Tayler has done some awful things but none of those things merits alleging she deserves to be abused. If Chuckie lay a finger on her, provoked or not, even if it is not as bad as she is making it out to be, that doesn't make it okay to say "I don't feel sorry for her" or "He should have hit her harder". And Chuckie cannot get out of jail and tell the police they should put Tayler in jail instead if he was abusing her - that's not how the law works! For all her faults, how can anyone say she deserved to get beat? Anything along that line is victim blaming. I can't believe some of you are actually saying she deserves domestic abuse.

I'm not victim blaming. If it's legit it's terrible and chuckie needs to be put in jail. I honestly just don't believe a word out her mouth

I'm not saying Tayler deserves domestic abuse - I'm saying that I don't believe it was domestic abuse. I believe it was a fight, and maybe Tayler got some punches in, or maybe she tried and missed, or maybe she just rejected his ideas to get back together, but a) she invited him in. I know she's dumb but she can't possibly be dumb enough to invite someone into her home when she's left them for violent behavior and then be dumb enough to aggravate them; and b) she's a lying liar who lies. She's an attention whore. She doesn't know anything besides playing victim. Sometimes she was a victim but not usually an innocent one.

Her and Chuckie are both abusers and have been abused by each other. The only difference is Chuckie doesn't air his dirty laundry to the world and he's never proven himself to be a lying attention whore or tried to gain sympathy from his social media followers who are pretty much strangers.

Honestly I don't get why any of the neighbors didn't hear anything...from the looks of it, she tried to run to this persons house but chuckie tackled her. I don't get why no one heard anything, especially knowing that her house must echo a lot.

so chuckle tackled her and dragged her back into the house? She couldn't have screamed? She got tackled and only has a few bruises? I'm sorry, I'm not trying to victim blame because I know what it's like to be trapped by an abuser but come on. Tayler posted something on Facebook (not sure if the screenshot is in the scream shot thread but it was posted here at some point) and she was literally trying to call chuckle a piece of shit for hitting her back. Her exact words were something like "he actually tried to grab my arms and shove me on the ground all because I punched him when I was mad. I don't get how he could do that to me!" So I wouldn't put it past Taylor to have provoked this whole thing and thrown the first punch/fought back the entire time and try to blame it all on chuckle. We all know she hits him back/first all the time. her bruises do not match how sever she claims he beat her and I'm curious to see what he looks like cause I'm sure he's equally bruised. To be honest, her injuries appear to be on the milder side of a physical attack and I'm sure she's over exaggerating. I'm sure something did happen between them. Chuckle showing up at her house asking to come in cause he was "cold" is so strange and honestly creepy. She even escaped the house and ran away but was tackled and dragged back in and no one saw or heard a thing?? All while her phone was in her shirt hiding so chuckle couldn't break it? It just doesn't make sense there's no way in hell this event was all chuckle. I'm willing to bet money Taylor was equally, if not more violent to chuckle. Only difference is, he's a lot bigger than Taylor. She has the mentality of "I can hit you cause I'm smaller and it doesn't really "hurt" but you are not allowed to touch me back no matter how hard I hit" she's even admitted herself it's okay for her to hit him but he's wrong to hit back. She's just as bad as him and I think she should be arrested/charged with DV as well.

Then all of a sudden it's about getting Tayler back.
Makes so much sense. Okay.

Then, Tayler refuses, though god only knows why because she's been literally baiting him for weeks.
All of a sudden Chuckie wants to kill her.
Okay Tayler.

It goes on for an hour and not once does your phone fall off? That was your first priority? What about Anberlin? She was in the house as well.

I am not saying she deserved it, all though I don't feel sorry for her. If memory calls, all the times they've argued before, Tayler's been just as involved. Also, lets no forget the fact this is a girl who hit a wall and then blamed Chuckie for it.

She is on snapchat saying her face is more swollen. I literally can't see a difference. I do believe he has hit/restrained her but I also believe she is exaggerating. Glad she finally took a small step in the right direction though and went to legal aid

I can't see a difference in her face either. I don't see why she would be tasting blood unless she was popped in the mouth and it doesn't seem like she was. Not to mention that picture of her swollen eyes looks like she is just squinting. The bruises on her arms don't look like the kind you get from being hit and punched, they look exactly like finger marks from being held too tight, hence why I think he tried to restrain her.

I honestly just think they both got in an argument and one thing lead to another and they had a fight, I don't believe he tried to kill her at all. If I was scared for my life and worried my children would be left without a mother I would be screaming at the top of my lungs so a neighbor could hear and trying to call 911 regardless of whether or not my phone might get broken. She has exagerated this so much and the way she keeps posting about it just makes it so obvious that she's attention seeking.

I honestly hate people feeling sorry for me so it baffles me when people like Tayler go to extreme lengths to get a pity party. Hopefully somethig good comes from this like them divorcing for good or CPS getting involved

Double post but she was also banging on about how terrible the hospital she went to was because they didn't do x-rays and all that jazz but my guess is they took one look at her and realised she just had minimal bruising.

Well, obviously the hospital staff should waste their time equipment, and state funds even though they obviously nothing severe probably happened just in order for Tayler to get personal satisfaction on getting her damn xrays. With Tayler every whim and want is a need, look at those ultrasounds she so desperately needed for Anberlin and the ends she went to in order to get them.

I have to say this. My sister was in an abusive relationship for 9 years. He would beat the SHIT out of her, and sometimes only small red marks or bruises were left. One of the last times he hit her was similar to Tayler's situation. He chased her and beat her for what felt like an eternity while I tried to get him off of her(I was only 10-11.) I eventually got away and called 911. My sister didn't have ONE mark after. Not one!!! But we took her to the hospital and that fucker collapsed my sister's lung. I just want you ladies to know that just because she only has small marks and bruises...doesn't mean what she went through wasn't terrible. Maybe Chuckie showed up to keep warm but used that as bait to talk to her? None of us know. I don't favor Tayler..but I had to say something.

ETA: I do feel like she is posting pictures and statuses for attention though. She definitely wants everyone to feel sorry for her.

That's awful what happened to your sister (and you!). Scary shit! But a collapsed lung has other symptoms besides just the bruising. No breath sounds when they listen, low O2 saturation, etc. There are objective symptoms to serious injuries that lead them to know they need to do XRays and further study.

If Tayler had really serious injuries she wouldn't be hospital jumping. She told them that story to get into the door quickly, then they realized she was full of shit and told her so, and she got pouty and left to feed the same bullshit to someone else

Right. She was very short of breath and her chest hurt. I feel like if Taylor had internal injuries the first hospital would have known. No need to hospital jump. She's probably just super sore. Either way it sucks.
