Chuckie probably got released on bail. That is, if the warrant was served. Did she say when the court date is? Because if he's got any kind of a supportive family (which it seems like he does since his sister was standing up for him, and his parents take the kids) they probably bailed him out.
Tayler's story regarding last Sunday has already changed so many times.. I hope she is as inconsistent when talking to the police.
Calling Chuckie "her income".. Like. Aaaargh. That's her children's income seeing as Tayler doesn't lift a finger to provide for them and whatever money comes her way she spends it on herself.
Do they still live in East Liverpool or anywhere in Columbiana county? Because that place literally details everything that happens with court and police on the website below including people deflating each other's inflatable Christmas decorations and I can't find anything referencing Tayler's "incident" or anything about a Herron being in trouble recently. Anyone who knows more info on her hometown, help?

If you go to the link above, and click on the dockets tab, you can see what has gone on with the charges. Looks like he was booked and released on a bail bond.
So nothing to do with tayler but what the hell. This lady tried spraying bleach on her kids dad and instead spilt it over them and their child and she only got 3 days in hail! That kid could have been blinded.

I'm guessing the kids didn't spend the weekend with chuckies parents? Tayler is just pissed because chuckies family must of bailed him out and he has a family that stands behind him. We all know that if that was Tayler with the warrant, she would still be sitting in jail waiting bail.

Hey, we post "whatever the fuck we want" too. She seems mad. Probably reading on here and seeing that the police report was found and that nobody still 100% believes her. Guess that is what happens when you cry wolf so many times.

I was charged with DV a decade ago (it was on a technicality, I pushed past my dad in an argument with my aunt and since I technically pushed him the cops took me in... Charges were dropped) and they held me for like 6 hours then let me out on an OR bond with a court date.
The fact that she refers to him as "her income" makes her such trash. Now if he goes to jail based on the trumped up DV charges her kids will have nothing. Way to dig your own grave.
I think Tayler is always on some bullshit because she has nothing better to do with her time. She has no real friends. She barely takes care of her kids. She does not work or go to school. She craves attention and drama because she lives a stagnant life with no will to change her circumstances.
