couldn't stop looking at her rat teeth.

Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
EXACTLY what I thought!! I've never in my life recorded a doctor appt for my husband/family to 'hear what the doctor said'.. That's so strange! I do believe it was actual footage and not altered.. But so odd.clamicheat wrote:Even if they audio was just for David and his/her parents, that makes me think she also has a problem lying to them too. I'm glad Nona was at the mall with them. Lily doesn't need to be alone with Vanessa anymore.

I can't believe she recorded the doctor appointment. Not only is it illegal, putting the doctors career and reputation at risk, and exploiting Lily's private medical information, but it just shows how insecure she is as a parent.
Nona, please go with Vanessa to all future doctor appointments and take her phone away before and during the appointment. Vanessa needs to be focusing on the doctor and what he's saying about Lily, and not about how she's going to prove YTMD wrong.

V is such a liar, even if she recorded it for David and his parents why did she feel the need to post it on yt instead of just showing them only. Also the fact that she even had to record it for them just shows what a fucking liar she is that even her own family doesnt trust her. Couldn't they just take her word for it, obviously not because even they know shes a fucking compulsive liar lol

I'm not sure what state her doctors office is in or what the local laws are but I know that it's allowed in other states as long as the person recording is part of the conversation. it could've been perfectly legal.

Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
I agree. When she said that she recorded it for David, his parents, and Nona, that struck me as odd. My husband nor our families has ever asked me to do that, even in scary medical situations. If they asked her to record that (and that's a big IF, considering V will do these kinds of things and makeup reasons why trying to justify her behavior), then they honestly don't trust her.karmarosee wrote:V is such a liar, even if she recorded it for David and his parents why did she feel the need to post it on yt instead of just showing them only. Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
Same. I've never been asked that either. Idc if V wants to go to Peru or not because she can easily just change the date and go another time. I wouldn't go if i was her, Lily needs to recover and be in her own home. If V supposedly doesn't wanna go then why is she going? Because of Nona?! Either way i dont agree with her goingimnottired wrote:I agree. When she said that she recorded it for David, his parents, and Nona, that struck me as odd. Lily could have been constipated because she is holding it as she is not comfortable going in other places besides her home, which is completely normal. Diet may have nothing to do with it. She could have the same issues in Peru. Being somewhere that she isn't comfortable and just holding it.

Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
Vanessa recording the doctor's conversation is not illegal. First, Vanessa was invited into the conversation it's not like she was recording someone else's consultation. Also, the only person who'd have a right to sue is Lily considering Lily is the patient. The fact that she decided to broadcast it to the public at large is pretty sadly, but there's nothing illegal about it. Nothing like parents exploiting their child for coins.imnottired wrote:I can't believe she recorded the doctor appointment. Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
It is illegal to audio record anything without that the other persons consent, it doesnt matter if you're "invited". I dont know why her dumbass even posted it on YouTube for the world to see if it was just meant for Davuud and his family. Since shes so good at editing shit out of her videos after they are already posted, she should seriously edit that part outmisskaila93 wrote:Vanessa recording the doctor's conversation is not illegal. Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
I've been doing some research on this. Most patients ask their doctors before they start recording, and a lot of doctors say no (just based on the articles I read) because it could put them at risk for a malpractice lawsuit. They request that the patient see someone else or to let them go over everything, write down answers to questions, etc. it seems like a lot of doctors are not comfortable with it. Obviously, some doctors could be comfortable with it. So if V did ask and the doctor was comfortable, then cool. But the fact it was just an audio leads me to believe she recorded him without his consent or it's someone pretending to be a doctor.

Re: 2011teenageblackshirtsforever: Part 24
Exactly, she didnt ask him because no doctor would allow that for the same reasons you mentioned. I swear Vanessa is dumber than a box of rocksimnottired wrote:I've been doing some research on this.
