From what I see, for someone who was involved in a physical confrontation for over an HOUR, she sure didn't sustain many injuries. It looks like she got into a cat fight, or was being restrained. At least in my state, the state will press charges when they evidence of dv, and can validify who the aggressor was.

While I agree that abuse is never okay, this IS Tayler were talking about. She's lied about many other things before. In another photo she saying that was smothered, what did chuckie do to her exactly for "over an hour" as she says?
My theory: the kids were with chuckies parents (like they have been doing for every weekend now), chuckie probably came over to talk to Tayler about some things, they began arguing, Tayler pulled a Gone Girl and started hurting herself after chuckie left. This is probably why chuckie isn't arrested yet and doesn't want to press charges against him. I'm pretty sure that if chuckie and Tayler had sex, she would of cried raped right after he left. I just know Tayler is that messed up in the head to do that to him.

Certain ppl's statements may seem minimizing to you. Who said it was ok? Hence dv=domestic violence. That's not a term of endearment.
The last time I intervened in a dv situation. My friend wasn't upstairs 10 minutes , and she was semi unconcious by the time I got upstairs, and he let go of her. Tayler is pretty fortunate to have escaped with minimal injuries for that length of time alone with her abuser.

I don't think anyone is saying that what she claims happened is ok. It's just that no one believes it actually happened. Those bruises are really tiny and minuscule and now that someone mentioned it, they actually do look a lot like marks you would get from being restrained. She even posted that pic of her "swollen" face, Lol but it wasn't even swollen. I mean if he hit her at all of course it's wrong and he should be charged accordingly, but shame on her for grossly over exaggerating to get sympathy from strangers online.

Even though part of me can't stand Tayler, part of me wants to hug her and tell her to start respecting herself. Regardless of how much her claims are exaggerated, she seems scared to death and psychologically unsound, and I really hope she gets help.

There is two sides to every story and Tayler regulary leaves out important details like the time she was putting Chuckie on blast for abuse even though she hit him first (not that that makes it okay for him to put his hands on her) This latest story seems very exaggerated. It doesn't matter if she's black and blue or only has a few marks, its not okay but this is Tayler so I'm not taking her word for it.

Seriously though, how many times has she hurt herself in the past though and claimed it was Chuckie or the whole rape thing? No, I am not saying it did not happen I am just saying that this is not the first go round. I feel like she has cried wolf so many times that it is hard for anybody to believe anything she says anymore. She said she had it hidden in her bra because she knew if he saw and got ahold of it he would break it and she can't afford a new one. She could have tried calling 911 before putting it I her shirt so the dispatcher could hear what was happening

I have put my phone in my bra when I am play wrestling with my 8 year old and within the first few minutes it comes out. How the hell would it stay in for an hour while she is getting tossed around by an adult male? I don't know, it's just hard to believe anything she says. I would love to hear his side.

I have said this before but how is there an hour long fight and not one neighbor hears and calls the cops?

Tayler's just riding it out for a pity party. If the phone was in her bra, it would of either fallen off or taken in damage if Chuckie was legit beating her for an hour.

I can only hope that the investigation is thorough and CPS is involved. I hope Tayler can't escape it this time. Those kids deserve better.

That's what I'm thinking, would anyone really care so much about how much a phone costs if your ex is abusing you and you fear for your life? I sure as hell wouldn't care about trivial things like a cell phone if I were so afraid for myself and the fact my three children might be motherless aa she claims she was.
